His muscle while not overbearing is lean and befitting of his body type. He carries himself well, and often in moderately high regard. While his physical strength might not be much, or appear to be, he has ways on enhancing it to surprise those who would seek to bring a fight to close quarters . He is small in height, although he doesn’t care nor does it really matter for his skills far surpass his appearance. His blue hair is hard to hide ands something about his lively brilliantly blue eyes holds something dark and cold, almost lifeless yet so colorful. His skin is tan form his time traveling outside under the hot rays, and a scar running along his chest is a constant remind to be stronger. It is a jagged, large car under his clothing just above his heart, running up to near his shoulder. NORMAL ATTIRE Keeping it simple, he wears dark navy pants, rolled up above the ankle, and black shoes. He keeps bandaging around his feet and ankles to help prevent twisted ankles, and help keep sand out of his shoes, or at least bother him. He also wears bandages wrapped around his hands, even fingers, and up his forearm. This is partly because he burned his hands when he was younger and there is scaring there. A white bandage belt holds his pants up, and a kunai holster is attached to his right thigh. A white sleeveless shirt is all he wears for a top, a long white scarf, kept every white despite his traveling, is almost always worn as is a gourd on his back. He also has his Jian across is back, almost hidden by the gourd completely. A large sized scroll is often kept hanging under the gourd. His old village head band is also kept in on of his pockets as well. He often makes small noises, or even gestures to communicate. He is an intelligent man but simply doesn’t care enough to speak to many people. Unless he feels compelled to either through an action they make, some form of power they hold, or something eh see’s in them he might shrug someone off completely, or he could become fond of them. It’s all a coin toss really but those with something to offer generally tend to gain his attention more so. He even has a bad habit of noticing things about people that he doesn’t like, or that he see’s as weak or lesser. It’s a bad habit but he often does so and thus thinks less of people. A terrible habit but it helps him see things clearly in regards to his ally’s, enemies, and even himself. The clarity that is a double sided blade. Now even though he has a habit of not speaking often, for those he cares for or even holds closest, he will speak to them and even often. It’s a slight crack in his quit, solemn demeanor. Because he cares for them it makes them different, even his un-clouded vision forces him to see their flaws. He’ll often go above and beyond for these few people, putting himself at risk, sometimes even fatal risk for their desire and safety. One of his greatest personal flaws. Now then aside form his soft and personal side, he has great ambition for life! He yearns to see all the world has to offer and gather the power that comes form a life in longevity. He wants to see the greatest things this world ahs to offer, form jutsu, to weapons, to beasts and people, if it is great he needs to witness it and possibly join those great ranks of legends. But to be the greatest, he needs to live forever, for no one who dies like a normal man can be extraordinary in his mind. Finally, even though he isn’t exceptionally mean or aggressive/ violent, and he isn’t a happy go lucky helper and people pleaser, he does have a sort of ‘Dark Side’. When he does engage in battle or combat or even just lets himself go, he can loose control. When this happens, it becomes apparent he ahs a deep seeded lust for blood and combat and the need to see people and things in utter destruction for him can seem unquenchable. In the past, he has leveled and buried villages and towns lost in his darkness. We all have our inner demons, Hiruzen’s is a blood thirsty monster in need of it’s sand to be stained with the blood of others. by rimy ♥ of btn!

Compound Bow

Special: Fires off arrows at a default speed of 4 meters per second for a maximum range of 20 meters, without the need of techniques. A full second delay exists between firing off a shot and a reloading the next arrow and drawing again. Keep in mind techniques which improve range and arrow speed act as bonuses, and stack with whatever the bow's base skill is.
Description: A compound bow is a modern bow that uses a levering system, usually of cables and pulleys, to bend the limbs. The limbs of a compound bow are much stiffer than those of a recurve bow or longbow. This limb stiffness makes the compound bow more energy-efficient than other bows, in conjunction with the pulley/cams. The compound bow has its string applied to pulleys (cams), and one or both of the pulleys have one or more cables attached to the opposite limb. When the string is drawn back, the string causes the pulleys to turn. When the draw commences, the archer has reduced mechanical advantage, but during the draw, as the pulley cams rotate, and the archer gains mechanical advantage over the bending limbs, more energy is stored, in comparison to other bows. The use of this levering system gives the compound bow a characteristic draw-force curve which rises to a peak weight and then "lets off" to a lower holding weight.

