Description: Like many of the Jyuuken techniques, Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye, including an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings, so that the member to see all angles around them. As such, if an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu and, simultaneous to the release, begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack. Moving their hands and arms and bullet like speeds, the Hyuuga extends their palm towards their enemy, and leads with both hands outstretched, so that their fingers land first - 2 strikes, then 4, 8, 16, and finally, 32 tenketsu. As the victim is caught in attack, they are temporarily paralyzed if they are touched even once. Although the result isn't as drastic as 64 or 128 strikes, it can nonetheless close off a specific type of chakra flow within the victim of the Hyuuga's choosing.

Like with the previous 32, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent, thus limiting their opponent's ability to use jutsu much greater than ever.

It is also useful when the Hyuuga has been bound by an enemy, targeting weak points in the prison that they see with their Byakugan with their sudden chakra rush in order to dispel it. This technique was made legendary when its creator employed it to save themselves from sudden crystallization at the hands of a Shoton master.

Description: Before the Hyuuga can learn to send a burst outwards with their chakra, they must understand the art of summoning it all at once into a single strike - something this jutsu teaches. This attack consists of a quick, precise thrust of the users' palm to an opponent's body, or more specifically with the aid of Byakugan, a series of tenketsu. Like other Gentle Fist techniques, it sends chakra into the target in order to cause internal damage, which in result will temporarily paralyze an opponent.

Description: Once the Hyuuga understands the art of summoning energy all at once into a single, fine strike, they are able to execute with the same precision, but from a distance. Extending chakra from their body, the Hyuuga will thrust their palm at the target, sending out an invisible wave of chakra that can knock the opponent back greatly. Worst of all, should this burst strike the victim's tenketsu, they shall be paralyzed.

Hakke Hasangeki (Eight Divination Signs Destructive Mountain Fist)

Description: Yet another variation to the Palm thrust, this is the grandest creation of all. Putting both hands together and gathering all of their chakra, the Hyuuga pushes forth with a great amount of chakra, large enough to topple buildings, take down summons and push them back, or repel equally strong attacks. The final Hakke version, this jutsu is not to be taken lightly...

Just as noble, if not more, than the Uchiha come the Hyuuga Clan, one of the founding noble families of Konohagakure. Each clan member possess the "Byakugan" or "White Eye." When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the internal chakra circulation system in other beings, and grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings. The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blindspot that extends outwards from their upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Jyuuken fighting style, also known as "Gentle Fist". By focusing the chakra to their finger tips, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collasping the targetted tenketsu for a period of time. Since the tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways, when they are stopped by the Hyuuga the victim greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

Description: An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder’, the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim within a thirty meter radius. After a series of handseals, the user outstretches their hands, and the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.

Being struck by this results in the area in question being paralyzed for half a turn - a hit to the head affects the whole body. Paralysis effects do not stack once victim is struck.
Description: A very simple and effective Raiton technique known throughout, the user either takes twin weaponry or their own appendages, focuses their chakra into their center, and forms a ball of pure lightning. This newly formed threat can either be smashed into an opponent’s face, or tossed from a nearby distance. Repetitive exposure to the shocking has been known to leave its victims stunned.

It consists of highly compressed raiton energy, packed tightly during the technique’s preparation. Excellent for when the raiton user is outnumbered or simply surprised by aerial assailants, and has no way to fend them off when escape is necessary.

Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky faster than most projectiles, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Description: Although Useage shares a name similarity with Kiba, it’s a far unique and different in many ways. The most notable is that the lightning for this technique travels underground. Once the user makes the appropriate seals, they mold a concentrated amount of chakra at their weapon tip or their fists, and quickly strike the ground with it. Whomever they targeted will soon be victim of a quick traveling electrical surge from below, invisible only until it arrives at its target. It emerges from below them, surprisingly fast so that it shocks the victim whole.

Special: Distance the user can cast the sphere and diameter of the lightning plume striking area depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin' range. Storm fires off a single lightning bolt plum a meter wide, traveling as fast as 'Karai Shin' allows them to from the sky, randomly within the range every half second, plus one more bolt each time retrained. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Because lightning is unpredictable, there is no real evasive method to this technique other than luck.
Description: Universally known yet still very dangerous, the Lightning Bolt Fang is an ‘area of effect/attack’ technique; essentially, once the user finishes the required seals, to their eyes only, a sphere appears before them, along the ground wherever they choose to target. With the target selected, a storm quickly falls onto that area, several levels of intense lightning sent to wash over and shock all organic material within range. The storm is even so intense that the lightning plumes last for the whole turn. The closer one is towards the central stream of lightning, the more damage they shall suffer.

