His words were filled with such egotistical and self-regarding qualities, qualities I spent a young life time trying to correct in not only myself, but the world around me. I was, by no means, a Prodigy, my clan was only that to me, a clan; its legends and perquisites weren’t meant for my bearing. Born from a mother with long crimson hair, and a father’s whose strength preceded him, I was but an average lad among an elite clan. Did this make me weak, needy or even vindictive? No, it made me stronger and more importantly, it showed me the true meaning of compassion and dedication.

But alas, all this didn’t matter to me as my very own body grew heavy. I couldn’t sustain my own weight and before I knew it, my knee took a firm planting into the solid ground beneath it. If anything shattered, I couldn’t feel it as my arms, legs and chest grew insanely cold. Was this the final evolution before death? The preparation that I was currently experiencing? My hand, numb almost would glide over my chest, taking hold of the fresh that normally covered my heart as my vision began to fade. Scarlet painting my hands, I’d smile, only to fall over.

Then I awoke..

Eyes widen and Agni still attached to my hip, I’d look around fervently. “”W-what happened?

[/color]” My question was filled with confusion as the Monk in which I first traveled with continued on, only asking for my attendance once more as he moved down a narrower path. Sighing, gathering my composure once more, I couldn’t help but to recollect on the events that had transpired. Everything seemed so real and without a doubt affected me in some way. That way however was still unknown to me, but as I nodded in sanction, I’d follow him once more, blindly into the depths of the cavern.

It wouldn’t be long before we arrived at yet another pillar before the room lit up once more, and before stood a series of individuals who I cherished. Ashura, the newly established Hokage, among others. Though one in particular stood out amongst them all, like a single spark of light in total darkness. “Mother?[/color]” I called out to her, before my eyes lowered to the bodies resting before them and the words which followed. Looking around, I attempted to keep my sanity, as everything appeared to be what it was, and surely this couldn’t be reality, but it felt so real.

“No, you’re not killing anyone… I’m not killing no one. We don’t have the right to take another’s life….[/color]”

Returning to holding his prisoner at knife point, Katsumaru spoke out. "Prove yourself to be worthy of holding the former title of Hokage!"[/color] And then it continued, many insulted him, others begged, but when it turned to his mother they all hoped it would cripple Ryu into submission. "Please...Ryu..."[/color] Her request was simple, but more than the others her words would more than likely hit Ryu the hardest. Could he refuse his revived mother? Could he refuse the revenge she pleaded for as tears of rage fell from her eyes.

And it had begun. I knew full well that my ideals were just substance-devoid thoughts beneath the rage and wrath of my companions. It started with my student, the young and exceptional Uchiha, Ashura. His eyes livid as my words struck nerves deeply embedded in his patience as my refusal to commit murder turned him against me. I could see his anger surfacing and his approbation quickly churning into something more volatile; he had condemned me to treachery, and that’s when I broke. Allowing him to finish his words as he tossed aside one of the several who rested as prisoners, my arm lashed out, sweeping across the air irately to gain the audience of those in attendance, my words would be bold, idealistic, but nonetheless, true.

“NO! Ashura, NO!

[/color]” Shouting out at the highest point of sound my vocal box could induce, I challenged his words. My own anger surfacing as I broke out into a rage of my own, my eyes maturing as the amber they once knew donned a darker tinge of crimson—my Sharingan surfaced. “You will NOT sit here and ask me to take their lives… have you all gone mad?[/color]” My blunt words now aimed at the many targets who claimed ties to me, I’d pass them all a rather appalled glare, showcasing the disgust that now filled every ounce of my heart.

