BLESSINGS FROM AN ANCIENT LIGHTNING!
♔ Training with the Raikage
This is the place he had chosen for them to see it. Looking ahead his vision would be encapsulated with the landscape the Raikage had chosen for his shinobi to train under the Blessing of the Blot. Upon the rocky mountain side, within the walls of Kumogakure, resided an area only known to few. The path that Eiichiro walked led him to this area, a discrete highland location which had a view over the village. Nearly seventy meters in total the highland section of the rocky pass was mainly flat with small grasses and pine trees littering the edges closest to the mountain. This elevated mountainous plateau would serve as their training grounds, with shelter from the sweeping cold winds and a clear view of the sky above. It was a microcosm of Kaminari's beauty.
Each step he took could clearly be heard as the area was as silent as a pin-drop, only the slight 'patter' of rain would be heard. Oh, and of course, the occasional roaring of thunder and lightning in the sky above. As Eiichiro looked up for the light drizzle to meet his face - he would see deep grey clouds dominating the sky above fueling the loud rumbles and crackles. Seems as though Raijin will be present for today's proceedings.. Eiichiro reflected as he made his way to the clearing. Heavy over his shoulder and bound by a thick leather strap was a large scroll. Not apart of his usual attire, it was where the sealed blessing was kept. Taken from the treasury a restricted area exclusively to the Raikage, it would be the first time the scroll had seen the daylight in years. Heavily protected, it was only allowed to be in the care of the Raikage himself if it ever is to leave.
He had been here before, shown personally by the Nidaime Raikage Atlas-sama. He had always treasured this location for his beauty and close proximity to the clear sky. He had asked his assistant to send letters giving directions which would lead the two shinobi to meet him here. Continuing forward, he would pull the large (s-rank sized) scroll off of his shoulder resting it against the cold stone of a well which dwelled underneath the pine trees closest to the mountain. Raijin, the God of Thunder and Lightning, would be present for the awakening of the tome. Its omni-present power evident in the sky above as the clouds in the sky constantly swirled and moved. He would patiently wait for his guests to arrive as he began to pull up a wooden bucket on a pulley system. Cupping water in his hands he would drink before splashing his face with water.
As times darken in the world Kumo has to be ready for its bolt to brighten the road and lead a way..
