Sunagakure is known for its intense heat in the day, but as night come in, everything begun to slowly cool off, and the people of the village are able to relax. Though, not many are bothered by the heat, like the young Kazekage, making his way from the Administration Building to the heart of the village. He had decided that he wanted to have fun with his fellow villagers, not wanting to be seen as someone who is just above them and controlling them, but as a friend as well. And, he didn't really mind this at all, it was much better than how he had used to live as a kid growing up within Shimo no Kuni.
He had worn the traditional robes of Sunagakure, though he was missing a turban and shinobi sandals, but only because he thought the two were uncomfortable. He liked to feel his wind blow through his long ebony hair as he moved gracefully across the sand. He couldn't help but smile, knowing that his night would be a nice and enjoyable one, just like all of them usually were, truth be told. He was the kind that had liked to get out and enjoy life while he could, because he knew life was short, but a shinobi life could be even shorter.
Once he made his way into the village, his sanguine, hawk-like eyes had noticed everyone around him moving about happily, and he looked seeing that they could enjoy themselves like they were. He wanted to build a happy and strong village, and he would do so by creating bonds, but only with the people of Sunagakure, the only people who had a place in his heart. The rest of the nations could just die out, and he wouldn't care the slightest for how or why. He made his way into a nearby bar, noticing that the bartender was admiring a young lady who had sat across from him.
He had smirked, and sat in the seat next to her, with his head tilted down, to hide his face somewhat, he didn't want to draw the attention of the female away from the man.("Excuse me sir, but I'd like a glass of your hardest liquor.")