Special: Gourd rank determines the amount of basic/kekkei touta chakra that can be kept and used (a 'C' ranked gourd can be used for 'C' ranked jutsu). Gourds tend to be no bigger than a meter or so in diameter, and will slow the player down by half their normal speed when equipped. However, they tend to hold moderate amounts, able to power a few of the user's jutsu - the exact amount shall be left to RP. Each gourd takes up two (2) accessory slots.
Description: Shaped and colored to the player's liking, these items usually hang at the shinobi's back, and provide ample storage room for certain elements advantageous to the user that are otherwise unavailable to the area. From sand and water to much, much more, this accessories provides a wide variety of uses.

Special: Allows the user the ability to create, control and move Saton (Sand) chakra of their own for multiple purposes. Amount of sand controlled and speed at which one can control the sand particles depends on highest rank known. Additionally, highest rank also determines the density of the sand, to the point it will be immune to certain elements of lesser form - for example, a 'D' ranked water jutsu won't ruin a 'C' ranked sand creation. This applies to liquid or viscous type creations, as well as fire-based creations. Flames stronger than the sand can potentially ruin the particles by transmuting it into other material such as glass.

Description: The basis behind the majority of Saton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sand around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Description: Although appearing to be one of the most basic sand jutsu, Suna no Tate is a technique that soon evolves into the user’s most sacred defensive countermeasure. When needed, the user can also use their own chakra to control the sand so that it can act as a barrier. Because the protection is reliant upon how quickly the user’s sand can respond, it is possible a fast enough ninja can bypass the sand and strike the user.

Suna Nezumitori (Sand Entrapment)

Suna no Mayu (Cocoon of Sand)

Description: Known as a Saton master's absolute defenses, this technique summons a sphere of sand aimed to surround the user's body for protective purposes. This sand cocoon is made as a defensive measure against the outside world, or even for stealth purposes when used in conjunction with other techniques. While in the cocoon the user can employ surveillance such as Daisan no Me (Third Eye) to view and sense their opponent and the surrounding battlefield.

Special: No seals are needed to apply the armor, but it still takes a single full turn for it to cover the user. Raises the user's defense at the cost of slowing their movement speed down. Defense rating is equal to one rank less than the highest rank known of this jutsu. Once an attack breaks the armor, it must be re-cast.

Description: Suna no Yoroi is a defensive ninjutsu that utilizes nearby sand to cover the body in a defense layer. The user manipulates an almost invisible thin layer of sand to cover their body, allowing them to stop some attacks without problem. For the sand to cover the user's body, they have to use their body's chakra. However, when covered by the sand the user becomes heavier and it is more difficult for their body to maneuver. Though the sand does provide some protection, sufficient strikes will break the armor to expose the user's natural body.

Suna Sesshoku (Sand Sensing)

Special: Consumes all available sand, so no other sand jutsu can be used until this is cancelled. Rage of sensing is equal to the user's 'Saton Ryuuken' range. Highest rank known determines how quickly the detection is received by the user. Finally, if targets can remove themselves out of the sand mist before the detection time is complete, they will simply put not be found.

Description: A contact type of sensing involving the user's sand. By dispersing a significant quantity of specialized sand in a targeted area, the user is able to discern the presence of any enemy coming into direct contact with the sand in question. If this substance is spread upon appropriately textured and coloured terrain, it becomes almost impossible to detect by simply its appearance alone. Highly effective for location hidden enemies or when hiding out.

Suna Shigure (Sand Shower)

Special: Size of sand clump is 1/5th of the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. Vision in general is obscured, and even doujutsu will have a harder time spotting things inside the sand shower due to the user’s chakra coating the flowing body. Sand cloud can remain suspended in the air for as long as the user can upkeep it. Up to one clump can be made and positioned, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fifth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Suiton and Fuuton one rank lower than the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank can disperse the shower.
Description: Meant more as a distraction technique than an offensive one, the Suna Shigure grants control of nearby sand, allowing the user to levitate numerous small clumps of sand above his opponent. At this point, the sand can remain suspended in the air as long as the user wants, or it can immediately become useful. Showering from above, the curtains of sand make it harder for opponents to see, as well as provide the user with plentiful sand already surrounding the opponent for further use.

• Sabaku Fuyuu (Desert Sand Floating)

Special: Range and speed of sand island flotation, as well as the distance it can reach in the air depends on the user's 'Sand Dominion' rank. When the user learns this technique initially, one clump of sand can be created. Retraining after the initial allows the user to create an extra island, though for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Each island costs separately, and the distance between the user's main island and those extra can never exceed thei 'Saton Ryuuken' range, halved. Islands can be no bigger than 1/10th of the user's highest 'SR' rank.
Description: With this ninjutsu, the user will bring together sand into cloud shaped clumps, the size of these ‘islands’ depending on the size of the user. These clumps are dense enough for the user or another ninja to rest on. During quick, dangerous attacks, this can allow the user to rise above any threat from below.

