description; A while ago during Kumogakure birthing stages a man once made a bet with a Jounin. The man bet the Jounin that the shinobi’s current students couldn’t climb Mountain Gekitsuu. Mountain Gekitsuu is the highest mountain within’ Kumogakure no Sato and is rumored to be the started point for the famous Kumogakure no Sato village. Anyway, the Jounin accepted the mans bet because the shinobi had insurmountable faith in his Genin. Long story short the Genin climbed the mountain and returned. The Jounin won the bet and all was well. Now it’s your turn to climb Mountain Gekitsuu, and prove to Kumogakure that you aren’t just some shinobi. You’re a Kumogakure no Sato shinobi.

The adventurous side of me caused me to take up this mission and complete it with ease. I enjoyed these kinds of missions, they were different, strayed from the usual having to babysit little kids or picking up the trash around the village. For the intended mission I chose a specific attire to keep myself from harming my body, I adorned a long sleeved shirt with a vest which had the kumogakure's village symbol pinned to it. Next I had a pair of long black pants and a pair of black mountain boots to help me with the climb, however I probably wouldn't need these shoes all that much; chakra would help me climb the mountain instead.

I had a handy book bag with supplies for my ascent up the mountain, it was filled with food that wouldn't spoil and a first aid kit in case something happened that he wasn't ready for; like a rock slide for instance. However I'd need something far more than a first aid kit to help if I got hit by a rock slide. For some reason this entire day, mission and all felt like a coming to age ceremony, most Kumogakure Shinobi who climb the mountain for the first time only get recognized after they ascended Mount. Gekitsuu. I was pretty excited because this mission was going to be way different than chasing after some damn mongrel.

I'd set out as soon as I got myself fixed up and ready for the mission, gathering anything and everything I thought I would need including my weapons because I knew if something happened I would need to be ready to protect myself at all times. I'd leave my house and continue walking towards the gates of my village, the mountain laid a few miles from the outside of the gates and I was ready for the challenge. I heard different opinions from different people, varying from it was hard to it was easy, I didn't know what it was going to be until I finally experienced the climb for myself.

I merrily walked down the road leading to the gates, I greeted the familiar people that I saw day by day and even met some new people along the way. I didn't know why but all the people in Kumogakure no Sato were far too friendly and I enjoyed it so much, I'd rather have a bunch of happy go lucky people than some gloomy shitheads who waste time complaining about life. Regardless, talking with the same people and having enjoyable conversations made me happier and hyped up my mood. Nodding to the guards and showing them the mission scroll they smiled happily and let me through the heavily guarded gates.

Now that I was on the outside I had to be careful, Kumogakure wasn't here to help me now I was on my own so to speak. There were many dangers that lurked in Kaminari no Kuni, dangers like wild animals far more powerful than the wild dog that I found and capture myself earlier this week. I had to be on guard as I could be attacked at any moment by a wild tiger, or something far more dangerous, yet unknown to human existence. However I wasn't too worried about my own well-being since I was well versed in the arts of combat I wasn't really too scared.

Continuing to follow the dirt road that would lead me to Mount. Gekitsuu I started to move faster than before just to see the beautiful spectacle that was the biggest mountain in all of Kaminari no Kuni. It didn't take long for me to reach the beginning of the mountain and as I stood before it I was amazed, this was the first time I've ever seen it and it was huge and to think that I was about to climb to the top; I couldn't wait. The very thought of standing atop of the mountain and looking out towards the horizon just excited me. I couldn't wait to start this climb!

Standing in front of the mountain I took a deep breath and held it in before letting it out and enjoying myself before beginning the climb. Letting the chakra flow towards the soles of my feet I began to take my first steps onto the mountain, I utilized the chakra to keep me from falling just in case I might slip during the climb. Step by step I climbed the rugged surface of the mountain, the strain on my body wasn't too bad... yet. I wasn't rushing the climb so I took my time so I wouldn't run out of stamina and have to stop and sit down to rest. Every step I took I enjoyed, my head panning left and right the entire trip up seeing the different views and animals from here.

Who would have thought Kumogakure had something this beautiful, guess not too many people liked to climb mountains all that much. Well they were truly missing out on a amazing experience, the view was amazing and I wasn't even close to the top of the mountain yet I had miles to go. When I snapped back to reality I realized I haven't moved from the same spot I was in for about two minutes, the view just captivated me. Shaking my head I began to move forward I wanted to complete this mission as fast as I possibly could.

"Let's not waste time now..."

I said while I began moving up the mountain again, once I got to the top I'd be finished with my mission. From there on I'd probably just rush back down running and hoping I don't trip over some dumb rock sticking out of the mountain like a retard.

After two hours of climbing up the mountain I was starting to feel a bit tired and the weight from my book bag wasn't helping. So the next flat surface I arrived at I plopped myself on a suitable rock and opened up my book bag reaching in for the food that was inside. Inside was two sandwiches and four water bottles, taking the two sandwiches out along with one water bottle I zipped up the book bag and laid it on the floor aside from me. Taking a big bite out of my sandwich I savored the taste of the sandwich and chewed it slowly to enjoy the food I had packed myself.

After finishing the first sandwich I heard some type of footsteps coming my way, at this point I was unwrapping my second sandwich ignoring the noise coming my way. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed a large tiger who looked like he meant business, slowly but surely I threw the sandwich near him and grabbed my book bag by it's bands and ran up the rugged surface with the help of my chakra fueled feet. I was overwhelmed with happiness when the tiger attempted to climb the rocky surface but did not possess chakra to help itself climb towards me.

Now that I know my journey was going to be accompanied by tigers and other wild dangerous animals I had to be more careful than I was currently being. Regardless I'd continue my ascent at a far faster pace than I was currently moving at, I couldn't afford to waste anymore time as I was more then halfway there already.

Another hour spent and I was finally at the top of the mountain, or close enough anyway. I could see the peak and I was ready to tag my name on that bitch so she knows it's real! Climbing up the last few steps I stood atop the beautiful mountain and stood there like a proud man, just like the first astronaut stood atop of the moon for the first time. The first thing that came to my mind to do was scream at the top of my lungs, regardless if anyone could hear me I didn't care. I rose my arms towards the heavens and screamed so loud I thought Zeus of the heavens could hear me.

After a bunch of jumping around, screaming and having fun I was done. All the excitement was gone and all that had to come was to relax for a little bit and sit down attempting to breathe in the thin air that my body wasn't used to. Taking out a bottle of water from my book bag I chugged it down while enjoying the view that was granted from completing the mission. If it was up to me the view itself would be reward enough but hey, who didn't like extra money for hard work? Even though climbing a mountain wasn't really my idea of hard work.

I was done with my mission and could finally go home, however I had one more thing that I felt the need to accomplish before I left this mountain. Unzipping my pants and taking out my fella I began to piss down the mountain, sure the breeze wasn't pleasant but who could go home and say they pissed off the peak of a mountain? I CAN. When I was finished I'd begin my descent down at a fast pace attempting to reach home before the sun set.

Since I was running full speed down the mountain, I made it back to the village in half the amount of time it took me to climb up. In an hour and a half I was in front of the village gates reporting to the guards who protected anyone harmful from entering. I'd now proceed towards the village tower and get both of my missions checked by the Raikage.
