The Forest Shrine!
In the middle of the Hi no Kuni woods there stands a small concrete shrine. Its purpose is unknown, and its creation is a mystery. Some people pray here, but to whom is unknown. The shrine is at the very back of a larger field that stands somewhere around 45 x 50 meters of just open grass. Behind the shrine are various trees, as the forests of Hi no Kuni continue onward. This shrine isn't anything fancy or special, just an odd piece of artwork standing at the very back of a large field within a break in the forests of Hi no Kuni.
The large lumbering warrior came to a break in the forest regions around him. He looked up as this happened and noticed that the trees for a good distance beyond him were no more. With the squinting of his eyes, he could vaguely make out what seemed to be an odd structure off in the distance. Scratching his bushy brown well keep beard upon his chin, the Akimichi made his way through the opening to further investigate the structure.
He wore large, loosely keep black Gi pants on his lower torso, and black rubber soled ninja sandals on his feet. The Gi pants were tied off with an equally Black Belt, as though from a Dojo. Above this, his chubby stomach hung out a little bit past his waist line, but was jacked out of his mind behind his fatty mass of a stomach. He wore a vest type of GI on his upper body, of course also black in color, with the Kanji for heaven upon its back side. No sleeves, as his massive arms hung freely from the Gi vest, as no sleeves could contain such massive arms.
He had tattoos of his heritage upon his arms as well. A Rhino on his right fore arm, a Hippo on his left fore arm, and the Akimichi clan symbol on his right shoulder. He wore a necklace of prayer beads, also displaying the Kanji for heaven upon them around his neck. And finally, his most appealing trait, his Mohawk, also brown in color. The rest of his head other then the Mohawk was shaved off completely.
He walked with a brisk pace as any 8' 450 pound creature would, creating small quakes as he moved throughout the area. Changief enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as a smile was upon his face as he moved throughout the open field. Finally, he arrived at the shrine. He wondered and pondered about what could this shrine have been in place for, or rather for who? It could always have been someone grave for all Changief knew, and didn't want to disrespect the dead, if that was indeed the case. The warrior would get down on one knee, and with his left hand, grasp his prayer beads that hung loosely from around his neck. A prayer, would commence throughout the Akimichi's mind, honoring the possible dead before him.
Who could the warrior possibly meet in a place like this?!