Daisan no Mei (The Third Eye)

Special: Range of vision depends on user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank; distance the eye can exist floating away from the user is equal to their 'Saton Ryuuken' range, halved. Although the user must be still in order for the eye to work, they can make an extra eye each time retrained; however, after every fourth retaining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Each eye cost chakra separately, and although one can have multiple eyes out at once, they may only see out from one at any given time.
Description: Although basic, The Third Eye nonetheless provides the user with a tactical advantage in battle. Without requiring handseals, the user simply covers one of their eyes with one hand and creates the sand replacement in the other. Once existing, the eye can float around and position itself wheever the user desires, allowing them to gain extra insight on their immediate vicinity. The eye can only see in straight line, so it must rotate accordingly in order to get a different view.

Gokusa Maisou (Sand Prison Burial)

Burial ground appears in the form of a 5 meter sphere with victim in the middle, the amount of uses depending on the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank. Description: A highly efficient trapping technique, the user performs a few seals and send their chakra along the ground in order to loosen the area below their target. Within moments, this will cause them to sink deep within the earth, surrounded by quicksand. By being imprisoned at this depth, the pressure will completely limit their ability to move.

Suna Bunshin no Jutsu (Sand Clone Technique)

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained, for a maximum of five (5). When struck, the clone's sandy essence forces whatever attack equal or lower to their 'Saton Ryuuken' to stick within, buried into the constricting sand, thus binding; amount of chakra required to break free from a sand clone binding depends on the user's highest 'Sand Dominion' rank. Finally, Sand clones can cast any known general Sand jutsu one rank less than the highest rank known in 'Saton Ryuuken', but whatever attacks they perform will still draw from the user's chakra pool.
Description: With this technique, the Saton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of sand, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement, and can detain and absorb attacks due to its sandy essence. If found, the sand sticks onto the victim, binds them, and constricts them until escape of deactivated.

Special: Range and speed of shuriken depends on the user's 'Saton Ryuuken' rank. Shuriken can only travel in a straight line, but carry an attack power equal to one rank less than their current 'SR'. Up to one shuriken can launched, plus one more each time retrained; however, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. With multiple shuriken, the user has the choice of firing them off either simultaneously, or one after another.
Description: The Sand Shuriken is a ninjutsu technique that allows the user to utilize their sand powers in order to create deadly projectiles. Using their chakra to control nearby sand, the user will hurl disks of sand at their opponent, a bit larger than conventional shuriken. Spinning through the air at high speeds, these disks are deadly in strength, inflicting large amounts of damage to the target and surrounding objects.

Special: In order to produce a seal, one must first be able to write out its incantation, as well as transfer the chakra needed to power it. Highest rank known establishes the level of seal incantations one can produce.
Description: A staple to all seal creation, the user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that, can apply writing of whatever they want to a surface. This is used when a traditional form of writing out the incantation is not available. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control, as they are not only imprinting the letters of the seal, but the chakra needed to power it as well. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is used directly on flesh, it will scar.

Yuukitai Fuuin (Organic/Living Sealing)

Special: In order to produce a seal, one must first be able to write out its incantation and pass it onto a receptor, as well as transfer the chakra needed to power it. However, without proper training, seals places on living objects with their own chakra could backfire. As such, highest rank known establishes the level of seal incantations one can produce and place upon a living entity with its own chakra source.
Description: Because all living objects carry chakra, placing a foreign source of chakra against it will be slightly more challenging than on a non-living object. Regardless, it certainly is not impossible, not with the right training anyways!

Description: The idea of negation and absorption sealing involves creating vacuums of chakra that can either absorb a certain a type of energy for the benefit of the Sealist, or shut down a certain function with an opposing force. The idea behind this training is to understand the flow of a preexisting chakra source in order to either enhance it or diffuse it.

Description: Enslavement Sealing deals with any seal that produces a form of control upon the one being to have activated it. Strong enough to hold that being against their will, these seals can control many aspects of a victim, from their speech and their memory, to their very thoughts and past. In the hands of the most skilled, armies of eternally devoted followers have been produced at the hands of these seals.

Description: The idea of manipulating space-time involves techniques that allow their users to manipulate the space–time continuum to their will by exerting a specific amount and shape of chakra, all at once in the form of a triggered seal. By manipulating a specific point of space, the user can warp anything targeted into a dimensional void and teleport it to another location instantaneously, or vice-versa. These kinds of seals are rare, and as such, rarely see the light of day due to their capacity and drain on the user.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people, animals and even special Animal Familiars, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.

Description: This version of Kuchiyose allows the summoner to effectively call weapons within their possession, stored away somewhere distant. Useful when the ninja is weaponless and in a pinch.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
