Jiyuu Tenrai, the Sandaime Hokake, ruled over Konohagakure months ago, but his successes were few – nay, nonexistant. His reign failed miserably, wrought with incompetence, and the slightest bit of indifference, blooming once Jiyuu understood that leading a village was simply beyond him, a preternatural for a soldier as he. Now, he returned to his roots, following a simple command, and order given, living the life of a mere pawn. Yet, he was satisfied. The only responsibility he now held was to the mission, a reality much easier to bear than overseeing bustling shinobi and distraught citizen. The target of this mission was a man named Kuyoi Enton, a fierce warrior, frightening and lethal. The man worked under Jiyuu during his reign as Hokage, but now the curmudgeon was no more than a piss-mongering rebel, dabbling in munity; the most hedonistic of acts.
A cloudy night had fallen, the moon’s light struggling to gleam onto the slum streets through which Jiyuu walked. A white-dyed cowl covered his head, shrouding the man’s grizzled features in shadows. That alone was not enough. Before arriving, Jiyuu fashioned a mask using the fine manipulative abilities of the Shikigami clan, shaping it into a human face of a ragged man worn by life on the streets. The disguise was not perfect, as it lacked the exact details of a human face, but it should suffice – all that mattered was concealing his face, surely recognized easily. His steel grey eyes shifted from side to side, drawing in the features of the slums, a part of Konohagakure which had fallen into disrepair – it was no better when Jiyuu was Hokage; truthfully, he is partially responsible for their current state, as during his reign, rebels reigned supreme in these parts. What better place for a rebel to hide than in the brooding grounds for the revolution several months ago? As a further means of precaution, before entering the slums, he created five paper grenades, tucked into his pouch, for use should the situation become violent.
Unfortunately the Shikigami knew not where to look, hence he scanned vigilantly for a sign of gathering, be it a bar or an inn. Intoxicated men speak with a light tongue, shouting out the hidden, but Jiyuu did not rely entirely on that foolishness alone. The bars and will surely be places of gathering for those in the underground world, and espying the information of such lads will, Jiyuu hoped, provide him with information to begin the hunt for. Te name Kuyoi Enton.
The name of the foe sounds quite familiar; perhaps Enton served not only under Jiyuu – mayhap, instead of only having served under him, they have perhaps also fought together in the Second War. Ultimately, the specifies mattered little, for the Sikigami to complete a mission, not care for the possibilities of times long gone. Jiyuu walked deeper into the slums, face still hidden by the cowl. Still, he knew not where to look, hence his eyes simply kept scanning, shifting left and right. For now, his plan of procedure, still, was to locate a bar.

Description: One of the Shikigami's most dangerous talents is their ability to create a battlefield in advance that directly resembles the outside world. This ability, not a Genjutsu due to the fact that the user actually changes his or her paper's shapes and colors, allows the user to facilitate the appearance of just about anything, leaving the ability to cleverly trick and attack the opponent.

The amount of grenades created depends on the highest rank of Pepa Shuryūdan known. The internal damage caused by the Shockwave is determined by the highest rank of Hatoronoshi no Kami known.
Description: The Shikigami alters the effect of the Paper Grenade, and rather than creating an explosion, it creates a forceful shockwave capable of knocking a foe back and causing internal damage.
