Special:Arashi truly meaning storm which is why this blade is thought to be the more offensive one out of the two blades, Once a High amount of Chakra is push into it a whip composed of S rank Raiton chakra would form from the blades hilt reaching the length of 3 meters, Once the whip is fully formed which is near instantly the user is able to extend the length of the of the whip up to 15 meters with a additional Mid amount of Chakra pushed into the blade. The user can use this as means to strike someone from a distance or coil them with the whip, if someone is struck by the whip they will receive a S rank amount of Raiton Damage and if they are coiled by the whip it will deliver a constant amount of A ranked Storm damage to the victim every turn. The whip can be broken by a single S rank attack or Highx2 burst of Chakra to break free from being wrapped up also if it is knocked from the users hand it will deactivate.

Special:Rīpā: Rīpā truly meaning reaper which is why this is considered the defensive blade of the two it’s ability being true to it’s name, once the user pushes a high amount of Chakra in to the blade a whip composed of pure Raiton that could extend up to 5 meters near instantly . Unlike Arashi Rīpā doesn’t have the ability to cause harm to people, but it has the ability to disrupt A ranked and below Raiton, Doton, Suiton, Jutsu for an additional high amount of chakra being pushed into the blade. The whip can be broken by a single S rank Technique or if it is knocked from the users hand it will deactivate.

Info:Arashi & Rīpā Can Be reactivated with another high amount of Chakra if it is destroyed. Also if the user is wielding both of these weapons at the same time they are not able to cast any ninjutsu.