“One act of cruelty doesn’t mystically fix another. We live with our sins and we allow our angers to take control; but in the process we lose ourselves… Ashura, Kohana, Jiryū—you all know me. And if you knew like I believe you do, you’d know that I can’t. If taking the lives of others is how I redeem myself as Hokage, then I’d rather be expelled without the title…. I thought I taught you all the beauty of life… but it’s obvious that my words and influence haven’t reached far enough..[/color]”

Looking across the cavern, my sights now settled upon the woman who had raised me to become the man I was destined to be-- my mother. I held a rather impassive stare as I yielded all anger when it came to her, Koi, such a beautiful and strong woman. I couldn’t believe she was asking me to do such a thing. “Mother… you raised me to believe that all life was precious. I beg you, don’t allow your hatred and spite to consume you. It’s not within me to take a life, for I didn’t give it. I will however preserve it as much as I can. They will atone for their crimes, but it will not be by my hands…. Or ours.”[/color]” I allowed my morale compass to fluster into the air as I took my gaze from her, and took in the entire field as show of my dedication to my own dogmata.

[/b][/color] With the monk's words came the exit of all of those before them. Ryu's friends, his allies, and his loved ones along with the criminals before them. They all vanished in pillars of flames as the pillar in the area lit up in a dim yellow color. Nodding, the monk motioned for Ryu to follow him still as he lead him to a new section of the cavern, down they went via carved foot steps. Once at the bottom Ryu would a chill as water made it's way to his ankles. The pillar before them dull in it's red form. Pausing at the final step though was the monk who spoke once more. "Would you help an old monk and carry me through this to the next area, young Uchiha??"[/color] Waiting for Ryu's response, the monk glanced about, it had been so long since he had reached this place. For those who reached for the power within this cavern rarely even reached passed the second pillar.

[/color]” My head held low, the strawberry blonde bangs of my opulent hair fell before my eyes. My face, concealed from the world convulsed slightly, as I attempted to bottle the anger I spent so many years subduing soon began its advance upon the world. To think, humans could conceive such a test, placing me against my friends and family, only to call it an illusion. Oddly enough, my Sharingan couldn’t pierce it. Whatever I was dealing with, it wasn’t within the reach of even my mature eyes. Regardless, I had come this fair, and for now I’d have to continue. Saving all my questions for the end would be the best.

Ojiro had continued his descent into the nadirs of the cavern, and like before, I surely was expected to follow. Taking a moment to regain my composure, I’d sigh, only to follow gradually behind. Whatever I was being trialed for, and whatever I was expected to attain from this would have to be worth such the mental warfare. My hand running along the cave walls, my pace was stunted as I moved behind the elder Monk. Whatever his talents were, and whatever this place was, it was interfering with my Sharingan, it made me susceptible. I had to inquire, but I felt it would come to me in time.

It wouldn’t be long before we arrived at what appeared to be a small gap of resting water. My ankles immersed in the chilled liquid, I’d turn my attention towards the monk, as his words infected my senses. “S-sure, Ojiro-sama?[/color]” While odd, I understood his request. Kneeling down, expecting him to climb upon my back, I’d wait. If he decided to accept my offer, I’d lift, and soon proceed through the waters, treading into unknown territory. It bothered me little, and from my training, his weight felt akin to that of a feather. He was an elderly man, and as such, my youth would become his vessel for this short journey.

Perhaps he could guess at it, perhaps he could not. Nonetheless the monk had calmed as he stepped towards the next pillar. "You're chivalry is worthy."[/color]

And now the boy would be tested once more, but how would his reaction to the journey across the water effect this task? "Boy, you are to continue from here on in the nude, trivial objects and equipment will only hold you back..."[/color] It was a task and a wish of the monk's.

I hope you know this is the gayest thing you’ve ever written.

His weight did little to add to my own fatigue. Carrying the elderly, the weak and the young had become almost second nature to me following Konoha’s destruction and restoration. Searching through the debris and impaired buildings, rescuing those who called out to me as well as my shinobi, it was an honor. Coupled with the morals my mother instilled into my from the youngest of age, I held an unbending respect for the mature, and those reaching the limitations of their own vessel, welcomed in by age itself. Ojiro was a shrewd individual, though his bones broke like any other.

