The manner in which she laughed at the most minute action by the scarlet-haired infant only disturbed the beauty of discretion-oriented actions. The Uchiha was a gemstone, and while preserved presently, the intruder would attempt to steal her. Nothing to the essence of security vindicated such an action impossible, and like an unguarded, leisurely protected vault, he would slide in, and just as easily exit with the prize possession of her life. A hired hand he was—a wandering assassin who drew blood for profit without repentance or concern for those he destroyed, or the families he ruined. A heart with the sole callous that separated men from demons, and it was obvious to assume which side of the partition he stood on.

Skin a fair tanned, holding a caramel touch with hair a luminous shade of lilac. Customized visors concealing the dark oculars that permitted sight upon the three who rested so close to the forefront. A grin ensued as the murderer licked his lips, sliding through the sequence of hand seals that would arrest the Uchiha woman. However as he looked on, and with the faint impression of bodily movement discernible, it seemed the boy had grown aware of his presence. How he accomplished such a feat was beyond him, nonetheless his death would be swift and compliment the execution of the scarlet-haired woman and boy. Without indication to vulnerability, he vanished, a sequence of two seconds carrying him to the front of the concealed individual. Idiot, he mused to himself focusing on the hand flying towards the triangular sentimental of vital organs just beneath his right pectoral.

The man didn’t bother moving, but instead would allow the strike to pass into him. His hand would slide into the chest of the assistant as his body’s frame contorted and instantly took on the appearance of shaped water? in the interim, before recognition of his hand sinking, the little Uchiha boy would realize his limb was perpetually sealed within the bearing of the man he attempted to strike. An intense pressure applying itself to the fist of Genryū, not only did his Taijutsu fall short, but he left his sister completely open to her own demise, instituted by the Hozuki. Concomitantly, as the hand plunged into his chest, did his right hand slide down to his side, drawing a kunai, and with a quick flick, the utensil would rush towards the side of koi. She was no Shinobi, and while her savior decided to be ostentatious, his near instantaneous actions wouldn’t be instantly comprehended by the cherry-haired.

Chakra Reduction ^II

Ultimate Hydration Technique (Suika no Jutsu)

Special: Initial liquefaction lasts a single turn by default, plus one more for each rank above 'D' obtained. Finally, Hozuki are made of water, so they can use themselves as a base for all suiton based jutsu. Hydration rank also determines rank/level of suiton the Hozuki can birth from their body.
Description: The core technique behind the bloodlimit and the door to stronger, more powerful attacks, this jutsu allows the Hozuki to totally transform their body into a condensed state of water, so dense that the user can withstand even the roughest of physical attacks, yet so malleable that on a whim, they can also decompose into mere puddles. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified, be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack from a liquefied state Maintaining this form requires that the clan member keep themseves constantly hydrated, but in this form the can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing and merging amongst the liquid. And best of all - by liquefying their whole body at will, it makes it impossible for the Hozuki to receive damage from physical attacks. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like, dormant state until consciousness is regained.

Description: As the Hozuki further their understanding of the control over their liquid essences, their skill in altering their density composition enhances. In this case, rather than simply breaking up into a puddle of water when being struck, the Hozuki learns to absorb the blow, increasing their watter pressure so that the weapon or limb is stuck within. To the opponent, it'll feel as if they had buried their weapon/hand in sloppy mud. By reforming around the impact point, they are able to trick their opponent into coming in for an obvious attack. From this point, they can finish their opponent off, or capture them for later use.

Kunai ¹

Recklessness was merely another ingredient that made the pot of soup that Genryu was taste so damn spicy and swaggy. The corners of his eyes caught site of the looming figure that lustfully called out to Koi. Blinded by an ostentatious urge to protect his sister and his nephew Ryu, he wasted no time in formulating a plan of attack, ready to afflict his opponent with death, and oppose his own will onto the nameless name. Funnily, throughout history itself, mentally simulated events often never went as planned in reality itself - Genryu learned that lesson that day.

His hit connected without the shadow of a doubt, however, when it did something utterly unexpected occurred, the mans body physically distorted, becoming malleable like water itself. Reflex attempted to extract his hand from the mans body, but a chakra induced force said otherwise.

Fuck! You jelly bitch! Let me go!"

