  Genin are the lowest of ninja skill levels, possessing a knowledge of all the basic ninja skills. • Roka generally wears dark clothes, usually a light t-shirt, pants and sandals, maybe a jacket if he thinks he needs it. When on a mission he'll swap the sandals for a pair of black boots.
  
• Roka is slim, his wiry muscles making most of his weight. He is deeply tanned from spending most of his time outside. He keeps his fair hair shoulder length, with the fringe short and jaw length bangs framing his face. His eyes are a dark blue.
  
• He has a tattoo of a black rose on his right hand, the stem curling around his wrist and the head opening out in the center if his palm.

• Roka is quiet, preferring to be on his own, and can usually be found tending to flowers if not training. When you get to know him he can be friendly, and he will always do what he can to help someone in need, which often surprises people that know him as "the guy with the flowers." He's incredibly loyal to his friends, going to any lengths to help them.

  Description: A butterfly knife a essentially a folding pocket knife with two handles counter-rotating around the tang such that, when closed, the blade is concealed within grooves in the handles. With a single flick of the wrist, the user can bring the blade out in a flipping or fanning motion.

  Description: The rope dart is a typical kung-fu weapon that in the hands of an expert can be a devastating weapon. The weapon consists of a long loop of rope with an attached and sharpened kunai head like blade at the end which cuts on all sides. The rope dart is typically flung, swung, and wildly whipped around to make a fast, hard to see, and deadly weapon.

  Description: As its name implies, the user equips these retractable wrist blades so that the attach to their forearm without risking exposure. These blades can spring forth when needed to surprise any opponent fought in hand to hand combat.

  Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

  Description: This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt.   Description: Ninja Info Cards a device established by the shinobi community in order to improve intelligence. Infused with special chakra seals, these cards are activated on touch, and once a link is established, the user may transfer memories of a particular person. The result is the most recently known picture of the person, followed by important facts such as their abilities, locations, bloodlines, possessions, etc. An excellent tool for spying!

  Description: Similar to the radio in ease and effectiveness, the binoculars are sturdy and serve as a means to measure the distance to a target. Measuring no more than six inches in diameter, this square shaped device sports a durable carapace designed to withstand water damage and even the pressure of extreme altitudes.

Cultivation

Cultivation Ninjutsu are Hanakora techniques which utilize chakra in order to create seeds, flowers, and other plants, as well as to cause seeds to bloom in different ways. Cultivation techniques are the most important Hanakora techniques, and almost all Hanakora jutsu will require their use as a set-up to combat.

• Hana Ninpou: Haeru (Flower Ninja Technique: Shine)

  Special: The user can grow up to a 1x1 square meter's worth of seeds at once. The technique can be relearned numerous times, increasing the square meter size by one each time, up to a maximum of 10x10 meters.
  Description: A deceptively important jutsu, this technique is the baseline for all Hanakora techniques. By using the Hanakora's special chakra techniques, the user is capable of immediately causing a seed, or group of seeds, to burst into full bloom.

• Puranto Ninpou: Ueru Tsuru (Plant Ninja Art: To Grow Vines)

  Range: 15 meters

  Special: Allows the user to grow a lengthy vine, covered with Hanakora flowers, from a seedling. Up to 10 seedlings may be targeted initially. This ability may be learned multiple times, increasing the number of seedlings capable of being grown by 10 each time, with up to 200 seedlings maximum.
  Description: A further advancement of the Hanakora's ability to manipulate plantlife, Ueru Tsuru creates a lengthy vine, covered all around with sharp thorns, with the vine being capable of a maximum length of twenty meters and an inch thickness. These vines may later be controlled by Hanakora ninjutsu and used as a weapon.

Commands

Hana Kamei and Puranto Kamei, or Flower and Plant Commands, are techniques which the Hanakora is capable of using without the use of Handseals. They tend to be very basic in their actions, but the instant maneuvers can quickly catch an opponent off-guard. Commands are noted for their rather limited range and effect.

