Tama is a young, fragile boy; slender in frame, standing 5’0”, and weighing 100 lbs. His hair is snow white, slick, and comes down past his face, slightly covering his eyes. His skin is creamy vanilla, smooth as silk. His eyes are honey yellow, and below them are red markings, traditional to those of his clan. There is also a red marking trailing down from his bottom lip to his chin, matching together his face features, and giving him an alluring feature.
Around his neck are massive red prayer beads, what he uses to channel his prayers to the Gods when he gets lonely. He wears a red kimono with black stars printed decoratively upon it. A golden flower patterned obi sash ties it with a red ribbon tied around it. Due to it being sleeveless, he wears an all white jacket with an unusual red line on each sleeve, which he keeps arms rolled up. On the back is the kanji for “Lantern Boy”, his nickname he acquired over the years.
He wears a white hakama with red interior pockets, and much like the arms of his jacket, he also keeps these rolled up. Unlike most shinobi, he does not wear sandals, displaying him as sort of a wild child. He keeps scrolls hidden, as well as various other weapons, in the garments around his body. The most important part of his attire is the lantern he carries, it garnering his nickname. He carries it around to represent the light in his heart. His final tool is a white mask.
x — PERSONALITY;
Tama is what you would call completely reserved, keeping to himself, and only letting those he considers important into his life. Although he respects his elders, and those with higher positions than him, he tends to do things on his own accord, regardless of whether they know or not. He seeks journeys, so he is not willing to let anybody hold him back. Those below him are considered trash, and worthless. He does not even fight them. Only people stronger than him.
Eventually, he wants to become the one that is more superior to others, being respected around the world as one of the strongest shinobi to have ever existed. He wants to become the leader of Takigakure, making the king and queen the ones he wants to pass the most. He serves their will, and will do anything they tell him to do. He wants nothing more in life than to obtain the Hero’s Water, to further him toward becoming number one.
He faces opponents head on, using the bloodline inheritance of his clan, the Kaguya, to kill enemies up front. If somebody is threatening the prosperity of his village, country, and people, he will eliminate them with no remorse. He would rather work by himself instead of with teams, as he feels they slow him down, hindering his performance. In addition, he does not care too much for lower ranked missions, refusing to do them unless the rewards are high.

Gourds tend to be no bigger than a meter or so in diameter, and will slow the player down by half their normal speed when equipped. However, they tend to hold moderate amounts, able to power a few of the user's jutsu - the exact amount shall be left to RP. Each gourd takes up two (2) accessory slots.
Description: Shaped and colored to the player's liking, these items usually hang at the shinobi's back, and provide ample storage room for certain elements advantageous to the user that are otherwise unavailable to the area. From sand and water to much, much more, this accessories provides a wide variety of uses.

Special: Rank of mask determines the amount of time a user can spend underwater before needing to resurface and recharge the device. It takes a whole turn/post of being outside of the water in order for the apparatus to recharge. Additionally, mask is designed to keep out aerial objects that may harm the user, such as generic poisons and micro-fragments, equal to one rank lower than the rank of the mask. Each mask takes up one (1) accessory slot.

However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

Damage reduction, while measured in the form a number, ultimately depends on the RP. Keep in mind the defense bonus only applies to attacks equal or lower to the highest rank known in this technique, and applies to single rank creations; stacked bonus damage attacks can bypass the bone with enough damage. Finally, because the bone within can be so strong, all non-weapon, hand to hand Taijutsu will receive a passive blunt damage bonus equal to the highest rank known in this technique. However, when this effect is applied, the user will ultimately lose speed.

Description: A Kaguya's most basic and innate skill, it allows them to alter the calcium composition of their entire bone structure to whatever density they see fit. This is the basis behind their bloodline skill and all their jutsu, and as they progress in skill and power, their bones become harder and stronger.

Description: Although basic, this jutsu is the commencement of the Kaguya’s bone manipulation to a hardness that will serve them for their own greater good. Once sensing they are loosing by balance by extreme measures, such as strong wind currents or even blasts of energy, they will allow their bones to pierce their feet and into the ground, branching off underground in a form of hyper-growth based on the rooting of strong tree. From this point they shall remain until they choose to move on.

Description: Using the power their blood has granted them, the Kaguya can cause their knuckles to push forward, outward from the hand and sharpening, working as a kind of claw-like weapon. This can also be done from the fingertips, allowing the bones within the finger to extend outward as opposed to the knuckle. Excellent for quick, slashing attacks.

