Now this, this is something that struck my intrest very much. I wouldn't be stuck wandering about Hi No Kuni this time, now I would be doing something shinobi were bred to do, fight. Although my opponents were only petty theives, they proved too dangerous for the average man or guard to handle, so naturally the people of Konoha would seek out the assistance of their militia.

Recent intelligence had led us to believe the band would strike at the house in which I prepared so eloquently. They were a band of robbers who didn't have much of an exact purpose for the most part, just stripping small houses of their possesion. This however, had to stop, here and now.

The job would require a skilled shinobi, one who could properly gauge a situation. They needed a person who had real combat training, and would be able to function in situation where the odds did not appear to be in their favour. Quite frankly, Konoha needed a chuunin volunteer.

So, they sent me in to do the job. I was more than experienced enough for it, and I would imagine the theives wouldn't pose to big of a challenge for me. Nevertheless I kept my wits with me as I made the final preparation for the arrival of my most unfortunate victims. Although they would be able to ultimately leave with their lives, they would certainly not leave with their freedom.

Description: All over Konoha, reports have been coming in about small house robberies. Whom these people are is unknown, but they usually leave the house in shambles once raided. Petty bandits have been captured, but they refuse to give information on their leader. Regardless of this, Konoha can not allow it's citizens to continue being robbed. Information on the next home to be struck is held within Konoha's intelligence. But capturing them has proven to be a job only for skilled shinobi.
Obective: Stay guard at the located home and stop the bandits. Take them alive. Killing them is not an option.
Reward: 50 EXP and 1,000 Ryo

My preparation would begin by blazing through a set of seals in record times. Those seals would mold my chakra into a carbon copy composed of pure electricity. I would have the clone stay hidden from view in the plethora of unorganized mess the small house had, it's existence was only known to me and me alone.

With this clone set in place, I would make sure my Ninjato was secure on my left hipside, and I would proceed to replace the valuable packed boxes of various novelties scattered around the house with fake boxes containing an extremely cumbersome material. I would work swiftly to replace all the boxes in a orderly manner.

Before going on the mission, I would gather approximately, 4 pairs of handcuffs, so that after subdueing the thieves I could keep them bound and tied up long enough to get them to a safer facility. They were made of solid steel, and I doubted any of them had the strength to break through them.

With preparations in place, I would transition out of the house, and ascend up to the roof of the building, keeping a watchful eye for any unsavory characters. It would only be a matter of time until they would hit their target.

It would be about another hour until anything actually happened, however, what transpired was, rather.... unexpected. Night would settle in, and with it, a blanket of darkness settled in on the village. Although nighttime rarely was able to quiet the busy village of Konoha, the darkness it provided gave ample cover for anyone attempting criminal activities.

Three men, one a tad bit scrawny, the two others quite a bit more beefy, all dressed in dark cloaks would catch my peripheal vision. They were to my right, and I gauged a distance of about 25 meters or so between me and the trio. They were far away from the intended target, and it didn't seem like they were making any attempt to close in on the house I was assigned to. In fact, the smaller one quickly ran across the street and commenced to break into the house in front of them and to the right of me.

Guess Konoha's intelligence was a tad bit off. Nevertheless, I was to stand gaurd and capture these thieves, and that is what I intended to do. I would give my clone a mental command, and it would acknowledge it by quickly yet stealthily moving up to the roof beside me. As my clone did this, the first man to move to the house would give the OK for his buddies to move in too. My clone would arrive on the roof briskly as the other two entered the house.

It was time I put my newly improvised plan into fruition. I would give my clone 5 explosive tags which she would place on the inner linings of her replicated jacket. I would also toss her my ninjato, which she would fashion in the same way I had before I removed it. The clone would nod off, and jump down from the roof and run the 25 meters to the breakin zone. She made no attempt to come in stealthily, in fact I would give her the consent to do just the opposite.

The three thieves would laugh hysterically at the though of some woman treading on their operation. I found it rather insulting that they underestimated by profiency, and I sought out to take advantage of their lowered defense in any way I could. My clones composure was steady, and did not change even after being mocked so falsely.

("Your a funny one lady, but sorry to say, we're going to have too.. take care of you know that you know what we're up to")

My clone did not find the brawny man's threat into consideration, instead, her right hand transitioned to the hilt of her ninjato which rested on her left hip. The men would stop laughing, and the foremost man, who was a mere 5 meters from were I stood would draw his katana and smirk. The man would rush at me with a goofy battlecry and an easy to read and counter form. After he closed the 5 meter distance, he was at point blank range, and would attempt to slash at me. A foolish mistake indeed. Had he attempted to take advantage of his blade's range the outcome would have been different, but alas, this man proved he had no experience in swordsmanship whatsoever.

I would see him wind up to swing the sword, and my clone would dodge it effortlessly by dropping to a kneeling position, confusing the man to some great degree. However, it did not stop there. The clone whom's hand was already directly on the hilt of the sword would draw the sword out, forcing the hilt deep into the solar plexus of the man whom she just dodged. She would simaltaneously spring up, using her legs as pistons to gather more energy so that her blow could become even more deadly. The combination of the focused energy and piston-like force would prove fatal, sending the man stumbling back 3 meters without breath and a strong urge to hurl. He would roll into a ball, clutching his nearly ruptured plexus. He was down for the count indeed.

I would jump back one meters while simaltaneously forming a current of electricity in the tip of my index finger on my left hand, awaiting the approach of my next victim,

With the biggest out of the picture, two others remained, and I doubted they'd make the same foolish attempts. They both looked at eachother as I jumped back, and the smaller one volunteered the other to fight me. He looked a little intimadated that I took his friend out in one blow, but nevertheless, he managed to get into a fighting stance.

The man who stood before me with a battle stance would soon rush at me in a sloppy matter, throwing a rough punch my way. He would reel back way before reach me, and I was able to predict the punch. The clone pivoted on it left foot to sidestep the punch, while her right hand grabbed the man's forearm and used his forward momentum to fling him behind her. Her left index finger would tap the man's head, sending the pulsating electricity into his head, rendering him in an unconcious state.

Now all that was left was the third, and scrawny man, this man seemed to be the smarter of the bunch. He would reach into his pockets and bring out two kunais which he would hang off both of his index fingers. He gave a creepy yet hesitant smile.

("I won't be going down like those two idiots, it's gunna take alot more than that to defeat me, I'm a ninja")

Apparently, graduating from the village academy made you a grade A killer, and it was obvious he believed that wholeheartedly. Whether he was bluffing or not was irrelevant, I had had enough of these shenanigans. THe clone would unzip it's coat to reveal all 5 of the explosive tags lining my coat. A smile would stretch across my clone's face, for the battle was certainly over.

"Your right, you and your friends will be coming with me if you don't want to be blown to bits"

Alas, the threat was more than enough to scare the cowardly man into submission. He would drop the kunai at the sight of the tags, and put his hands up to signify his surrender. He would vouch for his friends and tell them to surrender aswell.

I'd sling the knocked out man behind over the clones back, and kick the first man to awaken him. They would all proceed to follow me back to Konohagakure's Jail.

My real body would ascend down and place handcuffs on all three, and we continue our journey back to the jail, were they would be interrogated. Before we knew it, we had arrived at the jail. After makign sure they were in custody, I would dispell my clone and collect all 5 undetonated tags. My mission was complete.
