Masumi can be most closely described as 'headstrong' She's direct, concise, and above all else straight to the defined point. Never one to bite her tongue she will speak her mind without falter. Masumi has a slight temper problem and will at times come off as harsh. She can be regarded as rude and fickle at moments while other she can be nice. This is just how she is. Neither nice nor evil she could be placed in the middle. Masumi isn't the kindest individual you will ever meet nor is she the nastiest. She just simply asserts her feelings and intentions. She is mostly regarded as dull, but she has quite the character when one gets to know her.
Her headstrong personalty and bold disposition will usually lead people to think she is rude or simply a bad person.
An optimist Masumi will try and keep a good conscious of things happening around her. She believes everything will work out in some way or form. Life's bumps happen to make you stronger so when you come back, you can speed right across em. Even Masumi though can fall into the darkness if a terrible event happened to her, she's just human after all. Masumi can be tomboyish at times through her actions and mannerism, but she can also be very polite, and feminine. Very outgoing it's not too many people Masumi can get along with, it's just how she's been her whole life. She was the light and the friends surrounding her were the innocents moths.
Conscientious; Masumi is and honest and responsible girl. One to keep her word no matter what she'll do her best not to let others down. Possessing a very open mind,Masumi is very adaptable in many situations.Instead of relying on whats already given she's more likely to try and find another way to accomplish something. When interacting with others she can be regarded as polite, but at the same time may be overbearing because of her personality, so whether if its you've pissed her off or she's simply asking many questions, Masumi is quite the handful.
Masumi is very talkative, while at the same time able to listen. This is because she asks and absorbs what ever is taught or told to her. Her intuitive nature can be entertaining at times to adults, while annoying to those of the younger generations.
Masumi's actions are at best impractical meaning she approaches things differently than one would normally assume. Very energetic most find her to be quite animated having lots of vigor and spunk within her words.
This is because she acts naturally on impulse. While she might have been asked to deliver something, she'd possibly come across something that sparked an interest in her causing her to drop what she was doing at the moment to indulge in whatever caught her eye. Impulsive, Masumi is a very hyperactive girl, often exploding from excitement.

Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Kekkai Genkai Hozuki (Liquid Existence)

Special: Initial liquefaction lasts a single turn by default. All Hozuki are impervious to non-elemental physical strikes, but are susceptible to Raiton and Hyouton - lightning attacks place on them are raised by a single rank, and when struck by it, they are unable to liquefy properly, and finally, ice jutsu have twice the freezing capabilities when coming in contact with the Hozuki. Ranks 'D' and 'C' represent the ability to liquefy one and two limbs at a time respectively (be it arms or legs); 'B' rank represents torso; 'A' rank represents head liquidation; 'S' rank allows the user to liquefy all together any time they want. Finally, Hozuki are made of water, so they can use themselves as a base for all suiton based jutsu. Hydration rank also determines rank/level of suiton the Hozuki can birth from their body.
Description: The core technique behind the bloodlimit and the door to stronger, more powerful attacks, this jutsu allows the Hozuki to totally transform their body into a condensed state of water, so dense that the user can withstand even the roughest of physical attacks, yet so malleable that on a whim, they can also decompose into mere puddles. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified, be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack from a liquefied state Maintaining this form requires that the clan member keep themseves constantly hydrated, but in this form the can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing and merging amongst the liquid. And best of all - by liquefying their whole body at will, it makes it impossible for the Hozuki to receive damage from physical attacks. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like, dormant state until consciousness is regained.

Description: Once the Hozuki begin to understand their blood and how to control it, they learn to combine their ninjutsu powers in order to give their 'jelly' special properties. In this case, the Hozuki's very essence transforms into an acidic poison, corrosive on contact and highly invasive upon sensing foreign bodies. The best part about it all is that the Hozuki's color does not change one bit, giving no indication that they are wielding cursed waters. When combined with other clan techniques, this essence alteration can be highly effective for combat.

Description: As the Hozuki further their understanding of the control over their liquid essences, their skill in altering their density composition enhances. In this case, rather than simply breaking up into a puddle of water when being struck, the Hozuki learns to absorb the blow, increasing their watter pressure so that the weapon or limb is stuck within. To the opponent, it'll feel as if they had buried their weapon/hand in sloppy mud. By reforming around the impact point, they are able to trick their opponent into coming in for an obvious attack. From this point, they can finish their opponent off, or capture them for later use.

