PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION, a small and slender boy with blond hair so pale it gleans white in the sun and a complexion that almost matches. his eyes are a contrasting dark scarlet in color and ringed with shadows of a bad night’s sleep or perhaps illness. ararik has always been a rather sickly child, something passed down from his mother's side of the family. had it not been for that little genetic hiccup, ararik would look nearly identical to his father when he was a teenager and many people have said as much in the past. he hopes he really does take after his father if only to ensure that he won't be stuck at such a shrimpy size his entire life. ararik has few marks on his body, no freckles or moles, and very few scars than are noticeable against his stark white skin. the only really notable scar is right in the center of his face, a slash going across the bridge of his nose. he'll claim he got the scar from a fight (where he totally kicked the other guy's ass), but he actually got it from clumsily playing with his dad's serrated knife when he was seven. the hot and arid climate of his home makes his fair skin susceptible to burns and so the albino seems to prefer long sleeves made of very light fabric whenever he goes outside. he doesn't seem to have a typical style of dress; as long as it's comfortable and easy to move around in he'll be happy. though not much a jewelry buff, ararik does wear a black leather choker around his neck that's sort of become his one signature article of clothing.

PERSONALITY, ararik is a kid plagued with insecurities hidden behind a poorly constructed facade of confidence and control. he tends to come off as very aloof in the presence of strangers, especially where large groups are involved, and although he's painfully shy, he plays it off as simply being stuck-up or disinterested in those around him. ararik is actually a pretty kind and caring individual and though he may not be the best at expressing himself through words, his actions say he isn't nearly as apathetic as he pretends. he's the sort of person to listen to a stranger's problems and try to solve them rather than simply act as a shoulder to cry on. selfless is one way to describe him, as he has a habit of worrying over others and putting himself and his own issues on the back burner.

he tries to act calm and collected most of the time, but ararik does not have a good handle on his emotions at all. both hot-tempered and impulsive, he's very prone to having angry outbursts when upset by even minor issues and can take hours to calm down once he's started raging. he is not forgiving in the least either, holding grudges against a person for years even after having 'made up' with the offending party. he never forgets a slight against him, but neither does he forget a favor. get on his bad side and you will remain there forever, but those who have managed to get on his good side will have a loyal friend for life.

though in pretty bad health, ararik does not like to sit in bed and never has. he was always a bit of a hyperactive child partly due to sheer boredom (try being an eight year old boy stuck in bed 80% of the time) and partly to prove himself to his peers. as he's gotten older, that hyperactive behavior has turned into recklessness. he was a very curious and adventurous kid and now a very worrisome daredevil of a teenager. ararik is not exactly what one would call intelligent. though very observant of his surroundings, he often fails to act accordingly and so can come off as pretty dense.

Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique)

Special: Distance of fireballs depends on the highest rank known of 'Enkou Shinka'. Up to one fireball can be made, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Fireballs travel in a straight line, but can be manipulated individually if the user is still, is holding the last seal of the jutsu, and has eye contact with the fireball they wish to control.
Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique)

Special: Trapping each opponent consumes 10 meters worth of wire, so the user must have sufficient wire in the first place to trap his opponent. Although multiple opponents can be trapped, only one stream may be shot at once; each time retrained however, one can shoot an additionally stream down a different wire. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption goes up by one.
Description: With this technique, the user takes advantage of what projectiles and accessories grant a shinobi in battle. In this case, armed with extensive wire, the user uses their chakra to move and bind the opponent, and once trapped, a stream of hot fire travels across the wire and envelops the victim whole.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Special: Produces an intense stream of fire that can move as far as one's 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Because the flames are slightly more intense than other Katon jutsu, each time this is retrained, the user can stack 'C' ranked burning damage. However, for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Can be trained a maximum of 8 times. Stream can last up to a whole turn, but when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental Katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Special: Distance that the fireball can travel before automatically igniting depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank. Additionally, fireball size and explosion area will always be equal to 20% of the user's 'Enkou Shinka' size. Finally, each time retrained, an additional 'C' ranked amount of damage is added on as a bonus to the explosion. However, after every 4th training, chakra consumption will go up by one. Can be learned a maximum of 8 times.
Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

暑い Atsui Haigara no Jutsu (Silent Flame Geyser Technique)

Special: Heat spreads all around the user with them in the center; thus the radius of the heat depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ground cannot be moist or wet in general. Additionally, if the technique is in play and rain is brought upon the area the technique will cease. Although the user is not damaged by the heat, their heat can still set anything nearby ablaze if it's susceptible, which in turn CAN harm the user. Suiton jutsu 'B' ranked and above can automatically cancel the heat. Finally, this technique can produce a small, near invisible geyser of heat 1 meter in diameter randomly around the range of the heat, plus 1 more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption goes up by one.
Description: Once the user performs and finishes a string of handseals, the ground the user stands upon will heat up. The heat is so extreme that anything within a specific radius will slowly melt. Due to this, any caught victim will find their movement's decrease considerably, their footwear stuck due to the fusion of heat and melted material. Even better, if the opponent isn’t wearing any footwear the technique will cause first degree burns upon the soles of their feet and grow into second degree burns if they remain atop the burning ground for too long!

Enshō o okoshite buki (Inflamed Weaponry)

Special: Technique is capable of heating up a primary weapon of metallic nature when held. This heated attribute allows it to substantially burn any enemies it might strike. Description: After forming the hand seals, the user's hands will charge with heat, and they are then capable of transferring that heat into any item they hold. With this technique, the user will be able to throw flaming projectiles at their enemies, or heat up a held metallic weapon of their choice.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Should the field touch their opponent, the user will know their position immediately.

Special: When first learned, the user can control up to five projectiles/secondary weapons and send them flying up to five meters. However, each time re-trained, their control number goes up by five for a maximum of twenty.
Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects that range from equal in size to as small as half their size. Cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a very basic ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at their respective village's Shinobi Academy. Henge allows the user to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) ^50EXP

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.
