Just as the sun managed to rise up over the northern mountains, Seigen had already freshened himself up and paid the missions archive a little visit to confirm his assignment on paper. Sitting on the set of stairs that led up to the compounds main entrance while reading over the details and information provided on the scroll itself, his blood began to boil after reading and accepting what he must do in order to complete said mission. Apparently, small traces of drug trafficking had been located back in Kumogakure's ghetto, at least the livelier side of the ghetto.

While the substances were considered as 'soft-core' on paper, Seigen didn't care about those details, all he knew was that he needed to stop and wipe out the illegal drug influence within that area. Adults dealing do other adults hadn't seemed so bad, but adults willingly dealing to minor's knowing they'd be naive enough to actually try and eventually get addicted was easily unforgivable.

"I'm gonna find these guys and give'em hell for what they're doing, how could they even do something like this!"

After rolling the scroll back up and sticking it into his satchel, Sei ran his fingers on the scar across the bridge of his nose, acting to be his own personal gesture that he used to indicate his seriousness. Grinning menacingly, he lifted his body off the stairs and stood up properly, eager to go deal with Kumogakure's drug dealer's.

Tightening the Kumogakure headband around his waist as well as the bandages that were wrapped about his arms, he leapt off the stairs in an up-forward manner. In a single bound, he carried himself up to the roof of a building where he landed in a skillful crouch.

Looking off into the distance in the direction of his destination, a quick tense and push from both legs sent him zooming across the roof where he jump from its edge towards the roof of a paralleled building. Landing in a slight tumble, he managed to maintain his momentum and continued to skip across the columns of rooftops, cutting the it took to actually reach the district in half.

"Almost there, Just a little further! I'm gonna find this guy and make him pay, he won't even see it coming. "

With his desire to bring justice festering with each fleeting second, Seigen's overall pace seemed to triple as he began to cover twice as much ground in extraordinarily short amounts of time. After several minutes of high speed travel, Seigen finally reached his destination, and once he had, he knew that the only thing left to complete the mission was to search for and eliminate the targeted dealer.

Perched at the very edge of a building with one leg hanging off, Seigen's eyes eased themselves upon one person to the next, looking through passing crowds as well as the aforementioned corner where the alleged drugs were being sold to minors. Thus far, the corner turned out to be empty, not even a single person stood within the area.

Everyone just marched on down the street from both directions, almost as if they were overly busy, more than usual in fact. It seemed almost suspicious. Suddenly, the rush of people seemed to have dampened as several people began to break away into their own direction, some stood at the corner for a handful of seconds before leave.

Those that did stop were nothing but adults and after an hour or so of observing the area, Seigen failed to pinpoint a minor, at least one that stopped even for a moment to approach the corner. Before long Seigen began to suspect that he'd been missing some key detail in his investigation, however, something reassured his seemingly empty observation.

A minor stepped towards and approached the corner, standing in the exact same position and walked off only a few seconds later. As far as he could've initially told, none of their movements indicated anything suspicious, at least not with the eyes that were being used currently.

"I wonder. . . ."

Maybe if I use my other eyes, I might be able to catch certain things I otherwise couldn't see.

Usually reluctant to activate his secondary pair of eyes due to the stories he's heard regarding their power as well as their wielders, Seigen personally made sure that he only used or revealed his true ability when the time to use them actually occurred. Unfortunately, in order for him to inch closer to completing the mission at hand, he needed to momentarily rely on his eyes. Using his lids to shield his eyes, he took a moment to gather and swell a bit of chakra to his eyes and re-opened them thereafter.

Traces of red spilled into his eyes as the irises themselves spun rapidly, leaving a single back bullet deep within both eyes. Looking back down towards the crowd and the corner with an increased sense of clarity, he waited until the next person approached and stood at the corner, and once he did, he found the evidence he'd been looking for.

"There!"

Knowing that he found what he'd been looking for for the past hour, it'd been time to take action and alleviate the drug problems within the area. Lifting himself up upon the ledge with both legs he watched as a child slid money into a hidden slot into the corners wall, something he failed to notice with his previous set of eyes. Additionally, in that same reaching motion, Seigen noticed he removed something from the slot itself.

"Those must be the drugs in his bawled up hand. It wasn't like that when he first walked up to it."

"I want to stop that kid from using those drugs, but if I go down there too early the dealer might notice I'm on to him and escape. I can't afford that. "

Biting the nail of his thumb as he contemplated on the best course of actions available to him at that time, he soon realized what he must do. Patience had always been a virtue despite it being -quite literally- Seigen's weakest attribute as both a human being and a shinobi. Nevertheless, Seigen managed to just sit there quietly and patiently just barely over two hours before the suspected culprit, approached the corner. Dressed in a hooded cloth, he picked up the money left from the minor and eventually eased himself back into the moving crowds of people - clever.

Fortunately, Seigen had the proper skill needed to locate and keep up with his movement which only made it significantly easier for him to tail and follow him back to his hideout where it'd all end. Staying above high ground and using the near connected columns of rooftops to his advantage, Chae trailed the man as he sifted through streets and buildings alike in an organized fashion. Judging from the patterns, the man knew what he was doing, at least when suspecting of being followed in flat ground.

Nevertheless, he eventually stopped in a back alley where he approached a black, metal door. He went to reach for his key, however, by the time he hand, a flying knee suddenly collided with the side of his head. Kissing the floor, Seigen managed to lock his hand behind his back with masterfully tied knots. Striking the back of his neck with a simple chop using ample force to render him unconscious, the mission turned out to be a complete success.

"Hope you didn't think you'd actually get away did you?!"