* Suberasu (Walk of Water)

Special: Doubles user’s maximum movement speed. Though supplementary, ‘activating’ it will always use the default ‘C’ ranked chakra. When sliding over water, chakra cost for the slide is reduced nil.
Description: One of the Hozuki’s greatest advantages comes from their very essence, their viscous jelly substance able to instantly provide the user with a limited yet versatile source of suiton. In this case, the user is able to mold chakra on the same path that’s used to keep their appendages in place, allowing an extra amount of chakra to constantly cover their feet. This chakra allows the user to essentially slide or ‘surf’ across the ground at steady speeds for as long as the user’s chakra network can sustain. Because the water provided comes from the user's jelly, they can ride on any form of surface inclined or flat, as long as they have the chakra and said areas do not pose threats to the Hozuki's life - i.e. fire, thunder, etc. A telltale glassy streak is left behind, a smear of jelly revealing the traveling Hozuki’s next destination.

Gousuiwan no Jutsu (Strong Water Arm Technique)

Special: On top of the technique's base rank damage, the boost adds additional damage equal to the Hozuki's highest 'Hydration' rank. Must learn for each limb. Pump-up lasts as long as the Hozuki's 'Liquefaction' limit.
Description: Using their ability to transform their body into water, the Hozuki will reform their limbs, be it arms or legs, into a more muscular form. The muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened by the moisture gathered from the whole body, and as it is compressed into the entire arm, it provides boosts equivalent to an instant pump-up. This stronger limb allows the clan member to deliver more powerful blows with either a weapon or taijutsu in conjunction with the boosted limb. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is very high. The trade off for such difficulty? The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of cutting through both rock walls and steel doors.

Kan'oke (Dense Water Coffin)

Special: Up to one victim can be 'consumed' per use, plus one more each time retrained. Consumption lasts a single turn and is inescapable, that is, unless the opponent can somehow produce a burst of chakra greater than the one overtaking them.
Description: A highly effective combat technique due to its high element of surprise, this deadly jutsu is best reserved for close combat situations. In a moment when the Hozuki spots their opponent's opening, their essence suddenly shifts forward at frightening speeds, no longer resembling a human and instead reverting into a giant blob. Their aim is to envelop the victim, smothering them so that they drown in the dense waters, feel their bones break due to the pressure, and even poison them by using their unique jelly.

Suiton Jutsu
Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall)

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Teppoudama (Bullet)

Special: Bullets are fired from the mouth, all at once in the form of straight lined stream–like fashion. By default, 5 bullets can be fired at once, plus 5 more each time retrained. Must hold seals while firing. Bullets pierces 'C' ranked barriers and below, and move at the speed of a kunai.
Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 40 meters
Special: The waves are delivered with full force, power and speed for the first turn, and then flood an area twice the wave's range. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles.
Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.

Goshokuzame (Five Sharks Eating Skill)

Special: Sharks move at double that of its victims, unless the opponents carry a particular bloodline that favors water/underwater life. Due to the pressure of the attacks, they can only be destroyed by ‘A’ ranked attacks and above. Sharks can travel wherever there is water, and exist until they are defeated or run out of water. The user cannot create more batches of sharks until the original five are defeated. The sharks do not distinguish between friend or foe. Requires a water source.
Description: Goshokuzame is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the power of Suiton, and although slightly unconventional due to its environmental prerequisites, nonetheless powerful and deadly. After the user forms the needed hand seals, they will place their hands on the surface of the water in order to transfer their chakra. From here, a shark of condensed water will emerge from each of the user’s fingertips, ordered only for one thing – to attack, maim and kill all opponents who reside in the water below.

Mizu no Tatsumaki (Tornado of Water)

Type: Offensive / Defensive / Suiton Ninjutsu

Special: Tornado can be controlled to remain within 10 meters of the user to defend them, and is in itself 20 meters wide at its base, with at least 60 meters at the top. Tornado gales follow, and the water twister can move at impressive speeds. User is defended from ‘A' ranked attacks and lower, and can even absorb enemy Suiton attacks to keep their shield on longer, as well as restore their chakra. Vortex can last up to one turn, plus one more each time retrained. The user cannot perform any other jutsu while controlling the tornado. Requires a single handseal and eye contact to be held at all times when moving the tornado. Requires a water source.
Description: Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes a nearby water source to create a rapidly moving spinning water vortex around the caster. The large tornado begins spinning wildly around the user, able to move where the caster wishes while acting both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious, break bones and cause internal damage.