  Special: Requires the user to have flowers or flower seeds at hand, or else the ability to create them via Miracle Cultivation.
  Description: One of the few truly defensive Jutsu of the Hanakora Clan, this ability causes a wall of flowers to bloom in front of the user. Hardened by the user's chakra, the flowers will repel assaults one rank lower than it before breaking apart.

  Description: A technique that is mostly for show, this ability allows the user to cause the targeted flowers to fly up about 5 meters into the air at maximum and revolve very quickly. The effect lasts until the user releases the Ram handseal.

• Hana Kamei: Kafun! (Flower Command: Pollinate!)

  Special: Causes the user to break down a target area of flowers from plants into pollen and then from pollen into seeds.
  Description: It can be quite easy for the user to cause the rapid recreation of seeds. Rare plants are often the target of this technique, allowing the user the ability to rebirth a species that many might have considered dead or to be of much value. By targeting the plant, the user causes the plant to immediately decompose into pollen, following for an again instant re-composition into seeds. A single plant can produce up to twenty seeds, and the user may target a field up to 5x5 meters. When used in conjunction with Hana Kamei: Jiten!, the user is capable of spreading the seeds out far and wide in order to create a larger field of flowers.

Hana Ninpou

Hana Ninpou make up the bulk of the Hanakora Ninjutsu aresenal. These are Ninjutsu that utilize flowers as a source, and can be used in a myriad of ways that opponents don't often consider. Because of the tricky nature of the Hana Ninpou, it is easy to catch an opponent off-guard and with proper use of these jutsu, almost any opponent can be overcome.

  Description: A fairly simple technique with the potential to do a lot of damage, Hana Ninpou: Hana Shuriken allows the user to, after the completion of handseals, cause the heads of several nearby flowers to levitate into the air, begin to spin rapidly, harden their petals, and then fly towards the opponent. The number of flowers capable of being targeted by this technique is dependent on the user's Rank of the technique.

  Description: A variant of the Replacement technique taught to most Academy shinobi, this ability causes the user to instanteously switch places with a large collection of flower petals, dodging an impending attack. These flowers are then in position for the user to perform a follow-up attack.

  Description: A very simple technique in which the user utilizes their chakra to preserve the freshness flowers that have been picked for extended periods of time. For a small application of chakra, the user is capable of preserving literally hundreds of flowers for weeks before needing to recast the technique. While preserved, the flowers do not succumb to diseases or die from lack of water, but they can still be destroyed by physical blows, fire, or the like.

  Description: This ability is usually a follow-up to Hana Ninpou: Hana Shuriken. When the user displaces the heads of the flowers and sends them flying towards the opponent, he or she then performs the handseals for this technique, sending the stems, hardened by chakra with a sharp tip, flying towards the opponent in a manner similar to Senbon. The number of 'senbon' capable of being fired is equal to the number of flowers the user can release with Hana Ninpou: Hana Shuriken.

  Description: A classic deception with a Hanakora twist; by utilizing nearby flower petals and shaping them with chakra, the user creates a Bunshin that can be used offensively, defensively, or simply just to attempt to get an opponent to waste time attacking or defending against the Bunshin. Once struck, the clone will dissipate into a bunch of falling flower petals. Since the Bunshins are made out of flower petals, the user is capable of using the Bunshins as a source for all Hanakora techniques that utilize flower petals.

  Description: By channeling chakra throughout a mass of flower petals, the user is capable of lifting them up into the air and causing them to float around in circles. The petals move very quickly, around and about in a circle, which can cause a huge distraction inside of a fight. The flowers will circle inside of a dome of chakra that can be no larger than 5 meters in diameter. The dome will remain only for three turns. Weak to fire.

  Description: An ability that is usually setup as a combo technique with Hanakora Hyakka techniques, this technique causes a targeted area of flowers to release a large amount of pollen. This pollen is highly combustible, creating an advantage to anyone who is using Katon-style attacks. The pollen haze extends into the air about five meters, creating an effective smokescreen. In addition to this, the pollen will wreck havoc on people's sinuses.

  Range: At maximum, five meters in diameter, twenty meters high, and at minimum two meters in diameter and five meters high.

