PERSONALITY
O-rin is a simple young woman; sickly, and pale in most sense. This reason because of this is just as simple; she is sick. O-rin has a condition that produces larger amounts of blood then one normally needs, not just red but white cells as well. This causes a frailty in her physical form, and makes physically demanding moments difficult; let alone Taijutsu. Along with her frail form comes a light to mid-blonde shag of hair on the top of her head, extremely long compared to most; her hair is wild, messy, and allowed to sit freely among her frame. Easily reaching around her waist in the back, and just above her belt line in the front. Two shags are known to hang from the sides in the front, and come across her shoulders. Her eyes a per-requisite of her condition which forms strangely changing pigments of color within her pupils; easily making her current eye color confusing, and changing accordingly to her condition and progression into it.
Her lips suffer just as easily as the rest of her body; frail looking, and nearly colorless. She lacks the want, need, or will to apply make-up of any kind, and thus leaves the most of her unpainted, and naturally colored.
Her attire is strange; lapsing folds of cloth, leather, and a single belt are the main foundations. Her entire upper body is wrapped in a large assumption of bandages, and covered up with an overly long sleeved cloth shirt. Over the shirt is a single pattern of leather that mimics a Chuunin Vest modeled after a Kumogakure Shinobi. Around her neck is a dark blue scarf that hangs off her body even after being wrapped several times, and leans off the back of her body. Her headband is sewn into the front of the cloth.
The rest of her attire is nearly the same as the top-half, a single cotton pair of shorts reaches down to her knees before being covered up with a small lapse of bandages, the bandages move down from mid-thigh all the way down to about mid-lower leg. Pure white in color, over her shorts is a baggy pair of leather cads that cover up the cotton shorts completely. Around her feet, she wears what is commonly known as knee-high Ninja Tabi; or Combat Ready Shinobi Boots. Meant for tough terrain; they have been modified to fit for comfort, and take up everything below her knees.
HISTORY
O-rin is logical, intelligent, and extremely focused on anything she happens to be doing; knowing of her condition. She is willing to do anything it takes to ensure she has the most of her life but because of that very sense, she has a strong love of it. This making her extremely passive, and unwilling to fight unless there is no other options to ensure the survival of her friends, allies, comrades, and people. O-rin is commonly called a goody-to-shoes and doesn't care much about that title. She is willing to stop mid-mission, and help another person out, and shares a strong willingness to aid the elderly, less fortunate, and sick people. Despite her illness, she dislikes being given an easy life, and finds that without challenge. She might as well roll over and die.
This often makes many see her as weaker or useless in all senses; but she has proven again, and again that she is capable of protecting her home, and ensuring its survival. Willing to die to do so; she understands what a Shinobi may be forced to do to continue that cycle, and secretly wishes to change that fate by forging a lasting peace between all the nations, and "evil" people that may inhabit them. Through war, and pain can be the absolution of true peace, but only through peace can life be lived.
With peace comes war, and with war comes peace. This is the cycle she understands, and wishes to break. O-rin is a bookworm, and loves reading more then most. Not just scrolls, and information but romantic, comedic, and even perverted books are a thing she enjoys. Before she dies, she has a simple goal. To bring peace, and faith to the world, and do it at any cost to herself.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects that range from equal in size to as small as half their size. Cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Description: An integral technique for the Shageki-ha, allowing them to fill their Weapon Scrolls with all the weaponry they'll need. Though typically used prior to a fight, poor weaponry management often requires the user to recollect some of their dispensed weaponry and reseal them into their scrolls. Using this in the line of fire requires much more concentration, and thus hand seals.

Special: This ability simply increases the piercing power (or strength, if you will) behind a user's hand-thrown weaponry. The range that these projectiles may travel relies solely on the user's highest Distance Training rank. Likewise, this technique doesn't improve the speed of the thrown weaponry in any way. It should be noted that the user will need to charge their thrown weapons with the chakra equivalent to the barrier or defense they wish to penetrate. Furthermore, these substances serve as baseline values and more so as references. Clearly, a user putting forth the x2 High to pierce a steel barrier would naturally be able to pierce any material lesser than steel, and so on and so forth.
C: Projectiles can pass completely through a human body at any point (chest, leg, etc).
B: Projectiles can pass completely through wooden constructs (shields, armor, trees, etc) up to one foot thick.
A: Projectiles can pass completely through stone constructs (shields, armor, trees, walls, etc) up to one foot thick.
S: Projectiles can pass completely through steel constructs (shields, armor, trees, walls, etc) up to six inches thick.
Description: Typically, a thrown weapon is both easy to see coming, and easy to block or avoid. To combat the weakness of their style, the Shageki-ha have learned how to infuse projectiles with chakra in order to pierce defences. Barriers, armors - their secondary weapons can now break through these.

Special: This technique delivers the projectiles with an astounding amount of force (think of a pro baseball player throw a fast ball). Because of this, each weapon carries with it great piercing capabilities; this technique makes all thrown projectiles more effective against armor.
Description: A simple exercise used by those who practice Shageki-ha, albeit a powerful one. The user hurls a typical secondary weapon, except using intense force. The damage such projectiles inflict is comparable to a punch of the same rank. Speed and accuracy are not improved by this technique.

Description: Thanks to the Shageki-ha's intense accuracy and efficiency when throwing their projectiles, they can throw two in such harmony that the second follows directly behind the first. Description: The user brandishes one of their smaller Weapon Scrolls, and immediately, a length of weighted chain springs forth, rocketing towards the target. Should they make contact, the chain will instantly wrap around the victim, the end remaining sealed within the scroll, making for a capture.

Description: Kaneau is a Taijutsu technique that makes it easier for one to shift their own weight in an instant, providing them with good balance when they would land on one foot, no matter what they do or what kind of position they are in. This technique was developed by Taijutsu masters to give them good balance while they did the most ridiculous types of Taijutsu moves that would naturally leave them off balance.

Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Special: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes, opposed to allowing them to be "timed" explosives. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.
Description: Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown.

Sōshuriken no Jutsu (Manipulated Shuriken Technique)

Special: The user is able to manipulate one wire and shuriken, and another each time it is retrained, every fifth retraining the consumption goes up. The range of the technique depends on the length of the wires used.
Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
