But what of the exams? She hoped that she had made it in to the list of Chuunin for Kaminari no kuni because she was the last one in her family to get the title of Chuunin- The rest of her brothers had already even attained the title of Jounin, although the majority were Chuunin- Finally she could rise up and show them that she wasn’t just their little sister, she was respectable enough to be called Chuunin- She was sure her dad would be proud of her, and her brothers, but- with this new title, what would come to her in life? A lot of changes were surely in store for her.
So, her torso and head hidden beneath the hooded cape that she wore, her black hair was safely tucked in to the fabric to get away from the bitter frost that stung whatever skin was visible to the cold. The deep red of her cloak of course slowly became riddled with small flakes, but the radiating heat from her lithe body managed to melt them a few minutes after they had landed. With eyes cautiously looking around at the snow and at where she was going, she’d be careful not to trip over any upcoming trees or bushes that might be hidden in the snow and potentially cause her to trip up or fall- It would only hinder her journey, and when she needed to get home to see her family, she coming back with a broken arm or leg would surely need some explaining to do.
However- Her journey would continue undisturbed as the weather generally got better, the snow giving way to the bleak, grey sky that her homeland was known for. Storms running rampant in this land, it was her favourite kind of weather, so she was quite glad to have been born to Kumogakure rather than any other village available. Eyes meeting with tall, rocky peaks in the distance, she knew she was almost home, although the weather was still a bit chilly, biting away at her revealed flesh- Shaking her head, her running would hopefully warm her up on the way- And as the region slowly began to get mountainous, she knew she was on the right track- It wouldn’t be long now until she’d reach Kaminari no kuni, and she could see her family once more.
MOVE TO KAMINARI NO KUNI!