Special: The maximum length this sword can attain is two meters, and is as strong as steel. However, due to the fact that this very durable bone is also incredibly light, it is a virtually weightless construct.
Description: Tsubaki no Mai is the second of five dance forms. Using the Kaguya’s Corpsebone ability to manipulate their bone structure, the user will remove a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Because of the bloodline, the density of the bone can be increased many times so that it is as hard as steel. Using fluid and precise movements, they will then proceed to cut through any opponent within striking distance.

Description: Kyoki Yanagi no Mai is named after the Weeping Willow, a tree that has long limp branches, thus it got the name of 'weeping'. Utilizing the ability of the Shikotsumyaku, the user channels their chakra and is able to grow bones from their forearms, palms or fingers. These bones have little calcium in them, but the strength lies in the amount that is created and that they are shaped and armed with extremely sharp barbs. The bones are utilized as coiled whips by the Kaguya clansmen, taking enemies out from a distance, immobilizing them with an array of thin whips from the forearm, palms and fingers which interconnect when around the target. The barbs make the immobilization more effective as they dig into the targets body. Once released, if it's still connected to the Kaguya, they are able to control the whips movements, as it is flexible like elastic. But, if the user wishes, they are able to disconnect the 'threads' from their body in an instant.

Description: Hikage no Mai is named after the Club Moss, which has a unique style of lateral growth. Using the ability of the Shikotsumyaku the user will channel chakra into their bones to grow several jagged leaf-like entities from the top of their arm down to their wrist that creep out from the arm, forming several small branch structures similar to how antlers grow. However, while this technique appears at base level to be a simple bone technique capable of coating the user's arm in jagged like antler shapes, the true strength behind these outstretched bones are the scale-like leaves that are only visible when viewed up close. The scale-like formation of bones make it so that these bones not only have the ability to pierce the target, but also grind away at their flesh and muscles, vastly making this technique more effective, especially when used with the speed and grace of the Kaguya clansmen. The user needs not to pierce his opponent, but rather simply brush against the target in order to cut away at them.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, and then-- either by releasing it from their mouth or controlling a nearby body of water --form a high-speed barrier of liquid to stand between them and the danger before them.

Black Clouds Technique (Kokuun no Jutsu)

Special: Oil automatically adds a full tier of bonus damage to any Katon (Fire), Bakuton (Blast), Shakuton (Scorch), and Raiton (Lightning) creation. Highly combustible, it rains down upon the general area of the target (20 x 20 feet), making it easy to create large fires. Any elemental jutsu previously mentioned will consume all of the oil at once, forcing the user to recast it should they want another power up. Finally, it takes a single turn for the oil to fully gather.
Description: One of the many advantages of Suiton is its ability to assist other elements in their power. In this case, the user summons forth flammable oil so that they can use this in conjunction with other jutsu. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and will rise into the sky. In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained, for a maximum of five (5). As elemental clones, they cannot exist outside the user's 'Suiton Ryuuken' range in terms of distance away from their creator, and as such, can never exit the thread they were made in nor travel unless by their creator's side. Due to their watery nature, water clones can absorb attacks one rank lower than their maximum 'Suiton Ryuuken' rank mainly by altering the density of their water; any attack above that will instantly burst them. When defeated, clone explodes in a mist of water. Finally, because they are mentally linked their creator, water clones can use any c-rank or lower suiton based jutsu their creator knows.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's suiton-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Mizu no Muchi (Whip of Water)

Special: Whip is formed around the user's desired appendage, and is delivered with a simple flick of the wrist due to its weightless nature, and can reach a maximum of fifteen feet. If the user possesses the Raiton release, they can send a current through the whip with a simple thought, able to shock, stun and paralyze opponent’s should they be caught/ensnared by the whip. Those ensnared by the whip can break the whip with a burst of chakra (x2 Mid).
Description: Mizu no Muchi is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes nearby water to create a whip that will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip their targets, ensnare them, or defend against weapons. As a bonus, the ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent, should they possess the Raiton release of course.

Description: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent from their mouths. This stream moves frighteningly fast, and carried enough force to knock over even strong boulders.

Special: Bullets are fired from the mouth, all at once in the form of straight lined fashion. Speed of the bullets is equivalent to the user's Suiton Ryuuken. Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals, and will slowly drown unless they can somehow hold their breath. In order for a victim to break free, they must offer a chakra burst equal to thrice that of the prison.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.
