The morning sun crept highly above the horizons of suna. I was already up… thinking about where the hell my step-sister fled off to.. or where her kidnappers had taken her. The only thing I could think of doing were to scramble through the missions stacked upon my desk heavily. I hadn’t even bothered sorting them out yet. There were loose ends I needed to tie up.. especially with this guy named Belham. It were only but yesterday he was in my office pleading for mercy. I sent him to the prison within Sandora but he’s seemingly escaped now and is blocking the export routes. I wouldn’t dare send another shinobi but myself on this mission because he was very dangerous. A creak at the door altered my thought as the assistant stepped in.

I didn’t need to wait for her response because she would do as I told her either way no matter how much she cared for my safety. My father left me behind this village as a duty and not a burden so I would only treat it as such. There was no sound as I pushed opened the grand window to the tower jumping out hastily to the soft impeding ground. Its soft luxury provided a cushion for the hard fall and as soon as I’d landed my figure would have shifted within the sands down the route I were to take. The mission crumpled in my hand as I headed towards Sandora. The sun followed me as a guide – my fathers spirit trumpeted within my soul for this sudden departure.

My cloak had almost flown off if I hadn’t gripped it during my shunshin. They called me the crimson swift around these parts and as much as I hated the title it did hold bearing upon my true skill. My travel would not be long but just in case it was shorter than anticipated I molded my chakras in sequence, forming a layer over my hands preparing to meet with Belham. My eyes, azure and blue, did not turn into their burgundy ocular state for I needed no help with this man. He would be taken down by my hands only using nothing but the skill I had trained myself with. Sharingan would have to sit this one out for today.. because it was more of a weakness to me than anything.

The rivers of Wai-Wai, were strangely tainted at this very day- not by any kind of garbage or any other similar thing but instead; it was polluted by a shinobi of sorts who had thought it best to draw attention to himself by blocking any ships from crossing his path. It was this man exactly who but days ago had been locked up from the rivers that he had become so accustomed to- it was this man who had been given his last chance days ago too by the word of the Kazekage himself. However, although Belham had admitted to the crimes he had commited in the pas and had agreed to be locked up; That obviously hadn't been the case, if it had, then Kaze no Kuni wouldn't have a large problem as far as exports were concerned. Ships floated miles away down the rivers, causing somewhat of a blockage as captains warned each other of the annoyance that lay ahead, they being blissfully unaware of the danger that the annoyance posed.

However- Should one venture out further to the river, right to its heart, they would find a mass of broken ships, the wood and metal either hiden beneath the depths of the river itself, or poking out hazardously from the surface. Wooden flotsam from broken and discarded cargo now floated on the surface of the river, once treasured by those who sold the items, now left to dissapear beneath the waters, the sellers having either fleed from a watery death, or were now lying beneath the sea in an umarked grave. Either way, who was to blame for this? Surely enough those who were quite accustomed to the waters of Wai-Wai would know, as sudenly, quite a familiar (Should they remember!) cry could be heard from the middle of the destruction, a figure floating above the water, chakra laden in his feet to allow this.

"HAHAHAHAHA!!!"

What on earth was his game? Surely, a criminal of his status, having done a similar event to this in the past, would be more keen on hiding away and silently causing trouble for the Daimyo and his allies? Or was this man out of his mind? The latter seemed to fit the situation more seeing as how he had just burst out laughing at the wreckage which he had helped create, his hands dirty with blood- not in the literal sense. However, the figure stood above the water, his wild brown mane unkempt and his blue eyes gazing around in an equally wild manner at the waves that he had helped creature- With such an obstruction, the village would have no exports! Aahahaha! Grinning to himself he would look around- The Kazekage himself would soon find himself a good fifty or so meters from the heart of the river where the villain stood-

But what was his move to be?
"KAZEKAGE!
SHOW YOURSELF YOU COWARD! YOU LOCK ME UP; YOU MISTOOK ME FOR A WEAKLING! YOU ARE BUT A GRAIN IN THIS ENDLESS DESERT THAT YOU CALL HOME.

AND I..
..I AM THE TRUE RULER OF THESE LANDS!"

It didn’t take a genius to tell that I was pissed. I was tired of everyone running over me during my first month in office. It was as if they knew I could not say no… but fuck it. This job was getting less entertaining by the day and I would not stand for such insults coming from those outside of the ogosuri clan. Drapes of brown locks flustered in front of my view though I held his silhouette tight within my eyes grasp. The azure hues which were my primary state did not fluster into their burgundy trance just yet. I needed to test him… let him know that I was not there to simply strike him down that easily. If I could get to him once more it would be a done deal.

