Makineko is quite an eccentric character, he enjoys things which many consider odd and has even crafted his own language which he uses together with his normal one meaning most people only ever catch half of what he is saying to his great amusement. Energetic to a fault he hardly ever seems to tire to the dismay of many, he is always the first to engage in action and the last to stop, he always puts in a thousand percent.
Deceptively intelligent once you get around his eccentricities and loud in your face attitude you can see that Makineko is rather clever, his fortes include deception, planning and cunning being able to pull the wool over most of his peers eyes. Makinekos ace up his sleeve however is his voice. Hidden beneath his initial appearance however lies a much darker person tied to his own personal sins and ambitions. Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

Description: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper infused with special chakra, layered over with a special script on it that serves to enable and facilitate its explosive properties. Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Though basic, Fukumi Hari is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by novice and expert shinobi alike due to its practicality. After briefly and quickly molding chakra to one's mouth, the user is able to call forth chakra needles in order to spit them out at their opponent with great accuracy, as well as with the element of surprise in their favor.

Special: Flickering is forward-moving, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.
Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters. For every 4 clones simultaneously detonated over an opponent, the effects of 'Water Prison' can be achieved without needing physical contact. Same 'Prison' effects apply.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, physical strikes fixed on a point within their body will force it to break up into a puddle and join the mass below, able to avoid danger and regenerate anywhere the water exists. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of water that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the water envelops the victim whole, drowning them in the user's cursed water and setting up more attacks of the same nature.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Suitenhoufutsu (Sky and Water Convergence)

Special: Only one person can be trapped at a time. However, every time this jutsu is learned again, the user gains the ability to imprison one extra person with an additional prison. Water comes forth from the ground right below the user and moves fast, without warning. If target is running across a surface of water, the prison moves twice as fast. Same effects as Water Prison apply.
Description: Suitenhoufutsu is a suiton ninjutsu technique which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target, like Water Prison, yet without requiring the user to keep it steady by keeping hand contact. After the user does a string of hand seals, they summon the water, and can then use this water to drown his target, keep them imprisoned, or even torture.

Special: Highest jutsu rank determines amount of chakra transfered per use. Size matches whatever is being absorbed. Works only against foreign chakra. Seal simply needs to be placed, as activation is automatic upon chakra detection. Chakra absorption lasts whole turn.
Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra acrosss one's body in the opposite direction in the form of a blue chakra vacuum sphere. As a result, this technique can absorb most chakra based techniques, regardless of power, without harming the user. Finally, should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them.
