Mission info: A group of miscreants and deviants have settled into the outskirts of the Western Zone of the village. Eight in number, the gang has left behind a string of robberies and murders in the small towns that have begun to spring up across the country. They are far from shinobi - they are, in fact, hardly as skilled as an academy beginner. Deal with them.

Mission info: The ringleader and four of the group in the Western Zone escaped the foolishly destructive shinobi who was enlisted to find and kill him. Find this, 'Higuchi' and his men and kill them for inadvertently causing so much damage to the village.

"Hnngh I hate these kiddy missions."

I left the missions directory office and read the fine print of the slip as something struck me. The man who enlisted for this mission before me utterly failed, but how, the very thought passed effortlessly over my level of comprehension. As a prospering youth there were many things that I could fathom with some extensive thought, however, as I continued to ruminate upon how this man failed such a mission it only became even more inexplicable to me. I knew not exactly how the man failed, but, all I knew was that Higuchi had escaped and needed to be put to justice and who better to do the job than myself, the ultimate suiton creature.

Though I had to admit, the mans failure had not been in vain, for it provided me with an ample amount of information regarding my target. There was the leader which had been my main target and his four men, originally eight from what I had heard but it mattered none. They'd been located within the western zone, hiding in some abandoned warehouse with bowmen at their ready.

Sadly enough my targets knew nothing of my capabilities, let alone existence, that in and of itself was enough to seal the fate of my impending foe's. Even though they had been in the outskirts of Kirigakure I knew that they were within the mighty mist-filled walls, there was no escaping from there.

There had been no need for me to gather information for their position had already been comrpomised from the beginning. Now it had only been a matter of reaching the warehouse itself, an easy task it was for a man my my talents. With a head long sprint I made my way across Kirigakure's misty rooftops, heading into the western zone that had been far off into the distant. My bare feet struck the roofs with disdain, I couldn't stand criminals, they were dirt, trash, not even considered human, at least through my watery eyes. I could never fathom how one finds pleasure in inflicting misfortune upon another, it was inhuman no matter how I looked at it. When dealing with the likes of criminals, I threw mercy to the way side without a second thought, becoming a protector of the weak. My elder sister had been away thanks to the chuunin exams, which explained why I'd been doing this mission alone, but it was good to finally get out from her shadow and shine a little.

My path of direction came to an end as I reached my destination. I stood towering about 20 meters above the warehouse like a silhouette of death, existing above their threshold of perception and awareness. My pink pony tailed mane flowed gently back and forth and having been groomed to perfection it swayed as if it were a galaxy of shimmering stars. I sunk do the edge of the tower with a one knee crouch, my eyes scanned the perimeter, imbibing any and all information that I needed to successfully carry out this mission. For several minutes I laid in wait, watching, analyzing, and assimilating any and all movements they would make. It would be foolish to rush in, even if they were no match for a Hozuki.

"Ehhhh, there aren't many left, and I can easily fish them out if any are in that run down ass warehouse. What would Masumi do..hmm.

In everlasting silence my eyes scanned two men that laid beneath me in lower altitudes, both outside the ware house doors, patrol most likely. I watched their patterns as they paced and peered back and forth, attempting to grab hold of any movement should it present itself. Their efforts were fruitless as I had already hidden myself. But then I caught sight of a bowmen upon the rooftops scouting

"There seems to be only one opening and thats the entrance. Hmm this changes things. But there is a hole in the roof. Maybe I should just fight my way through. with Hydration these guys will be too easy."

In the darkness I waited, I waited for the perfect moment, the moment when the bowmen would turn his gaze and frame from my shadowed direction. In that instant my digits palmed my trusty ninjato and shifted it in a offensive manner. It took me not even a second to conjure up the very substance that made us Hozuki so fearsome. In that instant he looked away from my direction my arm liquefied whilst outstretching, greedily converging upon his location.

My expanding Hydration technique was just long enough to reach down to him, so much so that I had 10 meters to spare. Devoid of hesitation I donned the nature of a true shinobi, my blade crawled horizontally along the air currents and into my foe's neck. Soon a shining, iron scented, crimson paint decorated my blade with slow runs of death heralds.

