Description: The basis behind the majority of Ototon techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sound waves around them. 'Sound Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Ototon nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over all sound around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Oto Bunshin no Jutsu (Sound Clone Technique) [100]

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Being "elementally" based, the clone use any "C" ranked or lower Ototon techniques the user knows. Can be relearned up to 4 times for a maximum of 5 clones created.
Description: With this technique, the Ototon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of elementally recomposed sound chakra, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's sound-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Otoken Danmaku (Sound Blade Projectile) [100]

Special: Blade range and speed depends on the user's highest 'Sound Dominion' rank. Can create up to one sound blade, plus one more each time retrained. Blades can be fired off one after another, never simultaneous, though the delay in between is no more than half a second.
Description: The user merges any guitar-like instrument with sound chakra, then strums briskly across the strings, projecting the sound chakra into the air as sharp, vibrating blades. Each blade is the size of an average-sized katana, which travel through the air at the same speed as a thrown kunai, and can only be projected in one direction. These blades can also deflect thrown projectiles of lesser rank without hindering their speed at all.

Shinrei Tachimachi (Ringing of a Bell Technique) [475]

Special: Can ring up to one bell, plus one more each time retrained, for a max of 20 bells. The technique cannot be activated if the user cannot ring the bells. Distance vibration can travel depends on the user's highest 'Ototon Ryouuken' rank.
Description: An extremely simple technique within the manipulation of the Sound Element, upon performing the handseal, the user sends vibrating sound chakra through a wire that they are physically touching to a Senbon Bell, which is normally attached along or at the end of the wire. This vibrating chakra forces the Sound Bells to vibrate in effect, potentially creating several "ringing bell" sounds around an opponent. Though weak and unnecessary at first glance, this is simply a follow-up technique for more deadly, advantageous tactics.

Ototon-Inkaten Shinkirou no Jutsu (Flashing Point Mirage) [100]

Special: This jutsu only works when a sound is being made. The mirage itself is limited to move where the sound was originally made, no more than the same distance as "Sound Dominion". The sound acts as a trigger for the genjutsu; therefore, if the opponent does not hear the sound, the mirage is not seen. While the mirage is a visual illusion the trigger is activated by hearing. The mirage can only be an image of yourself or of someone else the PC has seen and encountered in the past. For example, you cannot just create a mirage of a giant bijuu to make the opponent flee. Up to one mirage can be made per turn, plus one each time retrained. Mirages lasts until victim destroys or disrupts the illusion.
Description: The user focuses their chakra on a noise or vibration and manipulates the sound waves to create a quick lasting mirage. The mirage usually consists of the users own image, but with enough skill the user can create any image they want.

Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion towards the direction the user is facing, with enough training, the user is able to move perfectly opposite to wherever it is they are looking - that is, a backwards Body Flicker. Its usefulness is limitless, and carry the same rules as the parent technique.
