Free from the bonds of my village temporarily, I had been assigned by the Raikage to patrol and scan areas that were vital to Kaminari no Kuni. Even so, the nagging sensation that I was just wasting time that could be spent elsewhere was racking up in my mind. Nonetheless, this was something of ease that allowed me to rack up money. It was something I needed as the thought of Areru lingered like the very looming storm she was in respect to her bloodline. I had done a plethora of research since our latest conversation about her plague, and there was actually one hospital in Kumogakure that actually treated those that suffered from the same disease. Unfortunately, the expenses for the surgery and cure were quite the extension. I couldn't possibly begin to understand why such healthcare was so inflated. Could the Raikage even afford such a treatment? Probably not with the number of zeros that all began to get lumped together.

Regardless, it was pivotal that I acquire the ryo. And the longer my pockets ran empty, the more frustrated and determined I'd grow. My lips were meshed together and my eyesight enhanced. The god like visage of mine had exploited the weaknesses of the obstructions of the land. Yet my patrol had taken me further than I predicted and out of the lush green lands of the country. Instead, I traversed to the docks where several of our shipments were being processed. The sea-fare trade of Kumogakure was what we prized ourselves on. The exports were top notch and highly valued in countries elsewhere. Such reasons led me to devious thoughts but none of them would come close to what I needed in that exact time frame.

Yet curiously though the docks remained void of life except the machinery, I could clearly see the presence of another from afar. He sat upon the edge of the lengthy pier with his legs swinging to and fro. From my position, I had foresaw him before he would have even caught sound of me. It only took me several moments to make it directly behind the stranger. From twenty meters away I was able to make out enough of the rear of his person. "I'm going to have to ask you to leave stranger. This area isn't somewhere to dwindle." I pointed out, the signs looming all around. I waited for movement before I would decide on the next course of action.

Kaminari was, in retrospect, the perfect nation for me. I had been born in Sunagakure, raised within the trenches of sand and the blistering heat from the sun. That alone wasn't bad, no - I loved everything about that nation. However, what separated me from the rest of my family was the sheer fact that I, even with utmost effort and practice, could never beckon forth the wind like the master's of my clan. It was a much needed elemental release because of our sheer atmosphere, much like fire was to even be considered an Etsuko.

The shadows of disappointment would have been grand had I not found my body naturally producing lightning, and it was because of that - the silhouette of lightning and thunder never leaving the sky of this nation - that I felt almost at home. It was almost like diving forth into a pool of pure serenity; it was just that soothing being here. I did not know where I was going, or even had a purpose for the matter, but I simply allowed my body to guide me forward. And it did, my legs - feeling reinvigorated by my many days of rest - leading me into a docks of sorts; at least, that was what I assumed when I finally arrived.

It was a perfect location in every single way: the ships that remained here all kept to the sides of the water whilst lightning in the sky, bright and profound as it was, gleamed across the surface of the bank of water. Awestruck, I conjured forth a seat upon the dock's base - my mind reeling in thoughts as I wearily gazed at the beautiful sight. I was in such a lethargic state of mind that I hadn't even noticed another behind me; was the lightning really that distracting? No, even with all the distractions in the world I would have at least registered the presence of another - strangely, however, whoever this person was seemed to evade my senses completely.

"I'm going to have to ask you to leave stranger. This area isn't somewhere to dwindle."
"So what are you doing here?"

I snapped, my head cocking to the side as my body adjusted to turn and face whoever had spoken. It did not take long for them to adjust and lock onto his far body, my demeanor doing nothing to show I even remotely cared what he had to say. Frankly, he seemed like an annoying pest - a nagging, insistent pest.

"Go away. You'll ruin the show."

In the criteria set aside for this mission, my job was to peacefully handle any scum that incorrectly remained in one of the aforementioned areas. Yet now I met resistance from what I could only make out to be some vagabond.

"I'm the authority." I proclaimed sternly. My eyes and face were at rest on his frame. Through such cockiness I could only assume that this man was a ninja just as I. In comparison to myself, this man was of shorter stature. There wasn't anything else that I was warranted to say since the fact that I was here under Kumogakure business granted me the right to claim this territory. "Quite frankly, you're trespassing upon land that is owned by Kumogakure. I have no qualms with you, but if you don't leave I'll be forced to make you too." I simply stated, my intentions clear through direct speech. I hoped that this stranger wouldn't be some sort of troublemaker. But per usual, I had managed to run into more stupidity than a regular person. Still, I didn't fret when worse came to worse. For my style was perfected on "pushing" others until they simply had no other course but to shove me back.