Coming to understand the abilities of his opponent, physically striking him further would only add insult to injury, exacerbating the situation more than ever. Even trapped, Genryu's pitiless, sanguine optics watched the man in a moment of seemingly decelerated time, looking over the cold steel that he withdrew. Genryu's heart raced, believing that the blades edge was fated to be tainted with his blood, boy had he been wrong. The mans wrist flicked, setting forth the kunai with brisk speeds; its trajectory carried it past Genryu's own head, and instead converged upon his defenseless Sister. Trapped and stripped of power, Genryu could only watch impotently as his sisters life aimlessly hung from the kunai itself.

Life, death and everything in between was nothing more than a sequence that all ultimately faced upon entering the province of existence. Winds grew in strength, opposing even the mightiest of obstructions, only to die down when its motivation diluted. The sun though almighty and luminous had a life’s expectancy and would diminish in a number of Millennia to come; while outlying, it wasn’t perpetual. The vivid azure of the ambience above ceased when hours pasted, and the day was devoured by dark purple without vacillation. Everything had a natural period in which its days would end; numbered by events that toggled at the true beauty of death itself. An abstract thought meant to articulate the collapse of the day.

Koi’s days from birth were always numbered and it seemed on a spring afternoon, the scale finally stopped processing. As Genryū found himself entrapped in the ignorance that was his rash move, the Hozuki smiled as his buckshot rancor sliced through the air without remorse; though an obvious biasness was directed towards the Cherry-haired woman. It had been quite some time since his unique abilities wouldn’t be the cause of someone’s end; however simplicity never failed him when encountering those who lacked the atypical talents of a Shinobi. There was no way she could counter, nothing alerted her save for the disappearance of her company and the blade moved with pace through the space that separated the two.

“Gen—Arrgh!” She called out, her side impaled by the pointed weapon as she immediately fell over to her side. Pain consuming her bodily presence while shock ensued gradually; It was swift, and came unexpectedly. Unconsciously, the woman’s hands rushed to the entry of the wound, attempting to preserve as much blood as possible; however all she could do was looked to her side, catching the fading glimpse of her sun looked on confusingly. “R—Ryūsuke..” She beckoned weakly, a smile emerging with traces of crimson sliding down the corners of her mouth. Just beneath her ribcage was where the Kunai impaled her—a treacherous 4 inches inward as teeming bleeding became the product of the assault. If Genryū didn’t act soon, his sister would no longer travel on the plains of earth.

Since the beginning of time, all those who've been born into reality have entered without knowledge of the world around them and a dwindling set of time in which they have to explore said world. Koi, walking the earth, intermingling with others for over 2 decades finally saw her time approaching as cold steel penetrated the warmth of her fleshy vessel. Trickles of red runs stained her clothing as her wound only seemed to exacerbate as she fell into the emerald see, laying writhing eyes upon her son for what could be the last time.

Genryu, trapped and helpless, stripped of his power and will like a pimp would his hoes, but something else inside him stirred, a feeling that was never felt before. Geysers of tears spilled endlessly from his eyes as his sister plummeted into the earth, Ryu couldn't even comprehend the danger he was in and that mere thought alone afflicted Genryu with sorrow and bereavement. Having sworn time and time again to protect everything he cherished, he failed, it was as if everything he'd done, every goal attained and every accomplishment acquired, it all shattered before his eyes...

His first taste of reality, and soon his first swallow of war.

"K-K-K-KOIIII!!!!!"

His ensnared arm bulged with muscle, popping blood vessels as he used each and every ounce of bodily energy and oxygen his teenage muscles could conjure up. His feet mowed through the mounds of earth, trying to push off the ground desperately, only to remain idle. His body in its entirety when limp, his head aimlessly hung with its forefronts alighted with the ground and after a second of silence, a contorted face of raw anger sprung to life, turning to meet gaze with his sisters oppressor.

His anger wasn't the only thing that changed, it was more so his eyes, although they retained their sanguine hues, in turn the final raindrop precipitated into reality. If the man made contact with Genryu's eyes he'd find his body growing heavy, losing all motor function not only within his anatomical structure, but his tenketsu as well.

Being purely taijutsu, this was his only chance at getting free from the mans liquid grasp.

Special: Pierces Genjutsu (illusion control) and Taijutsu (movement prediction) 'A' rank and under. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.