And so the mans spiritless body plummeted into the roof, crashing down into the building itself thanks to its pathetic and weakened state, a poor excuse for a hideout.

Type: Supplementary Ninjutsu
Range: 0-50 Meters
Special: Allows the user to extend one of their limbs, allowing them to increase the range of their jutsu and attacks. Range increase is based off of the users Hydration Rank. D rank Hydration allows the user to extend a limb 10 meters while S rank Hydration allows for an extension of up to 50 Meters. Does not require seals.
Description: Utilizing their ability to convert their bodies to water, a Hozuki can actually achieve the elongation of their limbs. By utilizing this ability, a Hozuki can increase the range of their attacks. However, due to the properties of inertia if a hozuki were to throw a punch and extend their arm, they would not be able to change the trajectory of the punch mid-attack. As the User masters their ability to liquefy their body, their ability to stretch their limbs will also increase.

The booming sounds of shattering wood and drizzling liquids crepitated throughout the vicinity, alarming what remained of Higuchi's guards, but as hard as they worked to find it me, I found it quite hysterical. It was simply amusing to watch them crumble in fear from having watched their dear ally fall into deaths cold embrace.

"BOSS! We've got a Intruder somewhere"

My senses kicked themselves into overdrive once I realized my existence had been compromised.

"What how...grr damnit no time!"

I made my way to the edge of the warehouse only to have leapt forward horizontally off the warehouse edge whilst gazing down at the earthen floor. With a soft thump I fell to the ground, landing in a prowling crouch. Instantly the two men at the entrance rushed my, swinging their swords like barbaric mad men. Their blades hungrily came for me and as they did my ninjato deflected the initial attack with a upward swing, sending him stumbling off balance to the far left, but the second came for my ribs. Sadly enough his attack was ineffective as it was absorbed into my body. The man looked up to me in surprise, realizing that he was royally fucked, I simply greeted him with a malefic grin.

Having lacked shunshin I knew the man would be pinned within my jelleh. He couldn't move, I was certain of it for my chakra flared tempestuously throughout my body. My arm flung forward with brisk speeds, sending my Ninjato upon a graceful path as far as I could through the man's heart, ending his life near instantly.

Removing his body from within my body the other foe that accompanied him regained his composure, coming in with a Fusillade of attacks only to have them taste the openness of air. My reflexes were keen, allowing me to dance around his attacks with the simplest of movements, these men truly knew nothing about combat. Losing patience, I decided to finally deprive this man of his miserable life was a swing of my blade across his neck. And then came the others.

Suika no Jutsu (Hydration Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Special Bloodline Technique / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: Self
Chakra: Mid
Special: As Hozuki deplete in Chakra and Stamina, they lose their ability to control their liquefaction and thus begin reverting to a puddle-like state. Jelly puddle moves slow on land, half the user's normal movement speed, but fast under water, twice the user's movement speed. When first learned, the Hozuki is protected from physical attacks through auto-liquefaction, and can sustain their jelly form without achieving contact with any form of water for up to one turn, plus one more each rank above 'D' is earned. Once the Hozuki reaches water, their jelly timer is reset; if not, they are forced to revert to their humanoid state and suffer double-chakra drain as a result of to the forced transformation. All Hozuki are susceptible to Raiton and Hyouton, to the point jutsu used on Hozuki from these are raised by a single rank damage-wise, and when struck, they are unable to liquefy properly - however, they can neutralize Katon and Youton with attacks of equal rank.
Description: The core technique behind the bloodlimit and the door to stronger, more powerful attacks, this jutsu allows the Hozuki to totally transform their body into a condensed state of water, so dense that the user can withstand even the roughest of physical attacks, yet so malleable that on a whim, they can also decompose into mere puddles. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified, be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack from a liquefied state Maintaining this form requires that the clan member keep themseves constantly hydrated, but in this form the can also draw upon and control nearby water by immersing and merging amongst the liquid. And best of all - by liquefying their whole body at will, it makes it impossible for the Hozuki to receive damage from physical attacks. Automatic liquefaction occurs instantly whenever struck by non-elemental physical attacks, allowing the Hozuki to reform their body as water around the attack until danger is clear. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like, dormant state until consciousness is regained.