I stepped forward a few steps in a arguably violent manner and the distance between us minimized to a mere ten meters. If force is what he wanted to impose, then the best way to make him understand was through pure demonstration.

"Final warning stranger." I rashly responded while reaching into my garments and extracting three smoke bombs. "I'll even count to ten." So with that said I'd drop smoke bombs to the left, right, and in front of me. I counted down audibly so my origin was never truly a secret as I stepped forward in the midst of this black haze. It was almost as if I dared him to attack me with my sight completely extinguished.

Cockiness and confidence were two completely different things. I wasn't foolish enough to walk around bolstering my power, I was quite simply just confident that even if the man decided to attack me, he'd die. There was not a shred of doubt of this within me, even as he stood there threatening me. He was a fool because of that and many other reasons: For one, probably the biggest demonstration of his idiocy, was his ignorance and blatant rudeness. Secondly, which was just as bad if not worse than the first, was him stepping forward with such brazenness - had I been a man with little patience he'd be on the ground dead by now.

However, I wasn't one to kill without giving my prey the right to defend themselves, and that - and only that - was the only thing keeping him breathing. "Kumogakure you say? I had no idea it was this close." I answered, my voice reduced into the nothingness of a coo. Though I had no intention in obliging to his commands, my body turned back towards the lake - my eyes, though naked in a sense, lighting up at the sudden flash of lightning. It was the last of many, and with it fading into the sky I no longer had a reason to remain in this location. "You act like 'forcing me' is actually remotely possible."

I'd lean forward with that, the movement of my hands - which had rested infront of me on my lap - coming together and forming simple seals obscured by my entire body as I got up. I did it quickly and with utmost haste, my paranoia heightening my attentiveness over the man whilst I did so. It was enough, even without my Sharingan and his own countdown, for me to know where exactly he was through his smoke creation. "Fool." With but a single swipe in the air lightning ignited from my finger tips, lingering before my body in the shape of four different bows - all poised and acting like a barrier of sorts.

Without another word I turned back around, my hand's finding rest inside the pockets of my jeans as I leaped forward off the docks. As this was done each of my bows were shot; the first, built for power and not distance, aiming to pierce him directly in the chest. The second and third were both shot and aimed a couple feet to each of the man's sides, whilst the forth, remaining back for a split second after all it's counter parts were shot off, shot off into the air above the cloud of smoke.

The likelihood of him surviving that were slim, so I found myself walking away upon the surface of the water. Even with such I remained on point - I couldn't afford to be caught off guard again, y'know?

Was it not clear that the obstacles of the land weren't able to block my vision? My godlike eyes were simply omnipotent in this realm and saw all life - existent and non-existent. This smokescreen and countdown was nothing but a bait that I openly released in front of the shinobi. It surprised me that he didn't heed any of the warnings or the signs that I didn't care to conceal. Yet again, a vagabond was only a vagabond. So for reasons of that quality and the such, I didn't fear anything. So even in this fog, I could clearly see through my opponent who remained stationary. Even while sitting down I could see the fine points of chakra that aligned his body.

"You act like 'forcing me' is actually remotely possible."

How much more egotistical could he get? First impressions obviously weren't a concentration in his character. My lips softly continued to warn him, the numbers decreasing and the chance of consequence increasing. I had hoped he heeded my earlier warnings in a sign of good faith. But like a newborn, he couldn't fathom that which he decided to face.

I'd lean forward with that, the movement of my hands - which had rested in front of me on my lap - coming together and forming simple seals obscured by my entire body as I got up.

It was on the primary sign of hostility I'd begin to act. And the sign of the hostility wasn't his ascension. But before that as he sat with his digits in between his legs! As soon as his fingertips connected and chakra brewed, traces of sparkling yellow would invade my view and dance amongst his body.

'You're in my range..'

I counted down audibly so my origin was never truly a secret as I stepped forward in the midst of this black haze.

