Clear skies was often thought to be a sign of good fortunate to most of the people that lived in Hi no Kuni. It was like, the country was unfazed by the seasonal changes that most of the world would go through in a year. But, it seemed that the beautiful country of Hi no Kuni was stuck in an eternal Spring-time weather. Which most wouldn't have complained to, since it was good weather after all. On this very day, the meaning of the clear sky would hold for good fortunate to come upon one particular individual who has been struck severely with the harsh and coldness of the shinobi world. Though, he doesn't allow it to affect him that much, any anger that he had wasn't meant to be put out against anyone or anything. He kept it to himself, though not in a way as of building it up into the point that he would one day explode, but in the sense that it wasn't something he will tell people to get their pity. Though this gloomy past hung over his shoulders, he wouldn't let it stop him from smile, everyone in Kusagakure would have survived and lived on in his heart, whether or not they were no longer on this earthly plane.

("Eh..? What time is it..? ..HOLY SHIT!") An alarm clock had rung, and it's sound had echoed out through a small, decent looking apartment which was decorated with varies designs and patterns of scarlet and gold within it. Like that of a family of royalty. But, the young male that had lived in the apartment surely wasn't rich or royal at all for that matter. His arm had emerged from underneath his blanket, reaching out to grasp the alarm clock, pulling it into the blanket, so that he can see what time it was. He had questioned himself on what time it was when he drug the clock it, and after witnessing the time, his blanket had flown off him and into the air. The young male had jumped out of his bed, and onto the floor, and crouched upon landing, all ninja-like. ("How could I have slept so late?! I have only 30 minutes to meet up with my new team! Gaahhh!!")

He rushed through his daily exercise routine, not wanting to leave the house without getting a workout in, even though time was against the young male. He would then proceed to wash up and do everything else he needed to do before he had sat out. He had finished up with ten minutes to spare, though, he wanted to reach the meeting spot before the Genin would arrive (but, he won't). Upon his dresser, he had three silver bells that he was going to use to test the Genin with, but being in the rush he was, he had only picked up two out of the three bells, and had sat out, dashing to the meeting place. Though, something had seemed to catch his attention as he was heading to his destination.

His eye had caught a cute girl who had worked at one of the bakery's in Konoha. He had seen that she was having trouble with moving some pastries, so he had leaped down from the rooftops he ran across, down to the town below. ("Let me assist you miss!") The young male had said with a bright smile, helping her out with the moving and lifting of the pastries. She had thanked him for his help, and then proceeded to ask him what his name was. ("I'm Nara Uneri, of the Nara Ichizoku. And you are, miss?") Though, before she could even answer the question, he had looked at his wrist watch, seeing that he was now twenty minutes late for his meeting of his new team. ("Crap!")

He had thought to himself, he wouldn't be able to make a good first impression by being late to meet with his new squad. He leaped up into the air, leaving the woman behind, she blushed as he left, hinting that she might've had a crush on him. He dashed through the skies, until he came a few meters from the spot, where new Genin would be waiting for him. He leaped off of the nearest building, and landed about ten meters away from them. When he landed, he crouched, and then slowly rose up to his feet, smiling big and all embarrassed that he was late as he scratched the back of his head. ("Sorry about the lateness, guys...but, how do you do? I am Nara Uneri. And, from today onward, I will be your squad leader and sensei.") As he had spoke, his continued to keep smiling big and brightly.

A the day sure was beautiful, clouds were far and few, the cerulean sky was a pure as it could possibly be, free from any evil taints and negative impurities. Flocks of birds sang beautifully as they conquered the sky above. Me? I just laid there in the middle of a field, limbs spread out like an angel upon my back, why? I was bored you see, my alleged new team captain was a bit - no, extra late for our first meeting, how on professional. But, I made nothing of it, not on this glorious day. I was more than aware that certain things can happen to prevent someone from getting from point A to point B and because of that it wouldn't have been right if I didn't cut my Sensei at least a little slack.

