xu looks nothing like a shinobi. a schoolgirl, someone working in a boutique, maybe even a sightseer, but certainly not a shinobi. from her diminutive size to her sweet, vapid features, she seems to have a constant expression of surprise on her charming face, as if never quite sure where exactly she is, nor what she's doing there. messy hair, flicking out at all angles, an endearing shade of pink, and her big, curious brown eyes, make her appear completely nonthreatening. but there's a strange depth to those eyes. dangerous? it's hard to say, but it's there.

a far cry from appropriate shinobi garb, xu's outfit is comfortable and fashionable, as if she were out for drinks, or maybe even on holiday. layered, cropped tops, a casual sleeveless hoodie, teamed with a tiny khaki skirt. striking boots, and a puffy hat are the first of accessories, with wristbands and a cute puzzle piece necklace making up the ensemble. a small pouch on her waist holds her trusty deck of cards, and the ever present mr mew is usually tucked under her arm.

a strange one. although she smiles and laughs, although she asks questions and shares compliments, she is strange. perhaps it is the unfathomable gleam in her inquisitive eyes, that hints at bizarre depths, or maybe the way she trails her fingers along fences and tables, as if utterly consumed in the task. it could be the way she keeps her pinky finger hooked in her companion's belt loops at his waist, a vague smile hovering about her lips.

even without her quirks, it's impossible to say the girl is good-hearted. she seems to lack the basic morality of what is right and wrong, instead stealing or causing harm with the most genuinely oblivious expression, honestly shocked when informed that she should not behave as such.

however, her whimsical and happy-go-lucky demeanour tends to make up for the real aspects of her personality. on the outside, she is simply a curious, carefree girl, and only those few flashes into her true, and rather bewildering depths, hint that this appearance belies something much more sinister.

Wings are meant initially for hovering and not sustained flight, so they may be held for up to only one turn; however, one more turn of flight is gained each time retrained.
Description: After a few simple seals, the clan member can utilize their paper in order to create a flurry of wings meant for stable flight. The wings created by the user can be be any color, size, and type they wish, and will carry them across even the greatest of distances and chasms - as long as the user has enough chakra to continuously power it.

Description: The user performs the required Handseals, releasing a cascade of paper into the air which retains all of the standard paper strength of the user's Paper Ninjutsu. The paper creates the shape of a mobile, floating eyeball about a foot in circumference which can be directed by chakra alone from a distance by the user. When the user covers one of his or her eyes, he or she becomes capable of viewing an area as if the paper eye was the user's regular eyeball. While scouting with this eyeball, the user must remain stationary. The technique lasts as long as the user maintains position; should he or she remove his or her hand from his/her eyeball, or should they begin to move away from the Ninjutsu's casting location, the technique will fall apart.

Description: One of the Shikigami's most dangerous talents is their ability to create a battlefield in advance that directly resembles the outside world. This ability, not a Genjutsu due to the fact that the user actually changes his or her paper's shapes and colors, allows the user to facilitate the appearance of just about anything, leaving the ability to cleverly trick and attack the opponent.

Description: The Onmyoji, the original Paper Shikigami, were said to summon forth demonic apparitions from another realm into the paper they used. This companions would do their master's every bidding, floating about, completely loyal.

Special: Each rank determines the range at which they can detect chakra, whether it comes from a person, animal or even an object. By closing their eyes and forming a simple seal, the world of chakra around the user becomes unveiled. Upon learing the s-ranked version, the user will no longer need to form a hand seal to activate this technique. However, this technique still requires a large portion of concentration to use, and therefor is generally incapable of being used in combat (unless the user was to hide for a moment in order to activate it).

Description: Kagura Shingan is an advanced Sensory Ninjutsu technique used by all sensors, and serves as the root to the entire sensory tree. After performing the necessary handseal, the sensor closes their eyes and uses their innate ability to detect chakra in order to determine the location of their opponent by the faintest of chakra trails, as well as discerning the size of an approaching unseen force, and even their chakra capacity.