That was my only thought as I decided to take action, the step from earlier towards him had narrowed us down to 9 relevant meters. My tactics were strategic and foolproof while his was surrounded by a cockiness and air of mysteriousness. There was no need for either in battle and unless he had something to truly sense me he was at a major lost. After all, this territory was my grounds. So during his early moments of seals and rise, my body would move in the designated ying yang area that I only saw.

Silent. Swift. Deadly. That was how everything would follow.

For him he would believe I was between counting the numbers nine and eight. But that was all I needed as I nearly instantaneously closed the distance between him and I in order to completely shred his tenketsu to the core as he rose to his apex without paying attention to me. Unlike a shinobi's flicker I could move and attack all at once and I did so, every movement and strike from my frame nearly rivaling the speed of a shunshin. Every blow that connected by me from the beginning would result in a temporary paralysis if such connected.

The man had depended on his cunning nature far too long to outwit his lesser opponents. There was a reason why you should never show another man your back and meander on lands that weren't your own. Best believe that he would know that when it came to me, he would surely look me in the eye in the future. My attacks would flow like the wind, exactly the thing he failed to manipulate amongst his peers.

Wrong. Though it merely appeared that I wasn't paying attention to happen, much like it appeared I was being overly confident and distracted, that was far - quite far from the truth. Did he really believe that I would let him leave my mind after he had already evaded my scope of attention? This air of confidence and 'mysteriousness' was nothing but a ruse; I had never, in the span of seconds since he had arrived, let my attentiveness over him falter past the point of paranoia. They were so heightened in fact, even as I leaned forward and completed seals, that I could very well hear every little thing around me - him, especially.

This didn't change as I had to turn my body to get up; the sound of his body moving upon the wooden dock, though near instantaneous, arriving far faster than he'd be able to move. I had assumed, since he had gotten so close to me early without me noticing, that he was gifted - far more gifted in fact, than any of my recent opponents. I did not know necessarily how, or even perhaps what, granted him such prowess, but I surely wasn't going to stick around (At least not here) for him to demonstrate it. Shit! I had to act quick.

I didn't even have time to analyze the situation before I acted, the only thing alerting me of potential danger being my ears; my eyes, not even having a moment to activate my sharingan, unable to see if he was indeed moving or if my mind was playing tricks on me. Without thinking I pushed my body backwards, using my hands, which had been placed upon the ground whilst I turned to get up, as well as my feet to push me back into the air and off the deck. It was the only thing that I could do during the brief moment in which I was getting up, the movement manifesting on behalf of my gut - better safe than sorry, y'know?

Still, though, without even letting another second drag on with me being essentially blind, my eyes would effortlessly manifest my most lethal weapon in my arsenal. Even whilst this all occurred I would remove and leave a single exploding tag within the air, its descent downwards due to gravity and it's paper-like substance only coming once my body hit the water below me. Likewise to my very very narrow escape, I did not have enough time to prepare myself chakra-wise so as soon as I hit the water I fell below it's surface. That didn't derail my intentions however, for even as I made contact with the water an explosion would be left in my place.

As for me? I'd continue to swim lower and farther away from the docks, my ample experience when it came to holding my breath for different reasons allowing me to stay under water for a good couple of minutes.

It seemed as if my opponent was smarter than he gave himself off to actually be. Using his ears he had heard my advanced movement and was prepared in an awfully raw fashion. As soon as I arrived directly at his back he had forced himself to leap.

'Tsk.'

Even now he still was in a range of the green circular flow as we were currently directly above the yin-yang symbol. And fortunately since I couldn't reach him for an attack, I had still conserved a large amount of chakra that I would have released from bursting his tenketsu. Still, justice was in order as he was in midair and I wasted no moment left open for me. The chakra that I had planned to use for my burst attack had been converted to a single palm and extended from my body. Yet in a timely throw it would be sent directly at the back of my opponent, aimed directly at his tenkentsu as he was going into the water. If connected and most likely it would, then I had nothing to truly worry about since his whole body would become paralyzed from the blow. I would be able to take my sweet time in procuring him and taking him back to wherever I deemed fit.

And no, I didn't ignore the piece of ivory parchment that he had left. Didn't I say that my eye sight was omnipotent? I merely pushed off the dock effectively shunpoing past the surface and down into the water below. Perfection was simply what I aimed to achieve.