  Special: Sleep, suggestion, paralysis, and memory recall last up to 1 turn, plus 1 more each time this jutsu is retrained. Cannot force a user to do something completely against their will, like taking their own life or that of a dear comrade, unless they have previous intent to do so.
  Description: Upon unlocking the last of the normal secrets behind the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha begins to take full control of their blood powers. They are now able to essentially hypnotize anything or anyone that comes in eye contact with the Sharingan, inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". Finally, this level of hypnosis is capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, and even replaying certain, specific memories to someone.

Koi was disoriented beyond belief as she rested on the ground. Eyes progressively losing verve as the lavender in her irises little by little faded into a deep grey. Her body being overtaken by numbness to the point where even a simple action such as moving her arm became something of an unfeasible feat; regardless today she’d prove herculean. Turning, accepting the excruciation that came with such a gesticulation, the Uchiha soon found herself turned on her stomach, her head tilted upwards indistinctly, though enough for her dying eyes to stare upon the face of her boy. This could be the last thing she saw, and the chance to waste it on anything other than her life’s meaning was foolhardy.

His smile—the way his eyes glistened in the light of the overhanging sun that shimmered gaudily as he looked back at her. “Bea—utiful…” forcing the words to slip feebly from her lips, Koi allowed one final expression to surface; a smile. Even in the presence of the Grim reaper, Koi still saw the light through an eternal darkness; Uchiha Ryūsuke was not only the future savior of the village but the fading woman’s liberation. Arms bending, pushing her palms against the emerald divan beneath her, she attempted to lift herself up. It was a treacherously agonizing feat and while it may have taken several moments, she finally did it.

“I--I’ll prote—ct you…” And with that she fell over, her bosom touching the cradle as her eyes lowered—she fell cataleptic. Arms outstretched in comatose, her frame guarded the appearance of the child as she breath faint air. The world around her was now out of her control as well as sights; she had ascended into another plane of awareness; sub-consciousness. From their distance it would be hard to discern death from unconsciousness, regardless it mattered not seeing the end of one was soon in the making as the Hozuki found himself with a new objective—an equal opponent even?

“Time to cap—wha?” Before he could advance forward and sever any ties to assumption with another lethal blow, his body was resisting an opposing force. “tc—“ Turning is head in disgust for a moment, the Hozuki’s eyes widened at the sight of the boy not only showing such an aggression, but act against the assassin’s will. However the key dissimilarity wasn’t his bearing, but the convergence in his eyes. “T—The Sharingan!?” He inquired with a distinct notion of fear, soon realizing that the recently surfaced Uchiha was forcibly extracting his arm from his chest—however he couldn’t arrest such an action. His body was anesthetized, and felt heavier than normal; what was happening!?

With a matured sharingan beckoning into reality, Genryu found himself free from the liquid prison of his opponent. However, as top priority as Koi had been, he had to try something to keep this hozuki subdued. Standing above the sleeping(^Hypnosis) assailant Genryu's retractable shield flicked to life, spinning in a circular, clockwise motion, completing itself in a full circle of protection whilst palming a empty ninja pack. With the hozuki laying upon his back, Genryu outwardly curved his arm on a horizontal path, bringing the blunt edge of his sword across his neck. His hydration would prevent death, however the instant he liquefied had Genryu swiped his pack across his watery neck.

He heard of hozuki being able to liquify to amount all physical damage to nothing, their bodies were composed of a certain mass of water, and with that Genryu thought that if a second had been missing perhaps it would neutralize him if not harm. Sealing up his pack he bolted towards Koi with a couplet of shunpo's carrying him to her side

"Damnit! how'd I let this happen!"

Reaching into a pack upon his left hip, he retrieved a small circular container and unscrewed its cap, revealing a soft, hair gel-esque substance. It was a herbal mixture, known widely within konohagakure that instantly stops the bleeding of a wound, however, immediate medical attention will still be needed. Dipping his finger into the substance, he quickly removed the kunai from her side and in that same moment he coated the wound, preventing more blood spillage. He needed to get her medical attention but dared not leave ryu since Koi was singled out in this seemingly random assault.

In crunch time and under pressure, his fist slammed into the ground, mentally conflicted on who to save, because he knew the possibility of there being more assassins.

"Think dammit, think! what to do!"

