Dead On Arrival!;

[Chae]

Chae's hard work paid off, as his plans of power came to fruition during recent days. Having finally obtained the very technique he sought after contentedly for so many years, the things he wanted most out of his life would soon fall into his hands.

The dead of night soon settled in as Chae -suited in a steel mask and protective garb silently stepped from one of many caves located throughout Mizu no Kuni's countryside. Looking through the small openings of his mask, Chae's attention eased itself towards his hands -which had been layered with protective, Shuko hand pads- as small, fundamental bolts of raiton chakra crackled between his fingers. The 'sparks' created an incessant flickering light, one bright enough to act as a makeshift flashlight.

Holding his hand out in-front of his body, Chae walked through the forest flawlessly, considering that his flashlight-like hand illuminated a signifcant area around him (4 meters). While it hadn't been overly dark to the point where seeing through it would've been impossible, it'd proved to be beneficial to have obtained and made use of a light-source.

Nevertheless, as he swiftly made his way through the thick and moist forestry, he eventually arrived at a small clearing (roughly 10x10m). Entering from the very edge of the tree line, his ears picked up unusual sounds that easily beseemed that of a rabid animal. Growls, snarls, and groans were followed by unpalatable sounds of teeth cutting through flesh and both. Raising a brow beneath his mask, a slumped over silhouette (backview) eased itself into plain view, 6 meters ahead of Chae.

"Just what in the hell is that? Doesn't look human nor like an animal. "

"Don't be so rude about Doggy!" A high, clear voice calls out, running up behind the shape you observed. In the moonlight that flooded the small clearing, you can make her out easily. Small, dainty, nothing more than a sweet child. She pats the creature on the head as it rises and turns to face you. A face of nightmares. Flesh falls freely from the cheeks, and there are great holes where the bone is visible.

"Doggy says hiya!" The girl calls, glee apparent in her deep red eyes. The shambling mess of bones and flesh stares at you, even though it misses an eye. And then it throws itself across the 6 meter distance towards you.
"Oooh, Doggy wants to EAT you!" She screeched in laughter, skipping after the zombie in delight. The zombie leaps into the air, with surprising speed given its deteriorating form. It spins in the air before you, and attempts to connect a punch, with a fist mostly just bone.

"It's time to play a game!" And the girl, about 4 meters from you, begins handseals, her elongated nails glinting in the moonlight.

Special: Each time retrained, the user spins once more. Every spin increases Raiken's attack grade and stack one Mid chakra consumption. May be learned 8 times (5 retrains).
Description: Yet another wild and unpredictable Goken technique, the user proceeds to rush at their opponent with all their might, jump and then spin to gain momentum, so that they may lay a powerful strike onto their target.

[Chae]

A high voice immediately called out to Chae just as he acknowledged the oddly shaped creature that lay crouched before him. Slowly, it stood up and shifted in a way where it soon faced him properly. The movement, along with what it visually presented alarmed Chae, enough so that quickly reached (right hand) into his satchel and retrieved a single kunai. Pieces of flesh and bone fell aimlessly from its mouth, turning out to look like a wild and uncontrollable predator. Easing his eyes over to the young girl, her red eyes easily pierced through the darkness of night, unable to tell if she'd been a wielder of the sharingan or not. Opting to treat the girl as though she had, his focus upon her turned out to extremely short lived as the creature showed signs of movement.

Suddenly!

The undead creature leapt into the air towards Chae in an up-forward motion as it spun gracefully - ironic. While its speed proved to be rather impressive, it hadn't been anything that Chae could not handle. In the air, the creature's ability to move in various directions several hampered and limited its mobility. By the time it reached the peak of its arcing jump (which by the way seemed remarkably high), Chae quickly launched the aforementioned kunai whilst leaping backward, aimed (head) in a way where it'd meet and intercept the zombie during its arcing descent. With a mere backwards ,1-2ft jump, Chae created a fair amount of space (2m) between them.

Presuming everything proceeded as planned, the moment Chae launched his projectile with pinpoint accuracy, Chae's eyesight snapped down back towards the ground where the girl skipped and trailed behind her -at that time- airborne companion. Instinctively connecting the two together, his left arm reached out, aligned with the girls chest, a quick, reactionary bolt of raiton chakra erupted from his hand.