Divulging deeper into the cavern, what appeared to first be a simple stroll for a few yards turned into an even longer expanse. I didn’t know such caverns that extended far into the mountains existed and it only made me doubt that I would be done soon. Regardless, this hadn’t become an issue considering I had already come too far to simply just turn back and do nothing. What had become uncomfortable was a slightly poke that faintly touched my back. Through years of training and meditation, I had become quite away of my body and what surrounded me and as Ojiro struggled staying still and allowed moans and groans to escape from his mouth, my eyes widened. The instant my back felt warmer than normal, I’d toss the old man down on the ground, spinning frantically As I relieved myself of all clothing save for my underwear, tossing those and agni to the ground.

“Did you just?!

[/color]” I didn’t need his validation, for the stain in his pants said it all. Looking at my own garbs, I sighed in content as they were untarnished, given I removed the source of such a mess upon instant recognition. Listening to his final words, I’d turn around back towards the cavern, continuing in punctually. “It would be my honor.[/color]” Anything to keep me away from terminating him and this entire cavern was well-needed. Whatever I was questing for, Ojiro better have prayed it was well worth his disrespect and perverseness. Moving deep into the stomach of the earth itself, my almost bare body felt little chill, my internal warmth kicking in, keeping me at a judicious body heat.

This pillar was larger than the others and looked worn and was missing small parts of it due to damage. The ground shook, a roar echoed through the area, how would the young Uchiha react? His next test would either make or break him as it had the few others who had made it this far into the cavern.

And then it dropped into plain sight. A beast from above that had crept it's way into the cavern so many years ago. It was no gorilla, but it could rival one in strength.

The beast was so massive that it dwarfed Ryu and the elder monk considerably, casting a shadow over them as it's muscles shook with adrenaline. And then it spoke. "Hmph, you're after the Gorillas, huh? They're nothing compared to me, the Panda King!"[/color] Beating his chest similar to a Gorilla, he continued. "To pass, you need to manage to knock me out of this ten meter all around circle with only Taijutsu. Ninjutsu use will end this trial and send you packing, runt."[/color] Taking his stance with Ryu at the center of the now visible ten meter all around chalk marked ring, he awaited the boy's move.

Walking along, I could immediately hear the sound of steps behind me. Obviously, Ojiro had taken the risk of following me in my now enraged, muddled state. Surely I wouldn’t attack him without purpose, though his actions earlier against my willingness surely placed him in between a rock and a hard place. Needless to say, only but a sigh escaped through my lips as I continued on, ignoring his pursuit while still continuing deeper and deeper into what I knew nothing of, but surely intend to gain intuition from. This little voyage of mine had been well-needed, but also a nuisance, I was simply ready to continue on with my life.

My right hand planted firmly against one of the walls that narrowed the deeper we went into the cavern, I’d use it as my guide through the unlit corridor. Akira had been one to impress the Monk, though her actual status as far as how far she made it was all but known to me. Did she fail at the one of the several trials I succeeded in? How much further did she progress of fall behind me in? These mysteries were clouded and I could do well to ignore them as a light grew broader in my prospect. Quickly, I continued in, almost in complete dishabille as my lightly tanned akin became evident in the rays of light, and a towering figure to accompany it.

“Whoa…

[/color]” My eyes widen as I stepped into the grand expanse, my feet instinctively passing over the thick white chalk line as my now crimson eyes stared upon quite the imitating creature. Referring to itself as the King of pandas, this outrageous being had challenged me to a test of pure strength, and with our size difference, it was obvious who held the superior man power. Looking back at Ojiro, he didn’t interfere, meaning he was quite aware of its existence, and confidently would want me to continue on. How a panda became involved with the Gorillas of this cavern baffled me, but it was an inquiry I’d save for later.