Life was slipping away—akin to a perspiring palm sliding down the side of a mountain crag. As hard as she might, the will to survive didn’t exceed the corporal energy required to meet expectation. So this was what death felt like; nothingness? There was no pain, no pleasure and nothing to remember. All she could do was simply rest on the structure, panting with effort implicated only to feel breathing becoming more of a chore then an instinct. Ryūsuke—I hope you grow up into a strong young man who knows both clemency and benevolence. Be the opposition of what others expected you to be; that was a true individual and that’s what Koi had always envisioned for her progeny.

The Hozuki was done for the moment, and while not dead due to his watery composition, he was indeed incapacitated for the moment. He came alone, and while assistance wasn’t expected, one was surely on his way. Rationale behind the woman’s death was still clouded from sight however one thing was for certain, the clock of her life would climax at midnight soon. If nothing acted against the impending end to her subsistence, both Ryūsuke and his uncle would be without the sun that forwarded them a smile. Her breathing became tense and while Genryū rushed to her side, and soon attempted to aid in her recuperation, only one thing came from her mouth as the steel fled her body.

“ARRRRGH!” She called out in pain, wincing as the steel retracted from the perforate in her skin—blood flowing like a stream which was only mended by the cream. However there was still a tricky dilemma; where to go from there? Her breathing calming, shock was soon to return and her state of peace would be episodic by pain and most likely death should medical attention continue to be remote. However with Ryūsuke in attendance, how could he probably leave one behind, and tend to the to her? An impossible question for one who truly loved his family and thus placed the boy at an impasse; his Sharingan couldn’t help in this situation until abruptly.

“Genryū.. I see you defended my family.”

As Koi screamed, her body swelled and quivered in pain as the kunai's edge hastily fled from within her flesh, a sharp, intumescing emotional pain with his chest, almost as if something pierced his very heart. Her suffering cries soon became a afterthought as shock began to play its course, hinting at the danger her body had been placed within. Koi was the sun that rejuvenated Genryu, the beacon of happiness that could bring forth a smile even in the midst of the most direful situations, seeing the very essence of her life dwindling away before his eyes sapped Genryu of hope.

Within seconds his entire life seemed to have spiraled into a endless, pitch dark abyss, demanding for him to be imprisoned for eternity. Tears of sorrow continued to spill from his eyes lavishing the emerald sea beneath him, but suddenly, yet enough voice called out to him, he looked up in the path of direction the voice manifested from, and truth be told, it was the last person he wanted to see in this situation. Koi's husband. The moment he saw his face, his close, and even that trademark stance of pride he adorned no matter the situation, simply shattered Genryu.

His forehead protector smashed into the ground as his fingers curled, leaving small excavations of earth beneath them.

"DAMNIT I COULDN'T DO IT! ALL THAT TALK ABOUT PROTECTING HER AND I COULD'NT DO A DAMN THING! I'M TOO WEAK TO PROTECT ANYONE!

Enter, Uchiha Shōgenki

Adjacent to the whimpering two, the man of legend had finally materialized into sight—though was his arrival too late? Hair was oddly enough short, a discrepancy in consistency when compared to the long, silk textile of his wife’s and child’s own mane , his low-trimmed, bristly and aggressive styling only coupled the masculinity of his jaw structure. Strong definition residing down his squarely face as cheek bones sweltering with strength and the clarity along his jaw line and facial province showcasing that of a mature—stalwart male specimen. Eyes old, sharp and daggering the location of the three who rested before him, a soft sight could only escape him mouth in bitter disappoint.

“Evens with eyes that can see all, you’re still ignorant to what’s in front of you little Genryū-kun.”

The boy had dropped to his knees, embedding the vigor of his nails into the gravel as a shower of rain descended from his once sanguine eyes and touched the blades of grass. The only illustration of honor plummeting below as his Hitai-Ate soon blemished the ground from its former resting place on his forehead. Allowing his sights to retract from his younger in-law, Shōgenki looked on with dull, emotionless mysterious hues at the sight of his wife; an injury of the most coldhearted sort threatening to snatch her from his world. While physically expressionless to that which surrounded him, the essence of his existence and principle would soon manifest in the form of salvation.

Steps both silent and casual guided the Uchiha towards his companions and with a drop to a knee, and the moving of his robe’s tail off his lap, the dark-haired Jōnin dexterously eased through a series of hand seals. His spiritual essence building, while his bodily might reinforced its will, Shōgenki’s chakra surfaced as his hands—now opened palms illuminated a vivid jade. Placing his hands over the area of inflection, the Uchiha executed with mastery the Shōsen no jutsu as his all curative hands began to reverse the process of dead; slowly but surely it was occurring before the two’s eyes—Shōgenki however unfazed by the technique’s potency.