While its power was light, its speed^(Tier2) easily registered as phenomenal.

Special: Allows the user the ability to create, control and move Raiton (Thunder) chakra of their own for multiple purposes, as well as control that produced by nature. Highest rank known determines the strength of the thunder, the distance at which one can control it, and finally, the speed at which the user can displace it.
D: 5 meter range.
C: 10 meter range.
B: 10 meter range.
A: 15 meter range.
S: 20 meter range.
Description: Though powerful, Raiton can become uncontrollable even in the hands of the experienced, forcing its users to focus first on controlling their power in small areas, and then, over time, expanding. As one's experience with thunder and its control grows, so does the range at which they can become deadly with it.

Special: The range of the bolt is determined by user's 'Kirai Shin'.
Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Doggy snarls as you leap away from him. Having no qualms with taking a kunai in the head, the zombie lands from his failed attack and immediately rushes you, arms wide, aiming to restrain you. He attempts to grab you around the chest, even while he rushes into your electrical attack, his torso and arms exposed to the numbing jutsu, but protecting Miki from harm.

"My turn!" The girl giggles, and swings her arm at you. An intense wind erupts from where she stands, tearing up the small distance between you. Doggy is inevitable severed by the winds, and so, ideally, will you be. It had seemed she cared for the grotesque zombie, but it's obvious she only looks out for herself. The prospect of a shinobi to feed upon was more than enough for her to sacrifice the creature.

Tier 2 - Winds of the East & West: Beyond the opposition that winds might pose, their abrupt speed is yet another factor giving this element its strength. Going a step further the the turbulent winds of the Northern and Southern regions, there are those who have learned to harness the swiftness of the Eastern and Western winds. Easily capable of stirring a hurricane, and rather abruptly, this level of Fuuton master allows the user to reduce the handseal count of all Fuuton based ninjutsu by two.

Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)

Type: Offensive.
Range: See special!
Handseals: 12 [ None with fan ].
Chakra: High.
Special: Blast measures between 10 meters, pierces barriers 'B' ranked and below, and can stack 'B' ranked bonus damage each time retrained. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Can be trained a maximum of 4 times. This technique requires no hand seals when used with a fan type weapon; however, takes half a post to charge if used with said weapon. Distance at which it can travel depends on the user's Kiroku Gaijuu range.
Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling chakra to a limb or weapon, the user executes a large swipe, letting loose an intense wind in a sixty degree cone. The winds are razor sharp, cover a wide area, and can cut through trees like butter.
Domain: Fuuton. Kamaitachi. Kiroku Gaijuu 'B'.

[Chae]

The kunai to the head routine seemed ineffective in snuffing out the entirety of the creature's life, however, it managed to disrupt its initial attack as it landed. Forcing it to adapt and adjust, it lunged straightforward a second time and while not necessarily absorbing the lightning, it took the attack head on with unwavering mental and physical focus. Surprised by the creature's continuing 'rush-down', it managed to grab hold of Chae and locked both his arms to his torso with its own, vice grip-like embrace. Suddenly, Chae found himself swept off his feet by an unforeseen force, one that carried small (and invisible) blades that were meant to slice and cut up anything within its scope of power.

Having vehemently reduced the creature to seemingly hundreds of individual pieces, its tight grip around Chae's body eventually released itself as the blood from its body heavily stained Chae's protective garb. As he flew back, tumbled, and revolved against the ground like a skipped rock, he felt the 'blades of wind' attempt to claw their way through his steel face mask and clothing of equal durability. While the blades undeniably cut through trees, steel was -in every way, shape, and form- an entirely superior type of material, one that unmistakably saved Chae's life (coupled with the zombie covering his body).

As gravity naturally influenced his body and brought it to a slow halt (12 meters back), Chae quickly raised and arced his feet above his head and whipped them forward to 'pop' his body up onto both feet in a low crouch.

"Clever, using her own companion as bait. Though it's still unforgivable in my book. I must handle her as quickly as possible. If she is capable of using Fuuton on that level, i'm more than sure she could show more. "

Analyzing the little girls behavior and ninjutsu prowess within the safety of his own mind. Chae's chakra began to gather and erupt in tandem with extending his legs to a full stand.

"You've already assaulted a Kirigakure shinobi which in and of itself is a high offense. I'll give you one chance to surrender, if not, I'll have to put you down."