Toro-Toro no Jutsu (Sticky Jelly Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Special Bloodline Technique / Suiton Ninjutsu

Chakra: Low
Special: Strength of absorbed attack depends on the Hozuki's highest 'Hydration' rank. Up to one blow can be absorbed per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: As the Hozuki further their understanding of the control over their liquid essences, their skill in altering their density composition enhances. In this case, rather than simply breaking up into a puddle of water when being struck, the Hozuki learns to absorb the blow, increasing their watter pressure so that the weapon or limb is stuck within. To the opponent, it'll feel as if they had buried their weapon/hand in sloppy mud. By reforming around the impact point, they are able to trick their opponent into coming in for an obvious attack. From this point, they can finish their opponent off, or capture them for later use.

Slow red runs of death sprayed my face as yet another target bit the dust. My head and attention quickly shifted towards the entrance into the broken establishment, only to have been greeted by a surprisingly well placed Hikari light bomb. My eyes extended as it exploded roughly two meters from where I stood, this prevented me from running into the edifices front entrance with high confidence. Tried as I might I was unable to fully shield myself from the dancing lights. My eyes momentarily distended, my ears were swayed as an acoustic, wailing siren lingered deep within the the depths of my ears.

"Damnit this isn't good..can't see!"

I said to my self within the safety of my own mind. With two senses ruptured I was at a disadvantage, however, having the nature of a Hozuki I had advantages that not even a trained shinobi could hope to achieve. I felt and heard two...maybe three feet strike the ground as I they came forward. I could feel them around me, yet, I knew not if they wielded any weapons or not, I had to think of something fast. By this time my sight began to comeback, yet, all efforts seemed too late as I caught but a mere glimpse of a blade.

The blade came to claim rightful ownership of my flesh, cleaving my body in two, yet, something was strange. The hired men's victory did not come, nor did blood, only a flash of blinding light. How do you ask? Simple, Kawarimi. With my level of skill in that area I'd only been able to do it once, so I had to make it count and that I did. All in one instant we switched senses, I gained my sense of sight as they in turn lost theirs. I capitalized. Rushing in from behind, ninjato drawn, my body committed to a crawling dash across the ground at shin level for I had used my appendages to crawl along the earthen floor. My blade ran through their lower shins like a knife on butter. We played opposites for quite some time.

I came to a full stand as they plummeted, glancing over their bodies reveling in my victory. My eyes' Emerald hues shimmered prominently, not even a single ounce of mercy laid within them, only tons of disdain. I palmed two more shuriken only to launch them in into both mens necks, leaving them to painfully bleed to death. I turned to the entrance and finally walked in with blazing senses ready to put these criminals to death.

Lightly had my steps carried me through the warehouses entrance, greeted by a encroachment of murderous intend and darkness, and there he Higuchi was, sitting proudly upon his false throne with his legs crossed and chin roosted upon the ball of his palm. My eyes flickered to and fro, taking in and absorbing the layout of the physical land while observing the two remaining guards that believed they could have protected him from me. I looked upon them with disdain pouring from the core of my very being.

And so it began.

His two 'body guards' came forward with simple katana, but judging from their stance I'd been able to come to a compromise that these two were somewhat skill in the art of the sword. Nevertheless I came out superior in the given fight, effortlessly deflecting there strikes with text book defenses leaving a great many openings in their pathetic defenses. I vengefully capitalized. With a forward step i drove my ninjato frontally into his neck before pulling it out and spun around to his partners incoming attack blind siding him with a side-kick to the ribs, crushing them beneath the influence of my attack.

The kick was powerful, so much so it robbed the man of his conscious as he surged through the air and into the wall, and now outside of the warehouse itself.