Description: Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. Highly skilled medical-nin can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

“Evens with eyes that can see all, you’re still ignorant to what’s in front of you little Genryū-kun.”

As the infamous Shogenki spoke, his words poured forth with crystilline purity, bearing no falsities but instead 'whole truth'. Genryu's eyes saw many things that a normal eye could not, it observed the world in the purest form that a human being could ever achieve, a world of spiritual particles, the very construct of the universe itself. Though unable to view how the particles themselves transfer and intermingle with one another as the Byakugan, but just laying eyes upon them in their rawest form was a blessing. Despite being blessed with such a sight, Genryu could not fully fathom the physical reality of the world, let alone the intricate system of particles that created said world.

It was to be expected at such a time, he was young, brimming with the ignorance of youth and the seemingly insurmountable tiers of pride that it entailed. But today, tasting reality for the first time within his life, he came to a compromise within himself. His head slowly uplifted itself as minuscule pieces of dirt and earth fell from his hitai-ate, its metal lost its shine like Genryu lost the shining beacon of hope within his heart. His hitai-ate was smeared with taints of green and brown, his left hand soon raised itself to the back of his head, lightly unlacing the bow of his forehead protector as it fell to the ground with a soft 'thud'.

"heh I finally see it, I finally see my own path. Konoha, my precious home is holding me back. My knowledge of the world barely expands beyond these walls. I need to expand, I need to gain knowledge, and combine it with my own power. There I'll reach my destination."

His freshly trademarked ability to instantly transition his tone of voice came to bear, he spoke with a cold resolve behind his tongue as he pushed off the ground with a palm and a knee, coming to a perfect stand as Shogenki continued to aid Koi. With his sanguine optics gleaming with a velvety touch, he gave his last and final words to shogenki despite the disdain that he held for the man.

"Tell Koi that no matter what happens I love her, and Ryu. I won't be here when she wakes up, but she will see me again...eventually."

Bidding his farewell, he turned and seemingly disappeared, traveling along a untraceable path like the wind itself. It was a selfish act, but he knew if koi were to heal properly he'd need to continue tending to her needs, leaving an opening for his escape.

Standing upon the apex of the hokage's tower, the atmospheres rain continued to aimlessly pelt away at Genryu's being as he looked out onto Konohagakure who had now been led the young uchiha from Genryu's life altering saga.

His hands continued to run over the surface of the exposed lesion, steadily analyzing the visibility of bleed retreating back into the pocket as his therapeutic remedy pursued its target. A jack of all trades was quite the understatement for the older Uchiha—his life brought a number of talents that warranted countless titles that most couldn’t fathom. Mastering his clan’s Dōjutsu to pure aptness, a genius of the blistering arts of Katon, a medical brilliance and a physical dominator, Shōgenki was truly a jewel in the treasure sachet of the Hidden Leaf military. However behind his artillery of talents and capabilities he was still indeed a father and husband.

Though his eyes allowed the quiescent tinge of crimson to continue its slumber, the Military general knew all too well the expression that covered his younger sibling’s face; melancholy. Today must have been truly hard for him and most likely allowed him to asset his own talents and limitations. Koi and Ryūsuke were the strongest rite of passage for him and he failed—or at least he assumed he did. Such a demoralizing blow could devastate even the strongest of men’s will. As such his following statement came as to no surprise for Shōgenki would have most likely did the same, if not to a larger scale. As such, the only physical gesture to his condemnation was not that of any violent rejoinder, but a subtle sigh.

“Genryū. Know I will not stop you, however do realize that life is like an ocean. Waves may hamper with its gentle current, however in time such agitation comes to fade. Hopefully your waves will subside and you return to those you love.”

And with that, the normally stern Uchiha took to his feet, placing Koi with a simple into one arm—his palm resting on the surface of her rear as he immediately lifted the cradle with his free hand and started motioning back towards the village. There his wife and child would receive more hands-on medical attention and he could continue overlooking the procedures. Today marked the first decisive verdict that would affect not one, but four. Genryū departing only to return in the near future. The child he once forsaken becoming the sole purpose for his revival and restoration. Ryūsuke and Genryū—bred from the same will of fire, yet so divergent?
