The user is immune to this effect as long as he does not move due to the Shikigami affinity for paper. Anyone else in the area, including friendly targets, will be affected regardless of whether or not they move.

The paper remains on the limb for only one turn, plus one additional turn for each new rank. The user of this technique can only perform Shikigami techniques while Paper Fist is active. Additionally, the size of the paper fist is limited by the max paper size creation of Hatoronoshi no Kami.
Description: Tuser covers one or several limbs with sharpened paper, increasing the striking power. As the paper is rather sharp, it is capable of causing cuts, their deepness depending on the force with which the strike is made. The limb covered can also be used defensively, but the area will be destroyed by an attack equal to the highest rank of Hatoronoshi known.

Rather than triggering the grenade into an explosion, it instead sends a disorienting burst of paper equivalent in size to the highest rank of Explosive Property Addition. When the paper grenade is used in this manner, it is incapable of causing any harm and it is used mainly for its distracting purposes.

I'd prefer to get rid of the multi-ranks altogether, making it a B-Rank with a chakra cost of 'High'. Its range should be dependent on the user's rank of 'Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill)'. Also, in the special, add: "with the user at its center" after the first sentence. This is just to make things clear to those who skim through the specifics, and to prevent any miscommunications.

I have some concerns in regards to changing it to a single rank technique whose area is determined by Hatoronshi no Kami. While Hatoronshi no Kami (from my understanding) allows the paper to be used within 50 meters, it allows a paper creation to only be a maximum of 10 meters in size. Therefore, by keeping the technique to a single rank, the area covered will be limited to only 10 meters, which is quite small for a B rank technique whose only purpose it is to serve as a set up for other techniques.

The range of the paper fist technique in comparison to its power (which stops at S rank) is not much of a factor. Also this technique is over the size limit in terms of Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill). The max size a B ranked paper creation can grow to is six meters so this needs to stay in multi rank form.

Keep the speed reference in Paper Fields as I mentioned; I don't want anybody taking advantage of the gap in words that would be present otherwise(Paper Speed refers to creation movement speed, not speed of creation, so I want this to specifically state it still uses that speed guideline).

Also, I am fine with that technique acting as a multi-rank domain, though in order to rank it above rank D, you will also need Creation Size above rank D, to match the rank to which you wish to learn—make sure this is stated in both the Field and Fist techniques.

I'm not sure what Sohyo is talking about with Fist being only B Rank, I think he misunderstood something that Estilo commented on.

Your multi-rank techniques need their chakra consumption adjusted; techniques which require you to learn D, C, B, A and S ranks should have a consumption range of Very Low to Very High, not Low to Very High.
