Rank: B
Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / Kinjutsu
Range: Self
Chakra: High
Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. Please remember that regardless of the amount of clones made, the chakra is still divided evenly amongst all bodies. However, when a clone is defeated or chooses to disappear, whatever remaining chakra within their bodies, as well as their knowledge, returns to the user. The only exception is 'Bunshin Bakuha', which sacrifices the chakra return for a grand explosion.
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
Domain: Kage Bunshin.

The training ground: an empty park filled with boulders and trees. It was here where the Akegarasu would position himself in the center of a glass clearing, turning on his sensory vision to see if he was alone here or not. So far, it all seemed well. No one in sight for a fifty meter radius- only the birds and the bees. Satisfied with his assessment, he would suddenly sport a wide grin as he flung open the village scroll he'd obtained from the tower's vault. Today was an important day for him, since today he would be learning the famed and notoriously forbidden Kage Bunshin technique. This task, however, would require the utmost concentration with chakra control- triple of what he had now, and then some. Though his abilities as a honed sensor gave him confidence in this endeavor, he was very much aware that he could not let pride undo his victory. Everything he'd learned until now would be utilized.
To really try and understand the technique, he would process the qualities and steps that needed to be taken for the Bunshin no Jutsu through his mind. The two were very similar, he knew, but the latter had no substance and therefore could not be utilized for direct attacks. The shadow clone technique, however, was somehow charged with so much chakra that the illusion became real, enough to so to retain the user's speed, power and ultimately techniques. Unlike with the Bunshin no Jutsu, though, Atlas would require intense concentration and chakra control to divide the power evenly and then maintain it afterwards. The Bunshin no Jutsu he could pull off without a hitch, but this particular technique he would not underestimate. The danger level was relatively low, but learning it quick was his goal.
Now with these facts settled into his memory banks, the Raikage could move on to deciding what the next factor required to activate this move would be. Then, of course, when he felt ready, he would need to put his carefully thought out plans to action, prepared to go through the trial and error stages that he had so often participated in during his early years. A forbidden jutsu of this magnitude, no doubt, was going to be a bit difficult for him. Unlike a few ninja he knew, however, Atlas did not give up so easily when it came to improving himself. The core of this technique would be his chakra control, but it also relied on quick and effective reactions to whatever he may come across while gathering his said chakra and attempting to put it to use. How he started this technique would determine how he ended it.
He would have to unlearn a whole mess of stuff his current mind believed was relevant to the technique at hand- specifically, the so-called "tips" he had attempted to garner from the regular Bunshin no Jutsu. As he scheduled the execution of the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu some more, he found more and more often that the tricks and shortcuts he used for the former technique would not be so efficient or even applicable here. And so he would begin to clear his mind of all of these misconceptions, flushing out what was obviously a bad idea and tying to brainstorm new ones. Better ones. Remaining calm at all times, he would enter that trance that some may even dare to call meditation, going about this technique the smartest way he knew how and determined to get it down once and for all in his arsenal of techniques.