Needless to say, I waited patiently for him to arrive, and as I had done so my mind couldn't help but to paint a mental picture of what he looked like and how his voice sounded. Managing to come up with many wild, but potential match-ups, it was still impossible for me to completely tell. "*Burp* Whoa, that was a pretty big one! Heheheee", Oh! I almost forgot, I'd definitely had my fill of food on my way over to the rendezvous point, namely 4 bowls of mushroom & chicken ramen with a side order of rolls and a few rice balls - might I add it was damn good too! I was quite full, which, was truthfully why I'd been laid out in the middle of the field like some hibernating wildebeast.

"haaaah where is this guy at, I don't wanna wait any longer, I'm starting to get hungry aga-", my speech was quickly cut short as my ears caught wind of a new presence, namely in the name of footsteps that were faint at first, but began to pick up and grow louder. The pitter patter of footsteps was coming toward me, and as expected I reacted quickly, shooting my upper body at a 90 degree angle, and there he was, right in my line of sight. It had to be him! my Sensei! "Sorry about the lateness, guys...but, how do you do? I am Nara Uneri. And, from today onward, I will be your squad leader and sensei.", from the moment he started speaking to the moment he stopped, a wide grin spreaded across my face while quickly introducing myself.

"Shintsumei Kage-Hebi, nice to finally meet you senpai! You're late heheee but thats OK!"

CURSED IS THE MAN WHO DIES ---- BUT THE EVIL DONE BY HIM SURVIVES

It had only been a few days since her “rebirth mission” as she called it, and May was already hungry for more. The past few months she had been sulking at home, not doing anything in character. She wasn’t going on missions, training, or even getting out of the house for that matter, but now she found herself walking to meet her new team.

May didn’t do teams. She didn’t like working with other people – seeing other people for that matter, she could fight them, but work together with them? Yeah, not her thing. However, even though May was totally against teams, she found herself strolling through Konoha to the place where she would meet this team. How she even got in this mess it was unknown, but after her latest mission she got a letter in the mail saying she was selected for one of the “lucky” teams, Team Two. You couldn’t exactly deny a letter like that, and no matter how many times she told Kaori, her “care-taker”, that she didn’t work well with others, she still wouldn’t budge. So, May was forced to go to the meeting and try to get along.

It wasn’t nearly as cold as the days before, the sun was shining and there were few clouds roaming in the sky. It was the kind of day she’d do something more productive like train or go on a mission, but obviously that wouldn’t happen. As she moved down the street, she found herself being knocked into quite a few times, causing her to cringe as pain swept through her body. This morning she had a huge blue spot under her eye, she figured it still looked that way. Getting annoyed with the careless villagers, May finally decided to slip into an alley and pull herself up onto the roof of whatever building she was standing under. As soon as she settled onto the flat, cement roof, she knew it was the right decision. The slight breeze carried a sweet aroma of some sort of flower, testing her senses. The walk from there was quite enjoyable, and May was able to push her negative feelings about the day ahead of her aside.

They were to meet at a certain spot in the village, and once May had found it she plopped down onto the roof above it and stared aimlessly out upon the horizon. Nearly moments later a blonde haired shinobi appeared on a building across from May, and he jumped off it, practically flying to the area beneath her. There, May noticed another boy around her age, who shot up and greeted him. Figuring they were her team, she leaned forward, ready to jump but stopped. “Last moment of solitude.” Closing her eyes and gripping onto the edge of the roof, May took several breaths of the sweet smelling air. Then, opening them again she pushed herself off the building, dropping quickly and landing hard. The pain wasn’t that bad since her legs absorbed it most, so she just shook it off and backed up a bit, away from the boys. “Hi.” She said, nearly groaning.

It was moments like these that she was glad to be the expendable one. Finally she was out of the sterile rooms and chaos for the next several hours to do another task; one that didn't require elbow length gloves and bedpans. Tanbai rolled her head to the side and let her ear rest on her shoulder as she inhaled the sweet air and felt the heat of the sun on her face and chest. Briefly she wondered if this is how flowers felt when they finally matured enough to bloom, before she righted herself and looked down at the pink clipboard clutched in her hands. Updates had to be made to the record files of who had whom on their team along with the medical cards being filled out again. This was all procedure to keep track of the bodies and medical information should the team go out and come back in pieces.

