- Apparel: He often wears a light blue shirt with excess sleeves, so the sleeves appear to too big for him. Sometimes for missions, he leaves a bandaged type of mask around his neck to cover his face, as he sometimes has fears of someone discovering him. Over that his a dark blue jacket which he always leaves closed. He leaves his forehead protector around his arm under his shirt, but also as the cloud symbol engraved on the palm of his hand. he wears black, slick pants that hold his various items in a belt. He also wears open toed shinobi sandals
- Body Appearance: Haruko is about 5,5" and weighs about 131 lbs. He has a slim and skinny build which he his often made fun of for. His hair is a light white, and is very messy as it sometimes covers his eyes. His hair hangs to about eye length, that it his covers his eyes and often as to keep it in a ponytail when he has very important missions. When he feels lazy, he will not even bother to comb it after he gets up from sleep or a mission. His eyes are a lighter blue.

COGNITION[/u]
- Personality: Haruko is a complex person. While he is disinterested in the affairs of the world around him, he also wishes to change it for the better, though is slightly afraid to attempt to do so. In conversation, on the rare times that he participates in it, Ken has extreme difficulty reading the atmosphere in situations and usually just speaks out what comes to mind in his usual deadpan tone, sometimes making others surprised at his actions. Ken generally attempts to keep his cool under most circumstances, and no matter what his enemies ever do to him, he can sometimes come up with a retort to it of questionable quality. He is also able to forgive easily.
In battle, should he have a reason to fight, he does not normally fight with his best efforts until he absolutely needs to. Even while fighting, he maintains his calm and relaxed persona, and is shown to be very smart and perceptive. But when pushed to the absolute limit, like when his friends are almost on the verge of dying, his calm persona disappears and is replaced with a more aggravated one, as he his shown to lose all reason, only to beat his enemies to a pulp. - Alignment: Neutral Good

Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the raiton bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness raiton-based techniques.

Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders.

Special: Strength and range of burst depends on the user's highest 'Storm Channeling' rank. Globe measures 1 foot all around, and moves at twice the speed of a kunai in a straight line. Each time retrained, an additional 'D' ranked worth of Ranton damage is stacked onto the jutsu. Finally, once launched, if the clan member holds a special seal and establishes eye contact with their target, the orb will go there until the seal and visual contact is broken.
Description: Forming the necessary hand seals and utilizing their unique Kekkai Genkai, the clan member forms a sphere of electrically charged water in their hands. Morphed quickly into Storm power, the user can either thrust or throw the orb to its intended target. Once reaching the target, or once impeded, the orb will explode with a small amount of concussive force and a minor electrical burst.
