Special: Range and speed of the technique depends on the user's highest rank of 'Sound Dominion.' The arcs are extremely thin and one-fifth the user's range in 'Sound Dominion' in length. When first learned, one arc can be released, plus one more each time retrained, to a maximum of five. Deals a B rank of cutting damage.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, then makes a short, intense sound such as a clap, whistle, or snap of the fingers. Using that sound wave as a medium for their chakra, the user creates a number of thin cresent arcs of recomposed sound that fire away in front of the user. These arcs vibrate at high speed, giving them strong cutting ability. This technique is renowned for its widely shaped arcs, which give it great use as a wartime technique, capable of cutting down a rank of enemies at once.

Banshou no Kyuumetsu (Sudden Destruction of All Creation)

Special: The speed of this technique is equal to the user's highest rank of Sound Dominion, while the range is equal to the user's highest rank of Sound Dominion, cut in half. Highly draining, can only be used once per thread, plus one more for each time retrained. Deals one SS ranked amount of damage.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, creating a loud burst of sound such as a scream or a detonation. The user's chakra uses that sound as a medium, creating a massive sound-wave that radiates out from the user, so powerful that it creates visual distortion within its range. The wave impacts with extreme blunt force, followed by violently damaging vibrations. This wave leaves behind an auditory dead-zone, where no sound can be heard until the end of the round.

* Burst Murder Technique: Pretty good, would just like you to add into the special (as it is mentioned in the description) how good thee cutting ability of the sound is i.e sends a 'b' rank worth of piercing damage.

* Strife Technique: There needs to be a length of 'charge' time, per rank, for this technique i.e 1/4 turn, 1/2, near instant etc. Solid elemental projectiles like that of doton, suiton, wood etc I would see bypassing through this technique as disrupting the particles of the 'physical' is not something sound could or should do.

* Divine Hail Technique: Not too sure of the mechanics of this technique. What is mean't by one 'hail-burst', is it a singular bullet-like blast of sound or a grouping? There would need to a certain time lapse of when these bursts are shot into the air and when they crash down upon the target i.e 'turn' based.

* Sudden Destruction of All Creation: Something of this magnitude could not be generated from a whistle or clap, there will need to be a much greater force in order to produce this technique (it may also need a charge). Not quite sure what you mean by atmospheric particles and its connection with the technique? Due to the intense pressure I would presume there would be some sort of visual distortion in the area, like a mirage, as well as other effects such as a sound deadzone, and maybe negative effects on the targets body - not just blunt force from impact.

Added damage to Burst Murder.

Added a charge time and an addendum for solid-state elements into Strife Technique. I excluded Saton because I believe that, being made of disparate particles, they would be easily vibrated and dispersed with a sound wave. Think of marbles on a speaker, and how easily sound controls them.

Removed Divine Hail, because I think it was confusing and not really in line with Ototon's style.

Adjusted All Creation to require a louder scream or sound, as well as noting the side-effects of it.

* Sudden Destruction of All Creation: The max range of this technique shouldn't be based on the max of the sound dominion. Its too expansive for a technique that can create SS ranked damage in a single blast. Edit it so range of this technique is equal to the user's highest rank of Sound Dominion, halved.
