Description: The basis behind the majority of Ototon techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very sound waves around them. 'Sound Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Ototon nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over all sound around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Special: Range of the technique depends on the user's highest rank of 'Sound Dominion.' The arcs are extremely thin and one-fifth the user's range in 'Sound Dominion' in length. Description: The user forms the hand seals, then makes a short, intense sound such as a clap, whistle, or snap of the fingers. Using that sound wave as a medium for their chakra, the user creates a number of thin cresent arcs of recomposed sound that fire away in front of the user. These arcs vibrate at high speed, giving them strong cutting ability. This technique is renowned for its widely shaped arcs, which give it great use as a wartime technique, capable of cutting down a rank of enemies at once.

Up to one bullet can be shot per use, plus one more each time retrained; regardless of bullets shot however, they still shoot forth in a straight line one after another, not simultaneously. User must remain in place while firing.
Description: As the name would imply, the sound bullet technique allows the user to shoot small pockets of sound at their target from any source of sound they create. After forming a few small hand seals, the user will produce a quick intense sound, such as clapping, screaming, or anything that can power the bullets. This is the creation and expulsion of the bullet(s), with the number varying on the rank of the technique.

Description: One of the perks behind Byakugan is its ability to read the chakra nature before it. Rather than simply seeing flowing energy all at once, the Hyūga now learns to distinguish each release by a unique color coding only they can see. Description: Following a short amount of handseals, the user will generate an extremely loud clap of thunder overhead, with its purpose being to surprise or even intimidate an opponent (jumping at the sound, looking behind/up, etc.). Alternatively, it can be used to mask the noise of something, or even a person's movement, useful for distraction.

Special: Creates thin, small channels of raiton chakra from the user's fingertips, each travelling in unison along the earth, their sole direction capable of being controlled by the user as long as he/she remains in place, and continues to expend chakra. Deals C-ranked shocking damage upon reaching its victim, while simultaneously leaving them stuck in place for 1/4th of a turn. The current will immediately be dispelled if struck by a jutsu of equal or higher rank. Both speed and range are equivalent to the user's highest 'Karai Shin' rank. Each time retrained, additonal C-ranked shocking damage is stacked; however, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Can be trained a maximum of 8 times.
Description: Forming the necessary handseals, the user will then emit a current of chakra from their fingertips and into the ground, these tendrils of raiton chakra all moving together along the earth, capable of being controlled by the user as long as they remain still and continue to emit the current from their hands and into the ground. While easily visible, the current's speed and nimbleness can make it hard to dodge nonetheless. Upon reaching an opponent, the raiton chakra will travel through their entire body, leaving them stuck in place momentarily as it deals a reasonable amount of shocking damage.

Special: Allows the Raiton wielder to emit a beam of lightning from their mouth, its diameter measuring 1/4th of the user's maximum 'Karai Shin' range. Alternatively, the user can seperate the beam in two, both parts dealing B-ranked damage, opposed to the single beam's A-ranked damage. Range and speed of the beams are equal to the user's maximum 'Karai Shin' rank. Can be retrained once, stacking an additional A/Bx2 ranked damage.
Description: Following a relatively large amount of handseals, the user will conjure an incessant, devastating beam of lightning from their mouth, with the capability of maintaining this lethal discharge for as long as their chakra can sustain it. This jutsu comes in two forms, one being the focusing of the chakra into a single, laser-like emission of lightning, and the other being the seperation of the one beam into two weaker, albeit still destructive, counterparts, both capable of being shot in their own separate directions. At its strongest, the ninjutsu is capable of ripping though and completely obliterating boulders, trees, solid earth, entire buildings, and even certain metals.

脱兎の Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu

Special: 'Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu' is an add-on to 'Shunshin'. Blinding flash extends 5 meters in every direction from the user, plus 1 more extra each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, consumption will go up by one. If in range of flash, blinding will last a single turn; unstackable.
Description: Everything is practically mimicked from Shunshin no Jutsu. However the only difference with Chisoku Inadzuma no Jutsu is raiton chakra is used to blind the victim whom is looking upon the user before the technique happens. This blinding lightning is enough to cause a simple distraction so anyone looking upon the user can’t read the Shunshin and where the user is headed. The simple blinding lightning appears automatically for the user, blinding anyone looking upon the user and requires no extra timing. The potency of the flash obviously weakens the further the victim is from the user. Sadly, this technique will surely give away the users location if they’re being stealthy.

Description: Like Kyodan Anshu no Jutsu the user coats their throwing object with Raiton chakra. However the Kumogakure version is highly different. Unlike Kyodan Anshu, which focuses on the secondary weapons area of effect. Metarikku Sumiyaka no Jutsu focues on speed and overall force with the secondary object. Because of this coated Raiton chakra the secondary weapon travels thrice the normal speed of a normally thrown secondary weapon and pierces through flesh, bone, wood and stone easily. When the user is holding the secondary weapon they instinctively force a decent amount of Raiton chakra into the weapon. Giving it a vibrant blue glow which resembles Raiton chakra more than actual chakra. Once done the technique is finished and all that is needed is the user to throw the object. Once the object hits something and has pierced through it, this Raiton chakra will quickly vanish from the object.

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.

Description: If any member of the family is based purely on an intimidating appearance, it is Kyokusen, who sports one of the most recognizable specie: Peregrine Falcon. Her back and long, pointed wings are slate gray, with black barring and black tips; her white underbelly also sports these same markings. Her tail, long, narrow, and rounded, is colored much like her back, ending with a simultaneous strip of black and white respectively. The operculum on her beak is yellow, as are her legs, while the beak itself and talons are black. A beneficial adaptation in her species is the notch on her beak, near the tip, which enables her to kill prey by severing the spinal column at the neck. At twelve meters in length, with a wingspan of thirteen and a half meters, this could definitely be dangerous to humans as well. Thankfully, when called to fight an opponent she does not wish to eat later, Kyokusen tends to use her budding ability to control wind.
