Mission Subject:Don Konanji, This is the name of a rogue Iwagakure no Sato genin who was caught trying to sneak into the Tsuchikage’s vault. No doubt he had plans to steal ryo or village secrets for malicious intent. It was recently reported that Don escaped his cell at the Iwagakure prison. As the village gates are being guarded he has not been able to escape. A skilled shinobi or group of novices is required to capture the convict. Be on your guard, as he is a skilled Katon user. Bring him in..alive.

"Don Konanji huh, what a weird name. Doesn't matter I guess cause all I know is that I get to teach this guy a lesson for trying to steal from Iwagakure and get away with it." He spoke to himself diligently as he read over his missions scroll with a careful and observational eyes. A hint of Don's Konanji's whereabouts had been slightly hinted to Jishou within the mission scroll itself, he would need to investigate the area himself should he wish to successfully find the culprit. As he finished reading Jishou could feel the impending rage curdling and festering with him. How dare someone-in such dire, woeful and vunerable times-try and damage the order of the system even more than it had already been due to the endless war in the preceding months and years. The mere thought of it could nearly drive Jishou in to blood-red anger had he not been the disciplined, level-headed Akimichi that he was.

In addition to possible whereabouts he was given a highly-detailed description of Don Konanji, it was a piece of information that he could not allow to be wasted. As excitement ate away as his very being Jishou roamed the lively and vibrant streets of Iwagakure with his sense wide open, all six. His chakra sense was fair at best, nothing comparable to that of a refined Sensor, but still nothing that dared not to be underestimated. Discreetly he went around, sector to sector, asking away about the appearance of Don throughout the village since there had not been a way for him to escaped, the probability was absolutely zero.

He turned to his partner, a man whom Jishou respect mere because he was loyal to Iwagakure, "We don't have any leads, any suggestions?

Upon completing the statement he returned to staring at the ring. The Gamabushi had not worked with a comrade for some time, and he was quite uncertain in regards to cooperation. That man, Don, was quite capable it seemed, and the task shall become quite a bit simpler if the two act in unison. Quite unfortunately, Mukei had little experience with that situation and anxiety began to grow. Again he shifted his brown eyes to the Akimichi as he began to speak yet again.”How are we going to deal with him, once we find that man?”

The fate of the village rests in their hands that old lass said. Ah, now this will be quite the escapade.

A Keen ebony gaze glanced over Mukei, his powerful presence encircled Jishou, he could feel a strong sense of power being disgorged from his very being, yeah, these two with time could become a force to be reckoned with. ”We best look in a place where none give much of a damn. Where none care that they are around a thief.” His words made much sense, even when caught a rat will desperately retreated to the most isolated and secluded area it is able to find. "Ya know you're definitely right Mukei, he is unable to escape Iwagakure thus he will retreat to the 'safer' or 'isolated' areas within the village itself, thing is, there aren't many places like that within Iwa, so that itself will limit our search."

Jishou's visage screamed with sincerity as he silently brooded upon the all the possible locations that Don could have retreated in. His mind was hard at work, concocted plans and thoughts twisted and turned ferociously. ”How are we going to deal with him, once we find that man?” Jishou's thoughts came to a brief occlusion as Mukei's voice crawled into his ears, he looked down at the man to meet gaze before he spoke. "Easily, his katon release has nothing on my Doton, especially combined with my body expansion. My Doton bushin will come in great use but we can't fully tell until we finally find him. Until then we will just have to go with the flow. But I think I have a pretty good Idea where he will be, follow me!"

It came to him like a storming message from the gods above, the 'slums', yes, what better place to hide than the districts where poverty is at its peak. It was and is an ideal place for criminals and thieves alike to hid their presence. Jishou took off in a full speed burst, a speed that as impressive and unfitting of an Akimichi. With the slums as his designated area, he wouldn't stop until he reached his destination, and much to his surprise Mukei's theory had been dead correct if not pinpoint. A loud, earsplitting, womanly scream came from an old market area. Enraged and determined he sped down a great many alleys and corners to find the source of impending combat....and there he was....Don Konanji.

Mukei removed the ring on the index finger and inserted the adornment into a pocket, lest harm may come to it. Shifting and tilting the head to the Akamichi, he drew in the comrades figure. Frightening how massive that man was, and to become even larger with expansion? If truly Jishou could achieve such, how could that thief possibly deal with a giant, hah! Gradually the Gamabushi grew more confident, and no more were his shoulders slumped, but rather he proceeded forth with a wide stride and puffed chest. ”We’ll use the flames against him, got a bit of oil in me. Burns him if he sets it ablaze. Good idea, eh? Though best be careful, else that scumbag will burn himself a but too much and die.” The two were ordered to return Don alive, an option quite preferable, at least for Mukei. Murder seems quite crude, and he could not even fathom the intense misery that would begin to overwhelm the senses should such occur.

As Jishou burst forth in a sprint, Mukei simply stood for several moments, watching with a tilted head. With a grunt, rather than running forth, the tiny man leapt with a strength surprising for one of such small stature. The blood of the Gamabushi ran through his veins, blessing him with the qualities of a toad, including the ability to leap ludicriously. Perhaps that toad blood explains his oversized nose. Ten meters were covered in a single leap, from which he landed on all four, using both feet and palms to lessen the impact. Upon contacting the ground, he leapt yet again, proceeding forth partially through steps and the jumping. While the Akimichi proceeded forth with running through the alleys, upon hearing the scream, Mukei again made use of those fine legs of his by leaping upwards on top of a building. From there on he proceeded towards the source, passing across the structures that formed the alleys. The two arrived at the source, with the Gamabushi standing atop a building, glancing down. The filthy thief caught in the act. This escapade shall truly begin now.