  Special: Creates a vortex of sharpened, spinning flowers around the opponent.
  Description: A powerful technique that is meant to trap an opponent into place, this technique causes a large amount of flower petals to fly around the opponent. The petals, flying at high speeds, are sharp to the edge and can easily cut through skin. With the flowers encircling the opponent, the user is free to create a follow-up attack using the flowers.

• Hana Ninpou: Ame no Hana (Flower Ninja Art: Rain of Flowers)

  Special: Creates a cloud of flowers inside of the air which may remain in place up to 3 turns.
  Description: An ability that is meant to be used mostly as a distraction. Performing the handseals, the user will cause a great number of flower petals to ascend into the air, creating a 'cloud' of flower petals about fifteen meters in diameter within the air. The petals will then begin to casually descend down the sky, and is mostly used in order to force the opponent's attention to the sky so that the user can attack from the ground. If the attack is ignored, other Hanakora techniques may be utilized from the cloud in order to catch the opponent by surprise.

  Description: The user performs the required handseals for the technique. Upon completion, a number of targeted flowers, not exceeding 10 flowers, quickly levitate into the air, their petals solidifying and sharpening, which then fly towards the opponent. Upon impact, the flowers detonate, each with the collective force of one-half of an explosive tag, releasing a thick cloud of heavy black smoke.

Academy Jutsu

• Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

  Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu

  Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
  Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

  Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

• Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

  Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
  Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

  Special: This technique can only be used once per thread, and once more when it is retrained. Can be retrained 6 times.
  Description: Kaneau is a Taijutsu technique that makes it easier for one to shift their own weight in an instant, providing them with good balance when they would land on one foot, no matter what they do or what kind of position they are in. This technique was developed by Taijutsu masters to give them good balance while they did the most ridiculous types of Taijutsu moves that would naturally leave them off balance.

• Shoufuu (Rising Wind)

  Special: Sends the victim or item flying up to 5 meters up in the air, plus 1 more each time retrained.
  Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user will perform a highly swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon they are wilding, sending either or flying in the air.

  Description: A combo technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position

  Special: Takes the edge off of enemy Taijutsu attacks, taking damage as though the technique was one rank lower. Can only be performed on the ground.
  Description: One of the first things a Tumbler has to learn: how to fall. Or, more accurately, how to fall without getting hurt. Light on their feet as they are, the user can reduce the impact of many Taijutsu techniques simply by leaping backwards at the last second. As a second part of this technique, the user contorts their body in air so they land without unnecessary injury. This technique has a few obvious limitations, namely an inability to thwart piercing force, Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This technique is also ineffective at ranks higher than what is currently learned by the user.

  Description: Setting themselves up, the user of this technique will do any number of backwards handstands as they bridge the gap between themselves and their opponent. Then, with a back-flip, they lash out with a downward kick using the toe end of the foot in a circular motion. Despite it's rather long set-up, it uses rotational force to decent effect.

  Description: A surprise attack designed to use leverage and rotational force in place of brute strength. The user leaps on the opponent, performing a handstand on his victim's shoulders so that he is upside down, facing in the same direction. They then finish their flip, grabbing their victim's shoulders and using the force of their fall to throw the opponent clear over their back.

  Description: Katon, the birth of the flame itself. With but a mere thought, masters of the flame learn to birth their fire over large expanses. Intense training opens the door for other techniques, but they all rely on one simple core - the user's ability to birth a flame from a distance.

  Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn.   Special: Produces an intense stream of fire that can move as long, as far and as fast as one's 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Because the flames are slightly more intense than other katon jutsu, each time this is retrained, the user can stack 'C' ranked burning damage. However, for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Stream can last up to a whole turn, but when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still.
  Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

  Special: Distance and speed at which the fireball can travel before automatically igniting depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank. Additionally, fireball size and explosion area will always be equal to 1/5th of the user's 'Enkou Shinka' size. Finally, each time retrained, an additional 'C' ranked amount of damage is added on as a bonus to the explosion. However, after every 4th training, chakra consumption will go up by one.
  Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.
