Special: The barrier has a single S-ranked amount of defensive power before it breaks. Can only be dispelled by the original user or an unsealing technique of equal rank. Barrier does not defend against Genjutsu.
Description: The shiki, or rite, of the Iron Wall seal. This seal can be placed on any object, and takes effect immediately after being placed. Though it consumes a great deal of chakra, this seal is highly powerful. It creates a layer of invisible chakra over the entire surface of the selected object. This barrier flares bright green when struck, and adds an S-ranked layer of defence over the natural durability of the object. This layer must be broken before the object can be attacked directly, and is impenetrable to any intruding attack or energy. It is often used to defend sensitive constructions or objects.

Hanabi Shiki (Firework Formula)

Type: Offensive / Destructive Sealing
Range: Touch.
Handseals: Yes.
Chakra: High. [Placement]
Special: Can only be removed by the original user or an unsealing technique of equal rank. Can only be triggered from within the same thread. Explosion deals 'B' ranked amount of burning and blunt force damage. Explosion has a five metre radius. Can be used once per thread, plus one more time for each time retrained.
Description: The shiki, or rite, of the Firework technique. The seal can only be placed on inanimate objects, and only takes a bit of chakra to place. The seal is about one foot in diameter, and can only be placed on an object that accommodates a seal of that size. Once the seal has been placed, it lasts, waiting to be triggered. The user can trigger the seal by forming a single hand seal (Kai), at which point the seal expends its chakra all at once, drawing it together and releasing an explosion of fire and concussion waves that blasts apart everything within a five metre radius.

Kakikomi Hebi Shiki (Written Serpent Formula)

Range: Touch.
Handseals: Yes.
Chakra: High [Placement + Upkeep]
Special: Can only be removed by the original user or an unsealing technique of equal rank. Can only be triggered from within the same thread. Can only be dispelled by a strong burst of chakra, such as a higher ranked Celestial Gate or a Bijuu. Paralysis lasts as long as the user holds the Kai seal and funnels chakra into the seal. Activating this seal activates the target's Non-Death Enabled Mode.
Description: The shiki, or rite, of the Written Serpent technique. The seal only takes but a bit of chakra to place. Once the seal has been placed, it lasts, waiting to be triggered. The user can trigger the seal by forming a single hand seal (Kai), at which point streamers of kanji extend all the way across the target's limbs, sealing their motions until dispelled. After the seal runs out of chakra, it dissipates completely, freeing the captured target. By the very nature of the seal, it is practically impossible to harm the captured target, and is often used for capture and interrogation.

These are sneaky as hell, and extremely useful in a variety of situations. So useful that I don't want to approve this. xD

But I think the costs to perform them balance their strengths, so I'll go ahead and give these a 1/3.

Make sure it doesn't apply to genjutsu... and if it does then state that so there's no future confusion for the nubbles using it =/

As far as the second one goes, rather than stacking damage, why not limit placements in a thread to 1 base, + 1 per retraining. Would give the jutsu more dimension imo.

With that change I'd also allow forming a single hand seal (kai) to detonate, since you're forming the whole string just to place it. Also... how large is the actual seal for firework? There's a couple of things that make me very uncomfortable about it.

1. Placing it on people
2. Placing it on small objects/projectiles

I don't mind turning this into land mine no jutsu but when you turn it into touch you once living bomb no jutsu, it gets fickle.

Again, also uncomfortable w/ the last seal, primarily because its insta stun on anyone you can touch (which isn't hard w/ hiraishin or w/e its called) for a good 5 seconds. If you want to do this for RP purposes and subdue someone - I'm fine with that - but activation of the seal needs to activate the target's NDEM (non death enabled mode).

If you want this to serve more so as a stun no jutsu than a gimp no jutsu, lower it to half a second and add retraining up to 3 seconds, then make it A rank. Also make the seal a one time use thing (goes away after activation ofc). Probably was w/o me saying but I'd like that to be explicitly said.

[2.] Changed to use stacking, and added that the seal is one foot in diameter, and can only be placed on a large enough inanimate object.

[3.] Was going for more the subduing seal. Added the NDEM note. This is to be used for RP purposes, holding someone while interrogating and the such.
