Ran's Teashop was a quaint little building located in the heart of Kumogakure's downtown, a hot spot famous for its traditional home grown herbs and organic supplements. It was on a cloudy and cool day, like any another in Kaminari, that Atlas and little Yuki just happened to be walking past it.The half-masked Genin stopped when he noticed the sign out front, and the chatter of conversation buzzing from within its boundaries. He could definitely go for some tea before a dog hunt. "Ooo, Ran's. I've heard rumors about this place." Atlas would start, looking down at the little Genin who had stopped beside him. "You up for some tea, Yuki?" He would end with a smile, opening the front door to reveal the medium sized interior of the establishment.
They were greeted by a bubbly hostess immediately upon entering, a young woman with brown hair and a ponytail, dressed conservatively in tones of green and a black apron. "Greetings, and welcome to Ran's! My name is Ashio, how many in your party?"
Atlas would nearly gape at the amount of people crammed inside the little building before answering. "Just me and the little lady here." He'd reply. "You guys sure are busy today, huh?"
"We tend to be during this time of day." Ashio would answer. "I must warn you, however, that most of our tables are taken today. So I'm going to have to seat you with another customer- is that ok?"
"Fine with me." responded Atlas, unable to ask Yuki if it was fine before the hostess led them off to the table with a smile and a wave. The two, including the bubbly hostess, pushed through various small crowds of people before reaching a table at the back, just beside a wide window overlooking the street. Sitting there, on one side of the table, was a young man- seemingly in his teens- with a nasty burn scar on the left side of his face. Atlas tried not to stare as he pulled a chair out for Yuki, sitting himself down promptly afterwards. The hostess would leave them with small menus and leave.
Before any form of awkward moment settled in, Atlas gave the young man his customary, toothy smile and introduced himself. "The name's Atlas. And this here is Yuki. I hope you don't mind us sitting here. The young woman with the ponytail said they were out of tables."
