The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.

Upon the outskirts of Mizu under the shade of a giant tree stood a man in all black, his disposition unwavering, his eyes sharp and feral like that of the most vicious animal imaginable. Upon his hardened visage were multiple scars from unnamed missions to capture high level criminals. In Kirigakure, he had no name and was simply known as the best at doing his job.
In his hand was a file that held all of your information and as he awaited your arrival which he expected to be prompt he surveyed your file in full, unimpressed by the meat the Mizukage had thrown him. He had met many maggots who thought they were ready for the cold, cruel world of the Oinin, but it took more then the simple desire.
It took the will to be ruthless, to hunt without mercy and to kill without regard for the prey. There was no mutual gray area, no middle. It was only a necessary evil. Those that learned this fundamental train of thought, that single rule were the ones he chose. It was no game, if he was late upon his arrival he'd be denied without hesitation. It was a dog eat dog kind of world out there.
Only question is, are you the dog that eats or gets eaten?

Beyond that, after killing that Uchiha, he found that he actually enjoyed just killing people. Of course, the rewards were a bonus, but nothing felt quite like taking another life with your own hands. Kumori wondered why the organization would want him to come way out here. Perhaps they already had a target for him, now there’s an idea he could get behind. He could not lie, now he was getting a bit excited by the thought of him being able to kill again today. This excitement would also alert him that he could very well get addicted as well. As he would continue walking, a giant tree would eventually come into his view. Not only was there a giant tree, but a vague shadow standing under it. He could only assume the shadow was the person he was supposed to meet dressed in all black. It would only take him a few minutes to cross the distance and approach the man under the tree.
"I take it you are my contact. Kumori Michi, prepared and ready to proceed."
He spoke as he stopped walking, standing approximately one meter from the man. Whatever would come of this meeting, he was prepared. The man would notice three things quickly about Kumori. The first would be that he was serious, dead serious, as he did not like to waste time with jokes. The second would be that his eyes were void, empty of emotion, and lacking of any care or concern. The third would be how cold the air would suddenly become as he approached and stopped; as all Yukina proficient in their ways emitted a natural cold aura from themselves. Staring at the man, he would await his orders.

"YOU WEREN'T TOLD TO SPEAK!!!"
His voice bellowed as he interjected, the ground below seemed to tremble from the power of it. His face contorted into a grotesque look of disgust. He had no intentions of getting to know you, almost every shinobi he was given to test had died in the most shameful of ways. There were no friends in this business, only competition and that buddy you thought you were chummy with would kill you on the spot for the spoils of a kill. The wolrd was cruel and this profession... was a sin.
"I don't give two shits about your name, cause right now you have none. To me, your a lost cause until proven otherwise. Now listen carefully maggot. You have one day to catch this here convicted criminal shinobi."
Removing a scroll from his jacket he placed it on the ground and a plume of smoke billowed forth, revealing a scrawny man with dirty blonde hair. He had shackles and a specially designed restraint. The mans mouth was sealed shut but his eyes told the story he wished to speak. The rage within was intense and it was clear he was dangerous.
"Your test is quite simple. I'm gonna release this man into a confined part of Mizu's forest set with traps and ambushes. He gets a two hour head start and your job... well I don't care how, but bring this shit back or i'll have your ass mounted on my wall!"
With a devilish grin he release the constraints on the prisoner and unsealed his mouth.
"Run, now or I'll kill you!"
Without looking back the prisoner took of into the field and vanished into the great forest. The man's grin elongated and his piercing gaze was thrusted back upon you.
"There is no failure, either you catch him and bring him back within the next twenty four hours, die trying, or don't bother coming back..."
He'd vanish into thin air, gone with the wind. Your test had begun and you could give chase in two hours. you do not give chase this post, wait until i give the okay in my next.

Even Akira did not talk to him in such a way, nor would he put up with such talk.
"You're right about one thing, we're not friends. I also don't recall asking you for permission to speak, and until I do, you should consider your input not invited."
With his opinion stated, Kumori was free to focus on the task at hand. All he had to do was catch some criminal. Who cared who the criminal was, he had no intentions of bringing him back alive either way. This would be no more complicated than a normal man hunting a bear. Either you killed your prey and brought it back, or you missed your chance and your prey killed you. This was a very simple concept, one which was greatly appreciated by the nin they had presented it to. This is what he lived for, this, and to change the world around him. This would give him a license to kill those who were deemed unfit for this world. If only those judging and condemning knew there were unfit as well. He would get to them soon enough. For now he would have to settle for killing the fool they had gift wrapped and handed him on a silver platter. That too, would have to wait though, at least for another two hours...

[/ul]He paid no mind to your tongue forged of sword, he simply snarled in response, a haughty smirk upon his lips. He was hoping you failed so he could see you to the rabbits hole. Your wait was short as he vanished and the hour ticked away as if it was only a minute later. Your prey already deeply hidden within the large, shadowed forest, fearing death and capture; however he would not be found so easily. It'd take cunning, smarts, desire.... not just a taste for life would bring you closer to killing him.
You were free to move and follow, though whether your tracking skills prove useful was a story yet to be told over candle lit flames. You target was by no means a ruthless killing, no he was a dubious man who possessed cunning, he schemed his way to the ranks of the underworld. He was no simple savage who'd face you head to head, he was but a frightened man who'd bombard you with tactics in hopes you were stupid. Your time would not stop, so move swiftly and catch the fish that attempts to swim upstream from fate... continue[/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]
