Wonderful spring days [NDE, open].

"Aaah...it's FINALLY spring holiday!" muttered the female as she left the house. The sun was shining for once while the temperature was quite good. Yukiko was dressed in a purple cardigan paired with a brown skirt. Her legs were bare while her legs were in a pair of cute brown sandals with some sparkly stones. Despite being a winter child, she did not hate the warmer seasons.

'Maybe I'll jump from roof to roof to get there faster. Nah...I'll just get to the park in a non-shinobi way for once' thought the young woman. She passed a number of people in all agegroups on her way.
'Looks like I'm not the only one who's going to the park. I just hope it's not too crowded' pondered the Chuunin.

But her hope was ripped apart when she reached the green lung of Kumogakure no Sato. There was quite a lot of people in the park to say at the least. A sigh escaped her lips while she looked for some space.
Crystal blue eyes widened when they saw an open area around the pond. She weaved between the people there in order to get there.

'Wonder why there aren't that many people here. Oh well, at least I can feed the ducks without being pushed into the water' wondered the female with a small smile. She took out some old bread and started to rip it apart.
"Come here birdies!" cooed the brunette as she threw the breadcrumbs into the water. The ducks swam towards her as fast as they could.

'OH NO. I forgot the swans' thought the young woman as she saw the large white birds enter the water. She had a dislike for swans ever since they chased after her.
The fact that Yukiko was only 5 years old at that time did not make things better. 'I just hope they stay out of my reach...I hate it when they come too close' thought the female as she sat down on her knees in the soft grass.

A sleek pair of high top sneakers would slug lazily across what little stone there was in this portion of Kumogakure no Sato. Nodding his head to an imaginary beat, more than likely a song he had heard earlier in the day, Ibaru would stuff his hands into his pants pockets. With his hood covering the top of his head, and his zipper being pulled all the way to his chin, he had the clear disposition of a hoodlum, and loved it. The thick rope chain that was usually found around his neck was present as well. Hanging from the inside of the hood to half way down his chest, he was still covering his tracks with a simple stride that would go to show just how leisurely he was taking himself. The chain would hardly move, and his pants would fight to stay up, considering he was sagging them as most Kumogakure slum youth did.

It was obvious that this wasn't his usual haunt. The lack of debauchery, filth and hopelessness was clear, but what really made him a bit uncomfortable was the number of smiling faces. Sure, he was prone to a few grins him self, but to see things like- women feeding birds in their free time was almost shocking. However, despite her abnormality, she was still a young woman, who was clearly wasting her time. As he would stride across the stone pathway towards her, he would bump up against a small crowd of people, apathetic as to who's shoulders were thrown back with each of his steps. His attention was too focused on her: this short, brown haired girl with no name or intention thus yet.

"Aye, whatchu doin'?" He would ask her as he crept up behind her, inquisitive and demanding with his plea for an answer.

Pointing towards the pond, it was clear that he was almost annoyed by the amount difference that this portion of the village lived as compared to the portion that he lived in for so long. It wasn't a jealousy of their privilege, or anything to that effect, but instead simply because they did things like 'feeding ducks'

Steps could be heard from behind, so the female turned around. Her eyes spotted a guy who appeared to be at the same age as herself. The first word that came to Yukiko's mind when she saw him was 'wildman'.
Her reason for that was his tall, lanky body, long black hair plus bright red eyes that she had only seen once. 'Is he a sharingan user?' thought the young woman as she looked closer.

No...he did not have the black dots that Asa had when he used his sharingan during that bar fight those years ago. "Aye, whatchu doin'?" inquired the brunette. "Ehm, just feeding the ducks" replied the Chuunin with a small laugh. She was a little nervous despite the fact that she was a capable shinobi.

'Wonder what he wants. Does he know me from somewhere?' pondered the female as she tried to remember where she had seen him. But after scanning her memories, she could not remember seeing this man.
'He better not be after me. I'll freeze his a$$ off if he tries to kidnap me...which is kind of stupid since there are so many people here' thought the brunette.

It would seem like an eternity that this young man would look at her. Staring, unashamed and unfaltering. However, after a long while, it would become obvious that there was nothing that this girl could give him. Giving her a nonchalant shrug, he would turn on his heel, and raise his hands into the air.

"Well have fun then..." He would say, completely bored by her answer, before sauntering off the same way that he had approached her.

"Well have fun then..." replied the guy as he turned on his heel. The female just scoffed slightly as she saw him walk off. 'Hm, what a sour person. Oh well' thought Yukiko as she turned her attention back to the ducks. She then saw her friends arrive and decided to go with them instead.