Special: Delivers intense shocks to whatever comes in contact with it. While protected by the lightning armor, the user is free to move and act as they wish, but no other handseals can be made until the lightning is either cancelled or destroyed. Armor glows a fain, transparent glow. Each time retrained, extra 'B' ranked shocking damage is added onto the shield. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one.
Description: A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.

Bolts in general do not distinguish between friend or foe, and the dragon can only attack one general target at a time. Can be used once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. Chakra restoration is equivalent to below one tier absorbed. ( Low = Very Low, High = Mid, etc)
Description: Similar to the ‘Lightning Armor’ technique, this jutsu allows the user to be both defended and guarded by their own lightning. After a series of seals, lightning from the sky falls onto the user in a steady stream and the user begins to spin in place rapidly, suspended slightly in the air by their own chakra. During their spin, a vortex of lightning and raging winds comes forth, birthing from the top the head of a dragon comprised purely of lightning. The dragon can attack anything within its range, either directly with a snap of its maw, or indirectly by passing next to its target and sending smaller bolts from its side. It moves at frightening speeds, faster than most shinobi specializing in speed, just as long as the user keeps spinning…

Description: Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong 'B' ranked worth shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.

Special: Creates a single large, 1 meter tiger comprised of pure raiton essence, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every second retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Tigers can travel as far and as fast as the user's 'Karai Shin'. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn. As a bonus, the user can hold the last handseal of the sequence as they look at their desired target, allowing them to order whatever remaining live tigers to converge all at once onto that target.
Description: The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly.

Special: Summons a powerful thunder storm that emits thick, blasting bolts capable of tearing through even the strongest of earth. Distance at which the user can summon the storm, as well as the diameter of the laser storm blast and the speed at which it can move depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin' rank, halved. Requires the user to hold a single handseal and be still while charging and moving the bolt. This can be held as long as the user's chakra is willing to pay for it, but once turned off, there's a delay of one turn needed before the storm can be summoned again.
Description: After the necessary handseals are created, a strong thunderstorm descends from the skies, darkening the clouds and inciting a cold air about. Quickly after, a powerful thick lightning bolt descends in the form of a straight, constant flowing thunder beam. Light blue in nature, its radius spans in a circular, spherical pattern, and its constant output can destroy even the hardest of surfaces. The user guides the bolt whilst holding the a single seal, and must keep eye contact at all times with whatever it is they wish to target.

Special: Summons a huge lightning serpent to destroy an area. Serpent size and movement speed is determined by the user's highest 'Karain Shin' rank, halved, and can be proportioned to the user's wish. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can withstand up to one 'S' ranked strike; each time retrained, an additional serpent may be called forth. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user with a range equivalent to the serpent's total size.
Description: One of the strongest and hardest techniques within the Raiton series to create, this technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually walk – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Summon only at appropriate times!

Raiton, or 'Lightning Element', takes the form of electrical and lightning based attacks. An affinity based on electricity created by oneself, it grants the user the power to alter various elements of nature carrying some sort of electrical charge. Raiton jutsu usually involve shocking, blinding, paralysis, and other quick strikes and ailments. When used in conjunction with metal based weapons, the power becomes amplified. While not a useful release for defensive purpose, its offensive prowess is what makes it a deadly and effective. Finally, lightning is most effective for middle to long-range attacks.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. Popular across the shinobi world, it has aided shinobi for ages in evading danger through the use of otherwise impossible nature - it's all in the chakra!

A powerful space-time jutsu, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the even dead to fight on their behalf from across long distances, otherwise impossible to be traveled normally. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species or object they are calling on, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. The ability to summon more advanced things largely depends upon the amount of chakra the ninja can muster to perform the jutsu. By signing this contract, the creatures themselves can also reverse summon the contract signer to their location.

To summon, the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Once significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. From people to animals to mythical beings, and even weapons, Kuchiyose no Jutsu grants the shinobi the ability to call on help otherwise unavailable to them - as long as the proper contracts are filled!

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) ⁰

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Fuuinjutsu is a specialized type of chakra usage unique to those gifted in the chakra arts, and are essentially known as 'Sealing Techniques'. These techniques represent a type of space/time jutsu that can seal away virtually any object, living beings, chakra, or item for as long as the user wants, and as long as chakra is available. An imbalance is created when an odd-numbered seal is placed on top of an even-numbered seal, and vice-versa, which is why the art of sealing and its knowledge as a whole is only imparted onto a select few.

Seals exist in several categories. Each of these categories insinuate a theme the seal follows, which gives a player an idea of what to expect. Rather than breaking a seal down by defensive or offensive capabilities, it is categorized by the type of use it enjoys.