Her brown eyes glanced down at the Academy roster that listed where the Team Captains said their first meeting was to occur. "Well, nothing like having it in a random location." she mumbled aloud to herself as she caught the first mark on the map. "Uhhmm... let's, see..here now...." she looked up at the streets around her then back down to the map again. Sigh 'I wonder if these meeting spots have some sort of deep meaning to them.' Turning the corner she moved past an open lot glancing up just in time to see a child leap from a building.

"OH MY KAMI!" she screamed as her heart hammered in her chest and her feet automatically took her in a sprint to the landing spot only to stop cold as the child stood up completely unphased and proceeded to walk over to two other males like nothing happened. Her wide eyes darted back up to the roof line then over to the childs back doing a silent scan looking for any sign of limp or injuries. There were none. Flashes of the bloody trauma's she encountered in the hospital sped about her mind as the rush still hammered in her ears. She would never fully understand the entire ninja village business. The girl was too young to have, the images of wounded nin staining the sheets entered her thoughts again, that happen to her. A bitter cry of a starling bird snapped her out of her thoughts as she had to will her hands to stop white knuckling the clipboard and compose herself. But that still didn't take the edge off of her worry for the girl as she swiftly walked up beside her and leaned down by her side to get a good look at her face. "Are you all right!? You're not hurt or anything are you!?" her brown eyes searching the girls for a hidden lie. "...No stoved ankles or jolted knees?" '...a broken head?'

[Nureko Otoshi]

"Ugh, I don't even feel like moving today.."

Nureko groaned from underneath her covers, holding the pillow she had drooled on during the night over her head to block the sunlight from reaching her tanned skin. She sighed to herself, dreading the day. It felt like a day to be lazy, but she was stuck being tied together with a bunch of strangers that the village called a team. Any other day she wouldn't have minded, but today just felt like one of those days. Gripping the pillow, she flung her arm through the air and sent the pillow into the wall opposite to her before she rolled out of bed in her underwear. She grabbed her clothes from the day before, which were lying all over the floor, and threw them on lazily before storming out of her room and out of her apartment.

"Arghhh the light, it burns..!"

She hissed and narrowed her eyes, holding up her left arm in front of her face to block the sunlight. She stood in that position for several seconds before her eyes roughly adjusted to the sunlight before she brought her arm down and began walking to her destination of the day. As she strolled through the village, her eyes began to adjust fully to the light. After letting out several yawns and stretching her arms and legs out, the energy in her body began to flow freely rather than being twisted up and trapped in certain spots from her body being stiff. As she began to loosen up, her mood gradually began to lift.

"Eh, I guess it won't be so bad today,"

She muttered to herself. She began to jog a bit towards where she was told to meet up and eventually got there within a few minutes, reaching there about the same time as some apparent yellow haired male. She stopped, resting her hands inside of her pant pockets and looked over at him; Without turning her head, she looked over at another male who greeted the man who declared himself their sensei, a black haired boy. She instantly became irritated with him just by the way he greeted their sensei. He sounded like a complete loser, and he wasn't that cute either. She lightly shuddered and turned her head slightly to see the final member of her team, a girl with chocolate brown hair who looked pretty depressing herself. There was some other woman who seemed to be panicking a bit at the stunt the other girl had just pulled and Nureko had to bite her tongue a bit to keep from calling her a turd. Needless to say everyone in the immediate area got on her nerves for some reason or another, but she'd just have to sit back and observe a little bit longer to see if first impressions weren't all that.

