Eight gates costs question.

So having read through the Hachimon topic I've seen that Third gates is BB, Fifth is AA, seventh is SS and Eighth is SSS.

So my question is, if I want to train or retrain in these, does it amount to 200 EXP for the Third gate, etc because they are double ranked?

If a techique is set up in a "BB" or "SSS" formation, then your best guess is that you have to buy each rank individually before you can access that technique. For example, "BB" would be "100+100", which means 200 EXP needed to learn that technique. "SSS" would be "300+300+300", which is 900, and so forth.