Doggy scattered the ground, but one of his arms which had grabbed you managed to hang on as you withstood the assault of air. Clawing its way up your side, it aims to strangle you. Miki just giggles at your words.
"But monsters don't surrender!" And with that, she forms a single handseal, unveiling a beautiful, shimmering sword in her hand, made out of wind itself.

"Don't think you're so special, all your kind are full of blood, and it all tastes the same!" And she darted forwards, on incredibly light feet, almost seeming to dance on the very air as she speeds towards you.

Unorthadox and bizarre, Miki is none the less deadly, and upon getting close enough, lunges out with her weapon, thrusting straight for your chest.

Kaze no Yaiba (Sword of Wind)
Rank: A
Type: Offensive.
Range: 1 meter blade of wind.
Handseals: 1.
Chakra: High
Special: Creates a sharp, near invisible wind blade in one's dominant hand. Standard blade length maximum is 1 meter. Can be retrained once to stack an extra 'A' rank damage. However, after every second retraining, the consumption will go up by one.
Description: A very deadly Fuuton technique, the Yaiba is as its name implies – a pressurized sword of wind forms at the user’s appendage, long and sharp, able to cut through almost anything. This is because unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.
Domain: Fuuton. Kiroku Gaijuu 'A'.

[Chae]

An unwelcoming sensation upon the Chae's body signaled that something hadn't been right. Interrupted, his eyes wicked looked towards his arms where a dismembered hand crawled its way up his body towards his neck. Without a body, it hadn't been much of a thread, considering he already gave his warning. No more than a second later had Chae's chakra exploded, revealing one of the most refined Raiton techniques ever created amongst shinobi.

While he kept that power hidden when acting as a standing Kirigakure shinobi, the mask only amplified his secret and allowed him to openly use it in turn. For what he had planned for the near future, doing it openly as a Kirigakure shinobi hadn't been an option.

Any reason for Chae to hold back no longer existed - not anymore.

Nevertheless, streaks of fine lightning crackled around his body in tandem with being coated in a protective 'cloak' of chakra. With his overall reflexes, movement, and physical capabilities increased five-fold, he'd teach the girl a fine lesson in respecting her elder's wishes.

With overwhelming power, he seized the aforementioned hand and with a quick flick of his arm (full power), up and over her head. By that time her hand-seal had already been made prior to bolting forward towards Chae's position. As the amassed winds gathered into her hand and shaped itself into a standard sword, Chae moved, yet, refused to attack.

A quick half circle (180⁰) movement carried him to the girls rear. If she truly hadn't wielded the fabled sharingan -where Chae thought otherwise- he'd seemingly disappear from her initial field of vision. Standing just 3 meters to her back, he spoke.

"I'll give you only one more chance to leave, otherwise I will kill you before you can make your next move. I'll let you taste the power that will one day change these godforsaken lands."

Presuming everything played out it should have, Chae merely stood there, waiting for the girls reaction whether it'd been verbal or physical.

Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release Armor)

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary.
Range: -
Chakra: x3 High to cast, High to sustain.
Special: Namely an offensive armor, this armor is most widely known for the profound boost in speed and reflexive that it grants its user, which is easily comparable to the 5th gate. Being a manifestation of the raiton element, this armor severely hampers any raiton jutsu cast against it (to the point where even the piercing abilities of Chidori and Raikiri are nearly nullified). Beyond this, the Raiton no Yoroi can be concentrated and focused at the hands in order to produce a cutting like effect, easily capable of severing limbs. The piercing power of this specific manifestation of the armor isn't nearly as potent as chidori or its forms; however, it is enough to easily pass through low-quality armor, and as stated, flesh and bone.
Description: Raiton no Yoroi is an Elemental Armor technique which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing one's body with the Lightning Element (the user is embodied in a deep film of blue, with crackling lightning running all across it), the user will increase their speed, power and reaction time. The lightning power itself makes all physical strikes done by the armor, as well as those coming in contact with it, to suffer extreme damage, the lightning creating intense vibrations assisted by the currents which aid in destruction. Additionally, by electrically stimulating their nervous system and speeding up their neural synapses, they can use the Armor to react faster to danger. Combined with the user's already powerful taijutsu, the Lightning Armor can be used to create even deadlier attacks, pushing the user's body towards its most extreme limits.