It was but the only thing I could muster to fully express what was about to happen. I was far too slow and far to vulnerable in the air than I liked, even if I could essentially foresee the man's movement. It had become evident after careful inspection that the man that had attacked me was one gifted with eyes like my own; though he was from a different clan, Hyuuga from what I could see, he still wielded power equivalent - if not greater - than my own. As a result, I took his assault through the use of his pressurized chaka completely; my body, after being immobile mid air, thrown backwards almost five meters.

By the time I hit the water I no longer had control of any functiion except breathing, the effects of what I assumed was the fabled art of Jyuuken taking hold over my body instantaneously. It was because of this that I would continue to submerge into the depths of the water, my mind unable to properly find the will power to fight against the paralysis as my weapons weighed me down considerably.

Fuck.

It was only a matter of time before I'd completely drown, the only question was when.

My eyesight registered the paralyzed state of my opponent - a victim of what I assumed was an misunderstanding. I never once questioned my technique and approach towards him. And according to those laws, there was simply no doubt that I would emerge the victor in this skirmish. My arms and feet moved valiantly in the water. Could I really let him die ? The truth of this was probably but for now I was feeling merciful towards the soul that initially wanted to attack me. Maybe he was right in the way that he viewed the lightning? Or at least in comparison to his own individuality. Just a moment and glimpse of pure energy, before disappearing to be seen again in a amount of time that could never be predicted. Or maybe it served as a better analogy to myself and my hakke?

Nonetheless, I wouldn't let such a miserable death be the one that the reaper would find himself grinning about. So with a single swoop of my right arm, I'd clutch the youth towards my side. He wasn't too heavy for someone like myself so the task was easy in his own right. So urgently I swam towards the apex of this vast ocean before I lifted his head out of the water primarily so he could breath. Movement would be incapable for him until I took him back to Kumogakure or if I decided to take him anywhere. The only thing he had that was worth anything was his mouth but there was no telling what he would say.

"You have a pretty good reaction time trespasser." I complimented as I heaved him above me and onto the pier that we had first engaged on. Moments later I would manage to climb out of the water as I looked at him laying directly on his back in the position I had placed him. Even though he couldn't turn his head, he would surely be able to see me if he moved his crimson eyes in my direction. But this time I had taken his originally positioned as I sat at the edge of the pier completely drenched. My hands would reach inside of my attire to take out a sack that now retained a soggy sandwich. It was once my lunch but it had been ruined by this reckless vagabond. "Ugh. You just had to fuck up my lunch." I commented before throwing the sandwich Areru made me out at sea. I was pretty much taking a break before I would have to blindfold and haul this stranger to the village.

"I didn't expect you to last past my initial attack stranger. You're reaction time is pretty quick like I said. What village do you hail from shinobi?" I questioned without even looking at him. My voice would be enough for him and all that he would receive, especially after making me ruin my lunch like that. I definitely had a interesting dinner story to tell Areru when I got home.

I couldn't lie, this paralysis was strongest than I initially believed. It not only rendered my ability to manifest any sort of ninjutsu moot, but it also completely removed my innate control over my body. I was essentially defenseless as a result, unable to even contemplate a way out of such a predicament. It was as a result from that that I did not appeal him grabbing my body from the water, allowing him - as if I had a choice in the matter - to bring me to the surface, and then even upon the dock I had resided upon earlier. I still couldn't move at this point, so I just remained there - my face washed off any emotion that would normally accompany a person in such a position.

"Yeah, and you're a liar." I'd retort, spitting any excess water remaining within my chest out of my mouth. Fortunately for me, though he eliminated any possibility of escaping, I could still very well move my mouth. "Pretty quick despite being attacked from behind, yes." I'd add, my eyes seeking his body as my head couldn't move to do such. Because of my chakra no longer circulating through my body, my sharingan eyes had long since departed - who knows what he would do if he knew I had such a power.

"I don't belong to any village. I'm exactly how I appear to be, a simple wanderer with a fascination for lightning. I wasn't aware that being such was a criminal act."

Where was a medic when you needed one?

The sour attitude of my opponent could be felt through the tension in his dialogue. I really didn't care but I found his constant thrashing quite amusing to behold. Even when he was fully restricted, he still managed to find ample reason to use his tongue. I shrugged his claims off, not really bothered by being called a liar. "I guess. I wasn't the one trying to be sneaky with handseals too." I mentioned remembering the taint of raiton that pulsed from his chakra system earlier.