Today was surely going to be like no other, he could feel it, he could smell it in the air, actually. The scent that would surge throughout his nose was the scent of change. And, change would surely happen within the village, as the new generation of Konoha would stand before, all of them had different, young, bright youthful faces to him. Though, another among them had stood out more, h is attention was caught by the curvy and busty body of hers. Though, he couldn't pay too much attention to it, only a few seconds, having to get down to business with another look at his young Genin, though he wasn't too much older than them himself. The first one he would turn his attention to was the bright young male who introduced himself first, and properly, naturally taking a liking to the spirit that he had displayed. It was such a nice thing to see in kids nowadays. He couldn't say that about the other two girls who would be his teammates. It had made him feel bad, really. His young little student would be on a team with these depressing appearances of these girls. Though, he had debunked that though, and began to chuckle and smile big at himself. ("No reason to think like that. This is just the first day!") He had said to himself, before beginning to speak to.

("..Hey, umm...ma'am, I think she's alright. Shinobi do this kind of thing all the time. It's no biggie, really.") The had said with a snicker and a smile. The aura around the young male was warm and inviting. It would be like that of someone who seemed to be a regular, down to earth person, although he had the constant expression of a smiling goofball. The girl who had came to the scene not too much longer after Uneri had seemed to be rather reluctant to be there with them, while the other in the distance seemed more reluctant to be there at all. Knowing that his team wasn't going to start off the best, with it's conflicting personalities, he would have to figure out a way to bring them all together as a team. Or at least to start thinking like one. But, you never know, appearances aren't always what they seemed, right?

He pulled out a sheet of paper from his pants pockets, it had a list of the names of the Genin he was chosen to watch over with. ("So..let's see who do we have here. Shintsumei of the Kage-Hebi clan, nice. Korasawa Akemai and Nureko Otoshi, please introduce yourselves properly so we know who you two are. And, with that being said. How about we all share with each somethings about ourselves. I call last, though.") He spoke calmly with a slight smile, before turning his attention back to the busty woman. He had never seen her, thinking that she probably was most likely a civilian, since she was so worrisome of the stunt that one of his female Genin had performed. His golden gaze set upon her eyes, after his eyes had quickly examined her body, taking it much too his liking.

But, he was forced to be an adult in this kind of situation with the children around. So, he couldn't really talk like he wanted to talk to her. ("Oh, and excuse me miss, my name is Nara Uneri.") He made his way over to her, and took her left hand into his grasp, his hands were warm and gentle. He pulled her hand up to him as he leaned down to kiss the back of her hand, his soft lips brushing up against her smooth skin. ("And, who might you be?") His attentions were rude to the Genin, even though he asked them to do something, he moved away from them to greet the woman. His flirtatious nature couldn't be contained!

"..Hey, umm...ma'am, I think she's alright. Shinobi do this kind of thing all the time. It's no biggie, really."Her attention shifted up from the young girl to the voice. It must’ve been the glittery glow coming in through her eyes and blinding her inner thoughts in the face waking her up ’Who the hell turned the lights on?! What the hell are you staring at! The sun?!’ Tanbai blinked again as her inner mind rubbed the sleep from her eyes and threw herself up against the back of her true bodies viewing windows and got a good look at him ’Well hello~’ she purred catching the golden glow that seemed to surround him and glitter. ’Kinda reminds you of one of them male characters from Icha Icha Paradise doesn’t it? You know, the porn star ones.’ Tanbai quickly shoved her inner thoughts into the dark closet of her mind, she was on work business after all.

”Oh… Well," She hesitated and looked back at the girl and moved from her slightly to give her room to pass and join the group. The lack of concern for the feat or stunt something she was going to apparently have to grow accustomed to in this place. ”Is that…normal?” she couldn’t help but question causing the other two younger ones to look at her like she was retarded before turning their attention back to the one in charge.

"So..let's see who do we have here. Shintsumei of the Kage-Hebi clan, nice. Korasawa Akemai and Nureko Otoshi, please introduce yourselves properly so we know who you two are. And, with that being said. How about we all share with each somethings about ourselves. I call last, though."

She bit her lower lip in worry; perhaps her question had offended them. Her eyes darted down to the chart she had to get it filled out. There was no way she could return back to the hospital without it. Nervously she started to approach them once more when the taller male, the blond, turned his attention back to her making her stop.

