Each turn the victim of the technique is grasped by the Medic, their temperature goes up by the value related to the rank used. The exception being S-Ranked, which is incurred instantly.
If the assumption is that the average human body temperature sits at approximately 37.0 °C (98.6 °F). The technique in question then adds the following amount per rank:
D - .25°c, C - .5°c, B - 1°c, A - 1.25°c, S - 1.5°c.
Unlike many other techniques, the Mystic Hand nor any other non-specialist Medical Technique will have any hope of helping. Chemical reactions take place faster under heat, and techniques such as Shousen or Sozo Saisei will be ineffective, having been designed to tackle wounds, the only thing application of these techniques will do is little to none. Fast flowing water can take down the heat two ranks per turn.
The heating effect lasts two turns(2) posts for Ranks D, C. Three(3) for Ranks B, A. Finally it lasts four(4) for Rank S.
Naturally it has no effect at all on those of the Iron Skin bloodline.
Description:
Based around the original Technique of the Mystic Hand Technique, as one might be able to judge from it's uninspired title. The process of casting it is largely the same as the original Technique. By focusing chakra into their hands and selecting it's desired aspects, it turns a light red, a colouration which changes upon degree of mastery. A novice in the skill generating small bloom of angry chakra over their hand, while it is rumoured that a true master of this can set his palms ablaze with the technique, their colouration a deep and violent scarlet as opposed to the pink that most beginners can summon.
However, the technique was not made to utterly destroy someone, instead capture and interrogation are it's purposes, both revolve around making the opponent delirious.

Requires a dead body. Cannot piece armour without Kyuga Bones/Teeth of a high enough rank to be incorporated into the whip.
Shousen and In'yu Shōmetsu can be applied to the whip for repair.
Per retrain, another corpse can be incorporated into the whip, up to a maximum of three, each one adding an additional one(1) meter of range.
Description: A technique made on the battlefield for high demoralisation effects, and carries with it, a very dark story, where men became little more then beasts fighting for survival. Anyone with any grounding within either history or Iryou Ninjutsu, will be able to recognise it fully. It initially starts off with the Medic in question dissembling a nearby corpse, preferable freshly slaughtered. They then construct a whip of sorts from the available material. If broken bones a present in the body, they will be also added into the bio-weapon, After this process is complete, and the necessary hand seals are formed, the weapon becomes alive. This is an altogether too easy aspect to note if the medic has been particularly vicious in his construction. If the voicebox has been introduced to the make-up of the weapon, then it will awaken, screaming until it finally breaks. Another sign is the continuous bleeding from the marrow of the bone as it is forced to continue producing blood cells.
The weapon is based from the Dead Soul Technique, which reflects the absolute necessity to use the heart in the whip, which allowing the Medic to wield the fused flesh without a large amount of difficulty, as it literally uncoils upon command, and alters it strike with the right direction. What is perhaps the most sadistic aspect of the weapon perhaps is what happens when it connects with an opponent's bare skin.
It rips it off and adds it to the make-up of the whip, increasing it's reach.