He would be placed in solitary confinement if I could capture him effectively. Though if I needed to fight him I hold it true to my word that I will not let him live. He has killed many men within the ogosuri tribe… and I am already being looked down by the elders for not slaying him where he stands… but as the kazekage I had much more in mind for him. I could make more money by detaining him… and keep the village in structure with that extra dough… but that just really didn’t seem like it was a plausible effect. My armor rested easily upon my shoulders and waist though my hands dangled freely to my sides with my right palm upon the wazikashi. I felt the drums of battle trumpeting within my heart as the next words I fueled out cooed forth to him.

Shit. There it went again… my fucking mothers touch. Shiro hadn’t quite distilled enough anger in me to just strike him down here without giving him a chance for good. Alahna was quite the persuader in her day and I had been able to persuade a few souls in my time but it all seemed to fall to shit after a couple of days. Belham was the perfect example of that shit. These were probably the last few moments I would see his face… with a blink I would capture the moment of him within a glimpse and await his response as my heart readied the adrenaline I would need with my preceded movement.

Oh! So there he was- The bumbling Kazekage himself. His words had been heard then, he had guessed. Did he like the choice of words that he had made? Such thoughts moved through his mind at the moment, and right now, finding as many ways as possible to insult the Kazekage was more important than anything else- Although, of course, protecting himself was another. His mad gaze look at the man who now stood 10 meters away, he would simply grin as he would request him to quit the shit- Whatever that meant. "Quit the shit? Hahaha.." a pause! "..HAHAHAHA! Quit the shit? Really? The shit that I see for miles is you and your village, taking advantage of these beautiful waters for your own material gain!" He would speak, making his intentions clear- He was quite an activist when it came to saving the Wei-Wei river from being polluted with the scum of man and their ships. Last time he had managed to totally blow out every ship from the river- This time, however, he had been stalled by this man, yesterday in fact.

..Today..
.....Today would go without hassle.

So, the Kazekage- So high and mighty with that title that so many little brats idolized. Kazekage, shmazekage. In the eyes of Belham he was just another shinobi out to pollute the once peaceful waters of Wei-Wei. A lovely river it had been until the past few decades where ships had begun to go back and forth, making life for whatever lay within the rivers quite difficult. It was these things that he cared about- People, humans, shinobi- He had lost his respect for them years back after his wife had been killed in the war on accident by a Sunagakure shinobi, and now, alone, he strived to protect the waters that she loved so much. Belham's rugged mane was the last thing that that shinobi had seen, and he hoped the same would go for this pesky Kazekage.

And then- "EAT SHIT YOU FUCKIN' LADYBOY!" a string of seals would be frantically made by his scarred hands, bearing the technique of water cutter. Being atop the water there was enough to go around, so he might as well use the element that he was so used to by now. Stamping his foot in the earth water would rise, and then SHOOT towards the Kazekage who was 10 meters in front of him, a dangerous line of chakra-embedded water out to cut him in half! What would he do!?!?

Mizu Kamikiri (Rising Water Cutter)

Special: Pierces through hard surfaces such as wood and stone. Current travels at twice the speed of a kunai. Travels 10 meters in a straight line, plus 10 more each time retrained.
Description: Mizu Kamikiri is a dangerous ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the necessary handseals, the user will then slam their foot hard onto to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet, moving at frightening speeds. This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time.

A replica of me would stand now to my right and we both would not make any haste in shunshining [1/5] in opposite diagonal directions in order to dodge the oncoming water strike. Me and my replica would shunshin a good five meters up in opposite diagonals… and like a diamond shape we would both cut in with the second five meters both lunging an attack of our own. My attack was a simple kick to the back of his knee as I slid on the ground with my other foot and hand giving me balance for the thrust. My kage bunshin went in for the haymaker… its right hand stammering at high speeds towards Belham’s jaw. This guy was a special person… and undeserving of this worlds punishment… but I would not let him die here today… he needed re-construction of the mind.

Chakra molded within my hands as I slid towards him just in case this didn’t work. With the first attack dodged I was predicting yet another blissful strike by Belhams suiton techniques.. or maybe even an ace up his sleeve. But one thing was for certain. I would not lose.

Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

And then- A sad thing was to occur as the Kazekage’s hands, no doubt laced with chakra initiated handseals, as a familiar shout would be cried out; Kage bunshin? Hmph. He sure does know how to cheat. he’d ponder as she’d watch the two part to the side; He was up to something, and no doubt, there being two of them, perhaps it would be some kind of combination attack? No matter- He needed to be on his guard, should he survive this final attempt of a coup and leave with the Kazekage’s head in his possession, he’d need all his strength to leave the area- and the country. The two would make their move at him, and his deduction would but be that yes- A combination attack it would be, and he would need to swiftly dispose of this attempt. Handseals formed it wouldn’t’ be long until, prior to the twins making their strike, he would disperse his fuuton chakra across his palms, and..

BAM!

