Fujioka Kiyoshi, a genin level shinobi with a fuuton release. He wore a small threat level, but so did most of the men that Saito Kojiro was sent to kill. In fact, this mission was as simple as it could get, and the only thing that would pose a problems is preventing reckless behavior and causing property damage. Most of the time fugitives that he was sent to kill usually had the mindset to escape the gates right away, and gather a few mercenaries or friends to follow suit. This man was a little too slow, perhaps taking more from the city. And he would pay for those crimes with his own blood.
While Kojiro had the notion and enthusiasm to set atop a building like a sentinel, watching the empty streets, it was a little flamboyant, and didn't really provide that much assistance to the situation. The location of the target was unknown, and painting his own silhouette in the sky would definitely scare off the Fujioka. So, albeit his desires, he would carefully creep among the streets, with his ears open, his nose smelling, and his eyes quick to scan every movement around him. A little over-the-top for the situation, but he liked getting into that heroic and badass role, it really made the job fun.
The empty corridors between the buildings were quiet, occasionally a guard or citizen peaking out. At times, Sunagakure reflected a ghost town, with absolute silence, and not even a critter to disrupt the still-picture. A bit lonely, but Koji would manage. Occasionally an echo would sound in the distance, and his head would jerk in the direction, concentrating and depicting the cause of the audible noise, but every time, he would turn back around, concluding that it had no relevance to what he was expecting. And being accustomed to the job, there was hardly in variation n the actions of amateurs, so expecting the unexpected was expected to be unnecessary.