“I accept your terms, Panda King..[/color]” I didn’t know what I had gotten myself into and as I slid into a more comfortable, relaxed stance, my Sharingan covered its bearings. Thick chakra it possessed, rivaling it not surpassing my own. Muscles tensing and my knuckles cracking as I balled my fists that were now leveled with my hip, I’d begin. Rushing in, I allowed my mobility to not hinder my own reflexes. A simple charge would start things, He could have the official first move.

[/b][/color] With the boy now prepared and running at him the Panda King would slide his feet into position after the boy began rushing forwards. The distance between the two was short, which set the Panda King up for his first attack.

And despite his size, the Panda King was incredibly fast. His hand rushing forward in an open manner as if to smash it into the boy's entire form. The technique done directly to one's chest was enough to cause great damage, but done to one's entire body? The boy was in for some trouble! And even if he had managed to dodge the attack, the Panda King was an experienced warrior and always had his body prepared for a follow up attack or counter should his initial attack be avoided or countered. Not that a preparation for his body was needed, but his mind worked a battle like a game of chess, always one or two moves ahead.

Why I decided to charge in the first place may have seemed quite ignorant with face value. My opponent—quite the enormous Bear—was gargantuan in size and from his demeanor alone, it was obvious this beast of ineffable power was experienced. My eyes would only do me so much and if my body couldn’t react fast enough, I was just as futile as a fly running into a solid wall. Regardless, it was the most logical and preemptive move I had made since entering this god-forsaken cavern. Its size was impressive, though it made every move that much more readable to the normal eye, and my eyes were quite superior to the norm.

Its right hand moving back, every tension in his arm was replayed twice over in my head as my eyes analyzed it perfectly. Each tendon, muscle and joint were put pieces to a puzzle that I could perceive with the utmost clarity. It would be to my advantage to not following the creature in terms of strength, considering both our size and strength difference. I’d allow my Sharingan to guide me to paradise in hopefully a victory. How the old man expected any mere human to combat such a beast without their own trades or arts was beyond my belief. Nevertheless, I had an objective and ploy in mind.

I’d bait, allowing the creature to think me a fool, for as long as my eyes watched him, all was clear. The instant the beast’s arm shot forward, I had already leaped a second prior. Timing my strike perfectly, as I flew over its descending limb and attempted to grab hold of one of large spike that occupied its right shoulder; if my action was secured, of course. If my action had indeed been efficacious, I’d waste no time as I attempted to adjust my wait towards its back, applying force to the pointed sprout in attempts to pull swing around onto the Panda’s back. I’d have to be both aggressive and clever if I was expected to win.

For as his jump carried him upwards, so did the King step to his left and curve to Ryu's side in one motion before aiming to headbutt the boy in the side and send him towards the cavern wall to his left. And if that wasn't enough, as his head came crashing forward, so did his left arm find itself coming from the back of the boy, his blindside. The combo was perfect, but would it hit?!

Then, either through close or medium range, the user charges their head into the target, the unorthodox assault being quite unexpected and brutal enough to inflict severe damage. The headbutt can be performed from up-close while already holding the opponent in a tight grip, or through a rampaging charge from a specific distance, meaning the variation and unconventional maneuver can be quite useful in combat.

S - Three whole turns

Description: Haneru Kire, a powerful strike known for it's debilitating capabilities. The user positions their hand in a narrow formation, gathering strength before aiming the chop for a specific area on the opponent's body. If the hit succeeds, the opponent's affected limb will feel extremely numb, and will be rendered useless for a specific amount of time. However, if the opponent is struck on the head, they will become knocked unconscious, making this technique quite deadly in combat.

Description: Shindou Hirate, a deadly palm thrust known for determining the fate of battles. The user gathers strength in their hand, preparing the assault once close enough to the opponent. Once within a hand-reach distance, the user thrusts their palm into the chest if the opponent, the sudden strike causing abnormal functioning in their lungs, which forces the opponent to lack proper breathing and hinders their speed severely. The following knockback is just the after-effect of the user's incredible strength, and can cause other damaging effects to the target's body as well.

