There is a great contrast between the personality Tsuki wants to showcase, and her appearance. However, her true nature perfectly fits her clothing - elegant. She wears a very short vest, white in colour which just abouts covers up her cleavage. Over that , a long pale yellow coat hangs down from her shoulders, the collar is bent sideways revealing to be pink, this collar is rather large, managing to cover up the entirety of both shoulders and the space around the back of her neck. The Sleeves are perhaps even larger, they completely cover up her arms and in fact, the only way to even see her hands is to fully roll the sleeves up, though the soft, thin material means a brisk swish of the sleeve would push it upwards. The coat falls to her knees and shades both of her legs, it covers up most of her lower body.
On her legs, she wears red shorts, with pink frills on the end which gives her a rather cute appearance. Her feet are homed inside two rather large high heels - navy in colour. The heels are strapped around her ankles, and cover her toe nails; which have been ever so carefully painted a very faint blue.

.her background
Tsuki was born into a very rich and wealthy family who lived in the Land of Iron. The family were well known for owning a large amount of land and business within Hoshigakure, the land of star ninja. She was brought up to be spoon-fed given the amounts of maids and servants who worked under her family, as such she was never incredibly independent. The girl knew no better than to demand things off other people, and as such came off as being rather spoilt. People hated Tsukis family, even pitying the small girl for having such a bad habits influenced on her through bad parenting. However, being so young - little Tsuki didn't know the difference between right and wrong. It was only through many years of her life that she began to mature.
At the age of 8, Tsuki's parents decided it was inevitable that the family had to move to closer to their work, they packed up and moved to Hoshigakure. The Sukoshi family were not great fans of ninja, they feared the special techniques they could use and thus avoided the shinobi of the hidden star as much as possible. However, Tsuki took great interest in the shinobi, and with her parents refusing to allow her to socialise with them, she began to greatly dislike them. Her parents were always working too ; they never had any time for her. Her only company was her butler Ami. Ami was an old man, who often supplied her with toys and made her meals, he obtained whatever she wished. This was the first and only time she had even came close to forming a friendship with someone. None of the children in the Land of Iron liked her at all, and she was denied the opportunity to make friends in the hidden star.
Years went on, and as Tsuki grew to her teenage years she began to sneak off to converse with the shinobi of the hidden star, she disguised the fact that she was the child of the parents who everyone so greatly disliked, and from doing so she was able to study nina skills, and uncover hidden talents that she had. It was only a week or so after Ami passed away when her parents workforce went on strike, in order to start to gain decent wages from them. Of course, being the selfish people they were they refused to boost their wages. As the Great War broke out many of Hoshigakures people began to valiantly defend the village from the raids which often came their way, however it was only a matter of time before one mist ninja managed to sneak in and assassinate both her parents, who were unprotected with their lack of shinobi defences. With the owners of the majority of Hoshigakures business deceased and no one except Tsuki qualified to take over, the girl was put under some pressure, but she ultimately refused the offer feeling as though she was not capable of running the business. This aided in the slow recession of Hoshigakure which came in the following months, and with ninja in poor supply of money and food, there was some starvation and a lack of defences, it became easy pickings for the stronger villages who fought in the Great War. Over night, the entire village was decimated, and most of the villagers slaughtered.
Tsuki was one of the few who survived, the girl couldn't sleep that night with all that had happened as of late. She became aware of strange auras which stone in the distance, great masses of energy, she became scared of that energy was but only knew that it grew closer. She was quick to flee, oblivious as to what she was running from. The entire village was burned down and blown up, most of the chakras of the villagers faded away, she knew that what she saw was no coincidence, she was a sensor. The girl had tooken knowledge of the star villages ancient scrolls in her time of living in the village, and intended to learn the ancient arts of the village in which she felt so loyal to. With that, she fled, her locations became erratic, but after years of fending for herself, she decided it was best to move onto another village. She came to Kusagakure, and the village of Grass - she eventually settled down and made herself at home, however her loyalties would always lie with her previous village, which one day she hoped to raise to its former glory.

.her personality
Tsuki comes off as a cold, bitter person. She likes her privacy and has no intention of striving to make people like her or enjoy her company. Tsuki is very loyal to Hoshigakure and would be one of the few things she would be sure to risk her life to defend, she longs to restore the village to its former glory. The girl enjoys being pampered and spoon-fed, she is somewhat pompous and expects a lot from others, however she has a soft side which offers sympathy and puts others before herself, her difficulty is expressing such characteristics. After all, she is never involved much with socialising with others, for the most part she is alone.
The term friendship is completely unknown to the girl, she has no friends, and she does not desire to make any. The girl is happy to aid others in the event that her unique sensory skills are required, however this is only because she feels as though being relied on makes her dominant. She enjoys reading and often practices in the traditional Kunoichi training, she greatly dislikes highly talkative people and cannot stand bias against a specific group of people.