The young man would step forth from the doorway, playing with a small flame in his mouth, making it spin slowly before spitting it out onto the ground. Breaking into that vault was easier than he thought, it was the getting out that had puzzled the great Don Kannonji. If he hadn't been so stupid, he could be running around with a crap-tonne of gold and all the secret techniques he could fit in his arms. A maniacal smile crossed his face. At least they knew not where to find him now.

The crowded street gave him cover as he lightly walked through the streets, his eyes blazing with fire and his heart set in stone... or used to be...

"Nwenwenwehehehehehe!"

Several people glanced at his hooded figure now, forcing him to pull it further over his face to cover his grin. He loved the attention really, he just got embarrassed when so many people wished to bask in his glorious heat. His burning ambitions would take this village with it.

He trudged down the street, just waiting for someone to find him. So that he may destroy them in a ball of flames.

Jishou stepped through the crowd, wave after wave, almost as if the very citizen's of Iwagakure were protecting and masking his presence, however, against a shinobi such factors mattered none. Jishou's focus remained hard upon Don as he flipped his hood even further over his face, though it would not help, not now, not after the Akimichi's keen, ebony gaze locked themselves upon his frame. Being a height of 6'7 allowed him to effortlessly tower over the masses, a walking vantage point, who would have thought. He looked up at Mukei and flicked his finger forward signaling a frontal flank, not seconds behind signaling Mukei had Jishou halted walk 10 meters behind Don. Massive Akimichi palms clapped together, fingers twisted and turned in symmetry form perfect seals through the brisk evening air. After a flare of chakra 5 clones manifested themselves around Jishou before he commanded them to spread outwardly to surround the culprit, giving Mukei and opening.

2 clones took off to the left, 2 to the right, and finally, the last remaining clone stepped in front of Jishou. Jishou himself sunk to the earthen floor, making it appear as though the clone that remained before him was the true Titan. Within seconds the clones closed in on Don from all directions (5 meters) except to his front, which had been left to Mukei. IF Don committed to any action or form of hostility all four clones would explode, manifesting sticky and constricting mud all over Don. As Jishou waited to witness the verdict he formed another set of hand seals with level best speeds.

Special: Although defeated by a single attack, the clones have the ability to explode their essence in a 5 meter radius, spreading sticky, constricting mud everywhere. Those affected will have their movement inhibited, suffering from reduced speeds and reaction. When re-learned, the user increases the number of clones they can make by 5; this maxes out when the user reaches 50 clones.
Description: A simple elemental clone technique, this let’s the user create a default number of five mud based clones for his command. Coming forth from an earth or mud source, the clones are basic and meant primarily for distraction and restriction. Its mud, sticky and constricting, can slow d own an opponent’s limbs, especially when many pole upon the user at once.

Suzugaeru (The Way of the Toad) [75 EXP]

Type: Supplementary / Clan Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 50 meters
Special: Determines strength of toad skin armor, toad hopping limits, and serves as a stepping stone for other Gamabushi clan techniques. User can hop up to 10 meters any direction and is defended from a single 'D' ranked strike by default, plus 10 more meters and higher defense with each rank attained.
Description: The very essence of the Gamabushi clan is their unique ability to become like a toad. The blood of the wondrous creatures runs through their veins, and as a result, they have learned to act, move and even think like them. In this case, the way of the toad allows the member to become like them physically, with their skin rough and armored, and their legs retaining a toad's jumping prowess.

Gamayudan (Toad Oil Projectile) [50 XP]

Type: Offensive / Supplementary / Clan Ninjutsu
Range: See special!
Special: Fire used in conjunction with this oil will be raised one rank in terms of damage. Size and strength of oil depends on the user's understanding of the 'Way of the Toad'; stream extends 10 meters, plus 10 more for each additional rank of 'Suzugaeru' obtained. Stickiness renders the user immobile for a single turn, plus one more for every rank they progress within 'Suzugaeru' for a maximum of 5 turns.
Description: Gamayudan is a projectile based Gamabushi ninjutsu technique which allows the user to shoot out a spray of toad oil designed to constrict and be lit ablaze. After forming a few seals and gathering oil into their mouths, the Gamabushi can spit the oil at their opponents at high speeds, much like a Katon user breathes and spits out a Fireball. The consistency of the oil can then hinder movement in general, and will hold users down indefinitely. Finally, the oil itself is highly flammable, and can be lit by the right sources, producing a powerful fire.

Surprise! Simply a large explosion engulfed the street as the Katon Bunshin ignited, catching the oil and dispersing the clones as the fire corroded them. Mud clones. Che. He did not care of the damage caused or the civilians harmed in the attack. It was Iwa's fault for opposing Don Kannonji's might.

From the rooftop above he smiled, casting a shadow over the street below, his hooded cape billowing out behind him in an arc, it's colours looking like the fire that he held within his breast. His arm slammed against his chest, saluting himself as he spoke to the world below him.

"People of Iwagakure, you are looking at your new terror, DON KANNONJI! NWEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!"

His hands clapped as his fingers twisted, creating cracking noises as they twirled each other in their violent waltz. His chakra. His fire. His life. Depended on this. He would not fail. He had to kill them. Burn them to a crisp. Crush them, break them, bite them, kick them until they died.

"Katon: Endan!"

The fire shot forward, at the street below, breaking and smashing the tiles and stone streets. Unbeknownst to them however, he had prepared a little surprise, one of the night-like nature. It was his favourite tactic this. The fireball raced towards it's intended target.

How would our hero's prevail?