The short but heavily fueled fight was an excellent work out for myself. I hadn't found myself chasing and attacking after an opponent like that in a while. And even though the battle had been complete, the loser did seem sore about my speed from the rear. It was equivalent to the whining of a baby. There was nothing about fighting that was fair. In the end there was only thing that mattered - survival. And I definitely couldn't die this early in my life. I hadn't found the ryo to attain the vaccination for Areru.

"Sorry. I forgot I was supposed to be a samurai." I replied sarcastically, yet my emotions really wouldn't show on my face as I looked at the sea. "We have medics in Kumo so I'll take you there in a bit to heal up. Of course I'll blindfold you unless you want me to knock you out." I gave him a brief moment to decide between the two of which he would like before reclining back a bit, my arms keeping me up.

"What's your name anyway?" And I'd reach over to feel him up. No homo. Because in the end, I would pull out a world map that was still readable with locations that even I didn't possess on my own map. I'd mark it before putting his map back in his articles and returning my own inside of my clothing.

Kaminari no kuni was truly a beautiful country, and watching as the waves pushed up against the earth, even at the edge of the place I could still say that I was pleased with what I saw. I’d never really been one to look out for any beauty except for my own of course, which, although the land was pretty, could never be better than my own perfect features, but I was enjoying my stay here, however my travels would soon seem to be halted somewhat as I’d come across some trouble nearby- Two males, both surely around the same age, although both were very different in appearance. However, it wasn’t what they looked like that bothered me, but exactly what they were doing. Watching as the silver haired one seemed to be speaking to the other, as I drew closer I’d come to notice that he was lying down, almost in pain- No, pain wouldn’t be the right word- I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it, really, but, as the other leaned over and began to touch him-

"What's your name anyway?" And I'd reach over to feel him up. No homo.

”-I don’t know what kind of gay antics you two have been doing, but why the fuck is he on the floor like that?”

I wasn’t impressed with what I was seeing, at all. Of course I didn’t mean what I’d said, I was sure that there was another reason why he was currently splayed on the floor as he was, and that was what I was trying to get to. With my arms crossed I’d stand a total of fifteen or so meters away from them- Whatever they were doing it sure did look shady, and although my curiosity have obviously gotten the better of me, I didn’t want to have walked in on some fight without fully knowing the potential that these two people had. Awaiting for a response, I’d look from one to the other, although surely, my eyes couldn’t meet with the one on the floor due to obvious reasons, but I was hoping that it felt as if I was staring at him. With my aura bursting with authority, I’d keep waiting, my foot beginning to tap on the floor due to impatience.

”..Well?! I don't have all day you know.”

I’d demand this with an angrier tone than before, but I wasn’t really.. all that angry, it was just how it came out which surely suggested so and to say the least they had a lot of explaining to do, so really, I wasn’t the one in the wrong. If anything they should be glad that I was coming across them, or if my first guesses were correct and the silver-haired male had attempted to drown the other or something along those lines, I’m sure for a good amount of Ryo I’d be able to help the other out- And yet from the past surveillance that I had done upon the two before fully approaching, they seemed to be talking not rationally but- not shouting at each other at least. It was a strange situation really, and although I wanted to be somewhere else at the moment and the furthest away from these douchebags that I could possibly get, at least this was somewhat entertaining- Or at least it gave me something to do and look at for the next few minutes that wasn’t the surrounding environment.

But I’d understand if they took their time in responding. I’d spoken to many a man in the past only to have them distracted somewhat by my stunning appearance- With blonde, curled hair that reached the middle of my back, baby blue eyes alike those of angels and a figure to boot, I was the woman of everyone’s dreams, but unfortunately for them they had managed to take a look at my fiery temper, which although off putting to some, was downright sexy to others, so I couldn’t really wonder what their response would be, but with my arms then dropping so that my left hand rested on my left hip, the other left hanging down, I’d keep waiting for their response, my gaze, although slightly menacing, was beautifully situated upon the both of them. How lucky they were to come across me.

I admitted, weary of the fact that the only way he could have remotely known such a fact was through his eyes. Much like my own, they seemed to grant him the ability to see chakra, albeit, in far more detail than my sharingan. I did not know much about Hyuugas, for there were only a scarce number of them in Sunagakure, but they were still quite feared equally to my own innate clan - had I known he was one I would have got about things completely different.
