PHYSICALITY

Body appearance: Hikaru is not the body-builder type, but nor is he scrawny. He has a rather decent athletic form, his shoulders broad, but biceps thin. His mid-section is even to a point, like that of a track runner and his thighs are toned like those of a long time soccer player.
Apparel: Hikaru typically wears a sleeveless, zip-up shirt; black in color and more than likely torn where the sleeves once used to be. Half-way between shoulder and hand he wears two armlets, or otherwise silver-paneled elbow-guards. At his waist is a green sash belt, which holds up long, black pants, the ends of which are cut off, just before a pair of buckled-black, and spiked boots at the toe.
In warmer weather, his long pants are often replaced with shorts that cut off at the kneecaps. In the reverse case, a jacket is thrown over his shirt.
Blemishes & Scars : Battle is present everywhere in the life of a shinobi, however Hikaru has not yet seen it, being only a recently graduated genin. As such, he has not acquired any scars, and he was born relatively without blemish, save for a circular birthmark which rests on the lower left portion of his back. Although, he does have a lightly shaded dragon tattoo etched into his left bicep.
COGNITION
Personality: Hiraku is a rather polite individual. Always speaking to those, even of the same rank with respect granted to those above him, as such some see him as a suck-up. That, however, is not his nature at all. He gives respect to those, because he believes that everyone deserves respect as a person. Although, he has very little tolerance to those whom don’t treat life as a gift, wasting it for their own gratification and the suffering of others, in this regard, he has a very eager temper; anger which he quickly appeases through mostly volatile actions.
He has passions, such as reading, and his development as a member of the Akadou clan, and as a shinobi in general. When working towards any of these, he can sometimes be seen as obsessive; training vigorously, volunteering around the clan quarters and reading the night away. However, he would also drop any of these activities to help someone whom was kind enough to ask for such.

Quirks & Tendencies: Hiraku has several habits, or rather routines to his daily life. At night for instance he most likely will be found at home, reading in his room, unless called to help prepare supper, clean up or help around the clan quarters. During the morning hours, he usually trains alone, before the sun rises. Then prepares for his duties as a genin shinobi. One particular habit to note would be the way he rubs the back of his head when he is either nervous about something, or embarrassed by it.

Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

Description: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper infused with special chakra, layered over with a special script on it that serves to enable and facilitate its explosive properties. Its execution is simple - the ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log, and upon activation, the note is set and begins either a slow countdown burn, which eventually results in a large explosion, or the explosion in itself upon command.

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Special: Allows the user to transform into any person, object or animal of normal/small/miniature size. Transformation can be held for one turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu (Chakra Absoprtion Technique)

Special: Highest jutsu rank determines amount of chakra transferred per use. Chakra leeching can occur on any surface, living or non-living, as long as it contains chakra. In order for leeching to succeed, contact with the victim must be established for at least a few seconds. Keep in mind that while Akadou can absorb chakra from anything, they can still be overwhelmed by it, as well as receive its side-effects (for example, you can't put your hands to a Raiton shield-type jutsu and expect to absorb anything without getting shocked.)
Description: The root of all Akadou jutsu, Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu is a special ninjutsu techinque used to quickly extract a victim's chakra for the purpose of using it for oneself . After activitating the technique, the user's hands will glow a neon-blue color, the sign of reverse-flow chakra. As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed ti withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

Special: User can only release themselves from illusions of equal or lower rank.
Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Chakra Keihin no Jutsu (Chakra Gifting Technique)

Special: Amount of chakra transfered depends on the user's 'Chakra Kyuuin' rank.
Description: Once the Akadou learns to control the altering chakra flow of their victims, they understand the nature of reversing that flow so that it fulls their targets rather than empty them. After activating the technique, the user's hand will glow with a special chakra hue which, when their palm touches the target's body, can pass their own chakra onto whomever they wish.

Chakra Ichida no Jutsu (Chakra Paralysis Technique)

Special: Paralysis lasts as long as the user's hands are on the opponent.
Description: With this variation of 'Chakra Kyuuin', the Akadou finally learns to enhance the potency of their special chakra, to the point it renders their victim's useless midst leeching. Rather than just provide discomfort through absorption, the victim will now be forcefully paralyzed while being touched unless they can provide a chakra surge larger than the one overtaking them.

Chishihou no Jutsu (Faux Wound Technique)

Special: Affects victims in a 5 meter radius of the user's strike. Severity of wounds depends on rank.

Description: With this simple Genjutsu of Touch, the illusionist creates the sensation of a wound onto anyone that they attack. After forming the needed seals, the user charges and strikes, and the illusion settles in. Although the victim(s) won't feel pain, they will feel the disadvantages of being injured, such as being able to walk less over a perceived broken for, or being unable to form handseals due to an imaginary chopped off hand.

Fuuinjutsu Ikkou (Storage Sealing Technique)

Special: Allows the storage of various different items either onto a scroll or onto oneself via the generic seal. Can seal items equal to highest rank known. Sealing and unsealing items costs a 'C' ranked amount of chakra per batch time.
Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.