A monstrous amount of wind would spread from his very palms, and since they were so close at the moment that the technique was birthed, they would be shot back at the maximum a total of thirty meters, which would gave him enough time to ponder his next move- he had fought with him in the past when he was by himself but now since there was a bunshin in the mix it made things a bit trickier. ”I KNEW YOU’D USE THAT BUNSHIN OF YOURS- YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO FIGHT DIRTY.” Thankfully enough for himself his affinity with both Fuuton and Suiton would be placed to good use- A river beneath them and the air itself to use, there was nothing that would be stopping him! Assuring that the two were taught in this inevitable wind of his, he would then swiftly form a few seals, preparing for what would come next- He had a good idea of what he was going to to do, but would it work?

Special: Effective in blocking and returning ninjutsu and taijutsu of equal rank. Push-back distance starts off at 10 meters, and increases by 10 more with each new rank acquired.
Description: No one knows the power of Fuuton more than a Fuuton specialist, and this technique was designed by those that met reality sooner than most. Varying by skill and rank, this technique allows the user to take hold of any offensive jutsu used upon them, as along as the attack’s nature allows for whatever is thrown to be controlled. With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

It were clear to me that he was not going to comply with the way I needed things to be done. He created another set of seals just as I were coming to him from both angles. But that’s all I needed was for him to do something to occupy himself. My intentions were not to gain up close on him… but to get enough distance towards his position to close in on my true intentions… which was to paralyze him. As he tried to commence within his seals a backup plan sparks would fly out of my two hands from the chakra I had prepared just moments ago before my swift departure. It would surely hit him… for he did not have enough time to defend against this sudden attack. Its use were only meant to paralyze for but a quick second as I apprehended him.

My kage bunshin had other plans however. As lightning struck from beneath my palms into the foe, from him having no time to react, my kage bunshin would quickly grasp upon his paralyzed body in the form of restraint. From his side wire would be drawn and tied around his wrists and forearms. I stood to my feet just as he would have gotten behind him. The quick sudden jolt would have stopped the creation of his seals ergo the formation of any attack that could have commenced. My fathers spirit beckoned from within me to end his life right here but it wasn’t in me. Though he’d slain many of my clan members I would stick true to my word for the council to apprehend him if I could.

If I had captured him successfully, which was almost certain, I would begin to walk steadily back to the confinement facility. Though.. if his escape was unclear to me in the ways that I’d reacted I would keep my senses keen to counteract whatever it is he could or can throw.

Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder)

Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Does not require handseals. Can be used once per turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within five meters. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light, less than a Raikyuu, and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Damn.
Perhaps he was just growing old- Although his mind still worked as the man who had claimed these rivers years back, the man who had once had it all, a wife, a home, a family, he now had nothing but his age to grow old with him, and it sometimes showed- Like this blunder. How on earth did this happen? His body having been dealt a shock, he knew it was over. His body, numbed, would fall to the surface of the water as if by automatic reaction, before he’d then swiftly attempt to get up once the numbing started to cease but- Click. Wire surrounding him, it would give him but no choice- He couldn’t get locked up. No. Not by this fool that stood near him- If anyone else had tied him up so perhaps he’d be more willing but with this Kazekage? No. He was better than that.

But he would play- Just for a few minutes. It would seem as if he would be locked up for a while, the Kazekage soon wanting to take his ass to wherever he was off to- Back to the prison, probably. They would soon step off the water but that wasn’t the end. Being inredibly skilled in water techniques brought him good bonuses to how he peformed them- Half seals, in fact, were his favourite thing to do. Although his hands were parted due to the wire, his left hand would begin to silently form seals- It was just an attempt, of course. A last try to give the Kazekage the pain that he deserves after allowing these rivers to be continually polluted by man!

Chakra would angrily bubble up in his hand once the numbing effect wore off and he would then find himself whipping whatever was behind him with the little leeway that his hand could give, the whip being a 10 meter line of chakra, it would no doubt come in to collision with something or someone, right? No matter; This was a last attempt at freeing himself from the pesky Kazekage and his braindead tactics- Who was he to boss him around? Who was he to claim the land as his own? Who was he and his chump of a father to claim ownership over these lovely rivers especially? They were his- His lovely Megumi’s in fact, and what was he doing with them now? Using them for his own gain. It was a shame- This land had so much more potential than this! Should the attack fail, he would simply sit there, unmoving.

If the Kazekage wanted him to go back..
..He’d do all the dragging himself!

Special: If the user possesses the Raiton release, they can send a ‘B’ ranked current through the whip with a simple thought, able to shock, stun and paralyze opponent’s should they be caught/ensnared by the whip.
Description: Mizu no Muchi is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes nearby water to create a whip that will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip their targets, ensnare them, or defend against weapons. As a bonus, the ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent, should they possess the Raiton release of course.
