Getaway Bird

This would really only take a minor edit, but I would like to suggest that the Getaway Bird be edited to include an appropriate speed:
As it stands now according to the information provided in Kibaku-Nendo any jutsu that does not have its speed specifically discussed can only travel 2 mps. Which is understandable when you are talking about the standard explosives used by the KG, but as the name implies this is used so that the user can be airborn and remain mobile while attacking. It isn't really all that effective if it is moving slower than your average shinobi which can travel at 4 mps. Certainly can't be used for getaways. In the manga while on this creation Deidara was able to dodge shuriken, Gaara's sand, and plenty of other attacks. Now I am not saying it needs to be that fast, but at the least I think it deserves to move at 4 mps to match normal shinobi speed. Any way that's my suggestion.

Description: Molding clay into a tiny bird about the size of a C1 bomb, the user can then perform a special handseal to make the the bird expand into a size in which it can hold one or two people and sustain flight. Just like C1, the user can control where the bird moves, but what differs this bird from what's created in C2, is the size and the inability to do anything other than support the user for flight and explode.
