Yaosuke walked into a quiet bar, three thugs sat on stools at the bar. Each one dressed roughly but carried heavily. Something he noted mentally for future reference. From his vantage point he could make out broadswords in the hips of each, and a dagger or two in different locations on the three. His black eyes peered cautiously at them, while the mask cast deep shadows in his eye sockets. To the thugs at the bar, his eyes would appear large black slots where the mask had been changed to allow eyesight.
A thin looking businessman sat in a dark blue suit in a booth. On the table sat two separate glasses of whiskey on coasters. The man looked up, medium length gold hair showered down around his features, covering his ears, most of his forehead and the rest of his head. After recognizing the Ice Raven, his hand rose above the table and motioned for the Dragon Slayer to take a seat opposite him. Yaosuke walked carefully to the table, bending down he slid into the booth and along the seat, opposite his contractor.
For a moment they sat, and stared at each other, trying to gauge the reactions. Problem is that Yaosuke didn’t like staring, nor that he had to let a drink go to waste because of his mask while concealing his identity. Yaosuke gently pushed the glass back next to the other glass which was now half empty. For a moment silence ensued before the suit talked. “I am your contractor, I will not tell you my name, nor will you ask it.” He said cooly, pausing and taking a sip from his glass. “I required you to re-acquisition some items for me. They will be at this address. Do not get caught, do not leave any trace. If you are in trouble, take what notes you can and report back to me. You will be paid for either the collection of the items, or the retrieval of the information. Items take highest priority however.” He said without giving Yaosuke room to ask questions, not that he had any. “Now go.” He finished, his tone final.
Yaosuke nodded, the only real thing he communicated to his contractor other than pushing back the glass of liquor. Sliding across the seat Yaosuke turned and stood, his cloak straightening out and giving him a taller appearance. He slowly carried himself across the room, around and back towards the door. His passage was blocked by a brute. One of the few thugs who had been sitting on the stools by the bar. Footsteps pounded behind him, giving the presence of back-up away. Yaosuke twisted slightly, allowing him to gauge all the thugs who surrounded him through the corner of his mask’s eye socket.
