The sound of a ‘clank’ would become apparent to anyone around as Ugumo made his way past the land of fire stopping eagerly at the village gates. He was very far from home and it was forbidden for any samurai to be this far from their homeland. Ugumo had been forced out of the path by use of force. Said to be overly confident in his own skills he had challenged his father, the leader of the samurai, to a challenge. He’d lost the battle and was banished to live a life of shun.
As his feet mounted the ground but ten meters from the village gates three guards would jump down swiftly to greet the newcomer. “Konohagakure no sato. Do you have purpose here samurai?” one of the guards would coo. . his byakugan trailing every chakra signature in the samurai’s body in precaution to attack. Before responding the samurai would take off the metallic mask he had worn for over fifteen years. From his last battle it had become damaged and useless but every man held onto something.
Golden locks would sway out from the pits of the helmet as the ivory eyed man attempted to speak. “I am in search for a new home and wish to enter the village of leaf. I can provide my services as a samurai anytime I am needed. .” he would say. . his voice shaking from the humiliation he felt from being banished. An abrupt laughter would cause the samurai to eat his words. . gulping them down like a mouthful of rocks. Before the tears could become visible to the konoha ninja Ugumu would bow to them in shame of his own feelings.
“I am sorry for disrupting you shinobi of leaf. I will be on my way. . .” he’d say in a calm tone before turning to pivot. His footsteps would become heavy as the giant sword tapped upon his back with each step. Sweat procuring his features as he attempted to sit down against a tree bunker just four miles outside of the village of leaf. Within seconds he would doze off into the melancholy dreams of his lonesome mind.
