[1] PERSONOLOGY
Ranmaru Takemura was born on midsummer's day, granting him a strong affinity for Fire chakra rare in the Land of Water. Having reached 17 years of age, he is now a Genin of the Hidden Mist Village, trained in the secret arts of the Hanakora Clan.
[2] PHYSICALITY
Now that we understand who your character is and where they come from, we get to see what they look like. Spare no details here. How tall are they? How much do they weight? Are they skinny, or wide? How do they look like with clothing on? Do they have a set uniform, or do they frequently change? Any scars, blemishes, disfigurements? Diseases? Again, spare. No. Detail! The following sub-categories below should be answered in order to provide a visual for one's character.

The mental aspect of your character. Within this section, we should get to see just what exactly makes you tick. What kind of personality does your character have? What allegiance to they owe? The following sub-categories below should be answered in order to provide the organs for one's character.

Finally, on to the actual fighting. From weapons, items and armor, to the very techniques that drive your character, everything that involves conflict should be listed and organized here. Keep in mind that all items need to be shown in full detail, quantity included!
Basics
All new Shinobi characters start at the Genin level, with no profession. Recreations, however, are able to start with their last acquired rank and profession.
Characters can start off as Nuke-Nin and Non-Ninja as well, but be aware of the consequences!
Starting Ryo varies by rank:
Genin :: 5,000 Ryo
Chuunin :: 10,000 Ryo
Jounin :: 20,000 Ryo
Techniques
Everyone starts with 1 FREE Release - UNLESS they are Taijutsu Primaries and wish to dedicate their bodies purely to Taijutsu for the sake of attaining enlightenment in the form of the ultimate Taijutsu, Hachimontonkou - the Eight Chakra Gates.
All characters start with 1,000 EXP!
Keep in mind that for techniques with multiple ranks (such as Genjutsu Kai), you must learn each rank in order to move onto a higher level. This means you will have to purchase the 'D' ranked version before being able to have the 'C' ranked version, and so on.