"Oh, and excuse me miss, my name is Nara Uneri."he introduced himself and approached her making her feel like she was about to be cornered.
”H-hello.” she sputtered out as her eyes darted back down to the chart rereading the name on it. Sure enough, Nara Uneri was whom she needed to speak with. Her eyes moved back up to him he seemed awfully young to be a teacher of sorts. But it wasn’t her place to judge people. Her hand moved out for him to shake when he took it and leaned down to kiss it.

Swoofs her hair fluffed as her inner mind kicked the closet door open and off its hinges. ’DID YOU SEE THAT?! DID YOU?! Chivalry isn’t Dead!’ she crowed. ’What the hell was his name again?!’ ‘N-nara?’ ‘Nara…Nara…Naaarrrraa~’ … ‘Yep. Sounds like a good one; Rolls off the tongue.’ ‘You’re so shallow.’ ‘Whatever, he’s talking to you.

"And, who might you be?"

”Hatsuharu Tanbai.” she nodded to him as her knees dipped in a slight curtsey for some unknown reason. ”I’m a nurse from the hospital.” ’Like he couldn’t already tell via the uniform Captain Obvious.’ “I need to get you and your Teams medical information filled out and correct for the records. …Please.”

As soon as she fell May heard hollering from her right. Turning on her heels, she faced a rather busty nurse, who looked at May with a horrified expression. “Are you all right!? You're not hurt or anything are you!?” She seemed to waddle as she approached, and before May could answer the one who she later would know as Uneri stepped forward and calmed the woman down for her. By the time he started to speak, May’s mind trailed off. As she stood there, amusingly watching the two flirt, a small explosion like sound was barely audible. Perking her senses up, May was on alert. That couldn’t have been an. . explosion, could it? Suddenly another, louder booming sound was easier to hear and didn’t sound as far off. Panic starting to rise, but no one else seemed aware. About to say something, but the activity around May had picked up and by the time she was able to take it all in, Uneri was already starting to speak and she missed the first half of his instructions.

“U-uneri-sama.” She said, but he seemed focused on something else. A little louder this time, May spoke again, this time her voice came out worried and squeaky. “Uneri-sama!” Hoping to have his attention May continued. “Just a minute ago, there. . it, I think I heard an explosion.” She wouldn’t be saying such a thing if she hadn’t just met a man who claimed there would be an invasion, and ever since she had been antsy. “It. . it couldn’t possibly be Mist ninja, could it?” She looked hopefully at him, her stomach already hurting from the anxiety she was facing – but before he could answer an utterly loud, ground shaking explosion sounded, nearly tore May off her feet. Now she knew something was up, heart racing and adrenaline pumping, she spun to face the direction it had come from, all she could see was rising smoke and flame. “What the. .” But before she finished she was already sprinting past the nurse, who introduced herself as Tanbai, squeezing by she noticed a white-haired girl she hadn’t seen before. Her eyes seemed dark and a little annoyed, and May could only guess she was the other teammate. But with no time to spare, she kept moving to the end of the street, her team a few blocks away, and as she turned to see what was happening, she could only gasp at the scene.

You could barely make out the buildings, smoke had engulfed everything and the blaring colors of fire brew everywhere, buildings collaping in front of May’s very eyes – and the shinobi running loose, they were everywhere. “Holy shit.” She barely got out in between gasps. “Y-you guys, you gotta’ come see this.” She yelled back to Team 2, motioning for them to come. But just as she did that a pitchy scream made her look in the direction of its origin, only to find a little girl stuck beneath a fallen piece of debris. With another look towards her team she ran towards her, intentions to save at least one life.

OOC: So, so, soo. Uneri (and I. . kinda) decided that we should turn this into the invasion, and that we should go help innocent bystanders. This includes Tanbai and random NPCs, since I have no intention of fighting (I don’t think any of us would stand a chance -__-) but I don’t want to look like a lazy ass and do nothing. Thus I was going to make a new thread for escorting people out of the village – or, we can go into one of the three official threads and escort them there. However I don’t know how that would go, but with a group we might make it. You guys can choose. . I really don’t know. But Uneri doesn’t want us to die ;D
