The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
I had been trekking outside of the hidden leaf. Nothing formal, just a breath of fresh air from Konohagakure, a chance to explore the fire country of sorts. Unfortunately, the life of a ninja never was that simple. My eyes noticed something suspicious within the forest, and upon approaching it, the stench of blood met my nose and my relaxed posture vanished in an instant. I rushed blindly towards the body, ignoring the thought of a possible disguised assault and upon observing the body, I noticed the deep slash across its chest. The blood was extremely fresh however, meaning whoever have been responsible for this was still nearby. I got back to a vertical base and quickly observed my setting and that’s when I noticed the green haired ninja, and his sword, blood still dripping from it as he had yet to have sheathed it. He only stood eight meters away from the body, likely he had started walking away from it but there was no doubt in my mind that he was responsible for the death of the man at my legs who did not even appear to be a ninja himself. Perhaps, just an innocent man journeying through the forest. “What have you done?” I exclaimed in anger. The facts were there, the slash on his chest, the blood on the sword. He had to be responsible for it.
Green hair correction.

I waited patiently for the scroll, eager to simply get the possible altercation over with. In hind sight, I had clearly overreacted to the situation, there was no way a fellow leaf ninja would've murdered this man pointlessly.
OOC: In case you guys decide this is metagaming againten ill just admit defeat. If not, this is my reply. That jutsu according to the anime usually has a huge breath intake, during tthat intake he tried to low blow him to stop the move before he would do the leaning forward exhale. Last effort before going to bed I suppose. In any case, if i die i guess kharma strikes?
He moved at the same pace as the leaf ninja. Moving to meet him and as the green haired ninja travelled five meters, so did he in the same amount of time, expecting to see the scroll and read it for himself. When his comrades hands left his pocket empty now mere centimeters away from one another and his voice hit a high pitch, he noticed something was wrong. At that exact second that Hayabasua inhaled for the move he launched a knee for the man's ... Private area just before he could exhale.