Special: Causes lack of hearing and disorientation for a specific amount of time, based on the highest rank known:

Description: Rousuru Jinrai, a technique rivaling the effects of many Sound-based capabilities, which targets the opponent's auditory system through physical contact instead. The user gathers strength and both their hands, closing in on the opponent. Then, the user performs a 'clapping' motion toward the target's head, each hand striking the sides of their head. The powerful clap sends the momentum of the strike through the target's membrane, causing temporary damage, such as the sudden lack of hearing and disorientation in their sight and movement.

Kongou Kensei (Adamantine Constraint)

Special: The target is incapable of escaping the fierce grip for a single turn, plus another turn for each new rank attained in 'Senkotsu no Kouseinou'. If the target is a Taijutsu Secondary, the specified duration is doubled, and if the target is a Taijutsu Tertiary, the specified duration is tripled.
Description: Kougou Kensei, a technique that undoubtedly displays the incredible brawn of the Akusen. The user simply gathers strength in an area of their body, then detains the target through some form of retaining method, whether it be a headlock, a nelson, an ankle-lock, a chokehold, or even a bearhug. The purpose of the technique is to be able to completely immobilize the target by utilizing the user's awe-inspiring brawn to overpower them. This does not mean the target is incapable of maneuvering themselves, this is only a mean for grasping the opponent, and being incapable of removing that constraint, unless the user is overwhelmed.

Kongou Sanketsu (Adamantine Suffocation)

Special: Once the user successfully performs 'Kougou Kensei', the user can then apply additional strength to not only restrain the target, but knock them unconscious through the severe application of force. The amount of time needed until unconsciousness is achieved and it's duration is based on the highest rank known of 'Senkotsu no Kouseinou':

C - Four turns; Two turns
B - Three turns; Three turns
A - Two turns; Four turns
S - One turn; Five turns
Description: Kougou Sanketsu, the next step to overwhelming the opponent when locked within 'Kougou Kensei'. Once the target is constricted by this techniques predecessor, the user furthers the opponent's inability to achieve movement by applying more force, tightening their deadly grip around the opponent, forcing them into an unconscious state once the duration has passed. However, in order for this technique to succeed, the user must apply force to the target's chest, neck, or head, which causes the submission. The versatile capabilities of this techniques predecessor may be advantageous for it's own reason, but when converting to the use of this technique, the user has no choice but to limit the area of strangulation.

Description: Omotai Chakushu, another excellent display of the Akusen's incredible physical strength. The initiation of the technique is quite simple, once the user is within hand's reach of the opponent, the user grabs them, gathering strength in their hands and muscles, then with tremendous force, the user spins and throws the target in a specific distance. The range of this technique can be quite grand depending on the level of the user's brawn, and can cause devastating damage upon landing if the opponent cannot recover from the flight.

Gekiha Hiji (Crushing Elbow)

Special: Can be retrained three times, stacking 'C' ranked damage each time. Inflicts knockback if the target is struck, the highest rank known of 'Senkotsu no Kouseinou' determining the distance:

Description: Gekiha Hiji, a powerful elbow strike which can be performed from any direction. Although the technique is normally performed from a distance with the use of a single arm, in order to gain momentum, the user can choice a different method of completing the task. Without the need of a running head-start, while in extreme close-range, the user can simply place their opposite hand upon the fist of the 'charging elbow' arm that they plan to use as their weapon. Then, once the user forces the elbow into it's target, the force of applying pressure with their opposite hand onto the 'charging elbow' arm allows sufficient damage to take place, whereas a simple dash can inflict the same amount of damage, without the need to apply force with their opposite hand. However, the separate variations still grant the user unimaginable damage.

Description: Nenshou Rariatto, a deadly arm thrust known to end the lives of many who challenge the Akusen. From close-range or from a running distance, the user gathers strength in their biceps, prepared to plummet into the target. Then, with a single, swift motion, the user performs a clothesline-like maneuver, their arm plowing through the target's chest with incredible brawn, potentially breaking bone due to it's power. In addition to the physical damage, the user furthers the chance of injury, their arm launching the target into the distance with tremendous force. The straightforwardness of the attack can be extremely deadly in combat.

