description; A while ago during Kumogakure birthing stages a man once made a bet with a Jounin. The man bet the Jounin that the shinobi’s current students couldn’t climb Mountain Gekitsuu. Mountain Gekitsuu is the highest mountain within’ Kumogakure no Sato and is rumored to be the started point for the famous Kumogakure no Sato village. Anyway, the Jounin accepted the mans bet because the shinobi had insurmountable faith in his Genin. Long story short the Genin climbed the mountain and returned. The Jounin won the bet and all was well. Now it’s your turn to climb Mountain Gekitsuu, and prove to Kumogakure that you aren’t just some shinobi. You’re a Kumogakure no Sato shinobi.

A tradition for all Kumo ninja’s was to climb the highest mountain within their village. A tradition that formed because of two teachers who clearly lacked common sense sent their student to climb the monstrous mountain. Legend says that it was because of the two sensei’s had a bet with each other, but no matter how much I thought about that bet I couldn’t believe that for that one reason they made a mere Genin risk his life, not that I was afraid it was just finally pay was offered for this tradition.
The amount was decent and stood out on the scroll that I kept in front of my face as I’d begin to jump along different stones to make my way to the main part of town which would eventually lead me to the rooftops. In the middle of this quiet day the people of the village would witness the determination of this young Akegarasu, yes I was sure that they would notice my raven black hair dancing in the wind oh so spiritually as the black cloak I wore loosely on this day gave off the apperance of a phantom in the day.
Though I was not worried about the thoughts of the citizens after all I was something that they should recognize by now if not me then surely the rest of man clansmen wherever they were, we weren’t always the brightest dressed people in the shinobi world after all. “Aki! Whats the rush?” A familiar voice rang out to me, I did not turn my head from this scroll even when I could feel the feet of another behind me she was giving it her best to ride on my heels. “Aki-chan are you being good? Have you been eating?” More words from a person who surely wanted me to end their life, my run came to a stop along the roof tops I was still quite a distance from the mountain so obliging this fool was the least I could do before going to work.
“Please tell me you have some special reason for why your speaking to me.” I could see that the woman wasn’t happy after all she was my biological mother. This mother of mine stood just a few inches smaller than me with the same raven black hair, but she differed her smile was gentle and warm and she had a figure that men easily chased after though she was extremely violent somehow my pacifist father who only had the looks and glares of a beast managed to attract. I clearly was different from this woman, but none the less I pressed on with her as she begun to ask questions of why I was in town and how my duties as a shinobi were.
“I don’t have time for this, I’m on my way to do a mission.” being the quick little devil she was she took the scroll from my hands and I could see the worry that shined in those blue pools that resembled my own, her lips parted for a moment, but she quickly bit her lip she too was a shinobi and had done this very mission the same for other member of my family. “Please be safe Aki.” I nodded to my mother who then slammed into my chest a odd metallic box, I could smell the scent of ramen float from it, then I took notice of her white clothing then I remembered, my uncle and father had opened a ramen shop they would all only be part timers, but they were highly recommended. “Theres the mountain, come home after your finish.”
Words I wasn’t sure I could follow me and the family had our own ways of doing things I had ambitions that would reach over there heads, but in fear that I’d run into more friends along the way I begun my journey again, setting my sights on the incredible structure that I had been ordered to conquer.