The Panda was quite, despite its augments that normally would hold any man down from mass alone, though the moment his body was projecting to his left, I mentally sighed in content. Having targeted his right side, he dragged his body further away, but at a convenience, I still had arms reach and enough time to do as I originally intended to. Reaching out, grabbing onto the horn as the beast moved, my arm reaching out at its furthest extent to strengthen the chances of doing so. Giving the size difference and the lack of resistance I had, it was only natural that momentum and gravity would carry me along as well.

As he altered his weight in attempts to face my side, I would be flung along to his back. My strong arm keeping me afloat as I gripped onto the fur off his back, commendably avoiding the entirety of his combo. Nonetheless, I was indeed cornered, without the physical means to combat such a beast. My expertise rested in both his Sharingan and Ninjutsu—one of which was rendered obsolete upon the challenge’s necessities. My eyes, while perceptive would only do him so much justice. Swinging from the back of the Panda’s mane, I found myself pondering a second objective to this cause.

The Monk and all that spectated should have known his talents through the first series of trialing periods; his readiness for Katon and his expertise with the Sharingan being his obvious talents. Facing this Panda was almost suicidal and while he was a capable shinobi, how could his mere human vessel move a monster that naturally weighed much more than him, and obviously weighed more than its animal familiar? There had to be an alternative, or such a mere ploy for something grander in scheme? I’d continue to ponder as I swung, attempting to keep my frame against his fur as I concocted plans in my head.

Special: Improves the user's physical brawn, granting all Taijutsu performed enhanced strength, even basic physical attacks, heightening the power of the assault with bonus damage equal to the highest rank known of this technique. However, due to the layers of muscle stacked on the user's body, their agility suffers greatly after certain points of advancement, their movement decreased by one-fourth after obtaining the 'C' Rank version of this technique, and decreased even further, by one-half after obtaining the 'A' Rank version. Due to their great physical prowess, the user can also gain significant lifting capabilities, the weight determined by the highest rank known of this technique:

Description: Through rigorous exercise and training methods, one is capable of advancing their physical capabilities to mighty heights, bringing fear to those who witness the brawn behind their newfound strength. This method is not simple as it seems, requiring the user to actually transform their body over time, muscle stacking several times over the further they advance into the art of reckless power. Those who obtain the higher levels of this art always appear to be extremely muscular and hulking in appearance, showcasing their hidden strength. However, due to the increase in physical mass, the user sustains significant disadvantages with the augmented strength, their speed and ability to react hindering the more they continue to build muscle. With this attribute in mind, it is wise of the practitioners of this style to understand patience, as well as the responsibilities that come with such power.

Suddenly, the creature stopped its tirade and I found myself immobile against its back. Words of both reinforcement and dissuasion flooding my ears as I sighed in retort. There had to be some way to win; some function that he didn’t know how that would allow me victory on such a day. My eyes peeled into his back, every muscle that would motion in action, originating from his torso, down would be clearly seen and with that, my own hues had widened. He remained still, as if mocking me, and without hesitation, he flipped. It wasn’t as sudden as I made it seem, for I could see every muscle clearly through his now intangible flesh and bone as I focused solely on the tendons at hand. Nonetheless, this wasn’t a silly matter.

As his body hovered over, and I felt an unbearable weight transition over, I only had one moment. Gripping tightly and quickly leaping off to my side, I found myself rolling and just within the boundary of the circle as I winced in pain. That wasn’t the best move, though it kept me alive for now. Quickly attempting to gain my posture and returning to my feet, I’d turn towards the Panda; bruised and exhausted, I couldn’t just simply give up. I’d fight this creature to my last breath, I had promised Akira nothing less. Dropping into a defensive stance, I awaited its rising and attack.
