As if to be a tempestuous bull who powered their pertinacious limbs upon the promontory, Kumo quivered across the rooftops of Kumogakure with creamy, impressive speed and force. What could possibly drive a man of calm such as Kumo Jushou to travel with great levels of precipitation, it was of course, yet another mission. But what kind of mission demanded such speeds? Easy, delivery boy. The mission itself posed no difficulty and required little effort, so much so that Kumo himself hadn't fully considered this as a 'mission' but more so as a leisurely delivery, however, he still wished to get it over with as soon as possible so he could clock in with another mission. Antecedent to his volatile eruption of speed he had gathered the necessary information needed to successfully carry out this humble mission.

It was a package which contained highly classified documents, that of which Kumo was not permitted to even open, let alone to allow its existence to become 'reality' in the eyes of the outside world. "I wonder what could be inside this package that is so important. hmph, I guess it would best not to even brood upon it." His mind coursed on as the sun began to sink down into the mouth of the northern mountains, it was nothing more than a macrocosm sign that his direction of travel was taking quite some time. It was to be expected as it would've taken an average human three times as long to delivere such an important package. Being the trained shinobi that Kumo was his time in which it took to deliver said package would significantly diminish.

Seconds of steps, minutes of thought, and hour of travel and Kumo's seemingly incessant tread was nearing its end, and as it did he could only wonder what the man (who he was giving the package to) would be like. "I can see the bui-, Suddenly his tread across the wave of rooftops came to an abrupt halt as his frame was knocked off balanced by some unknown entity. "Damnit what the hell." Not seconds after he'd been temporarily knocked off balance at his open sense began to work their artistic magic. One...Two...three, yes three men, likely thieves; they had to be as they successfully relinquished the packaged documents from Kumo's grasp with ease (given he was caught off guard). Careless he was, but how could he not be, he had not expected to face such perfidy within the grand city that was Kumogakure. With trained finesse he resiled, quickly acquiring his proper footing once more whilst whipping his head to his perfect east, glancing over the three men's back as they attempted to escape Kumo's visual ambit.

"Not today. I haven't failed a mission yet and I will not start now just because of some penniless, absent minded thieves!" His words bellowed as his dark coated frame flashed forward with vigorous and robust speeds to remain some meters behind the three, an impressive pace for one who lacks the knowledge of shunshin. "Don't count on catching us, we've been watching you for days and learned your movements!"

[/b] What asininity, to actually believe they've successfully and properly analyzed a trained shinobi to a extensive degree. Their actions had not went unanswered, instead they would soon regret them. In an instant Kumo's palms clapped together, his fingers twisted and turned, matching perfectly to birth several hand seals.

His chakra flared, genjutsu came, the thieves stopped, frozen in fear. The wave of buildings they strode over so contentedly soon became a tempestuous , cataclysmic tsunami. Unable to determine reality from 'the matrix', the three hapless men turned around with great haste in fear of being swallowed in a sea manifested by the power of Poseidon himself. "He's using a fucking jutsu RUUN!!" They came to yet another stop as the came face to face with Kumo, finally realizing that their scheme had crumbled right beneath their feet. A glance contrived itself forward once more as Kumo came to a halt as well, meeting the horror filled eyes of the offender and his two allies. By now his genjutsu faded leaving an opening while the stains of fear remained fresh within their veins.[/blockquote]

"Return to me what was mine and leave, or die where you stand."

His tone was heavy and baneful, a biting cold nipping at his offender, sending quivers of fear to course through their bodies. Being the mindless asinine fools they were, they refused Kumos demands with a vengeful lunge attempting to claim his life. At that moment, Kumo's fingers curled about the leaders closed fist, pulling after his fist and jerking him forward as Kumo himself vanished to the offenders back, twisting his arm behind his back in a momentary spike pain. But would things be so simple for this shinobi as a submission? No, Kumo would not have it. Devoid of disinclination and clemency Kumo slammed his palm into the offenders back, sending both flesh and bone asunder, plundering the senseless conscious from the mans corporal vessel.

Trickles of blood exploded from his mouth as his inevitable plummet to the roofs surface began, and then came the other two, mindless, foolish monsters who sought only to devour the life of a being they could not best. A punch soared through the metaphysical air, aimed to strike Kumo in his face, however, the mans speed proved sluggish and torpid, so much so that Kumo effortless somersaulted over the man whilst cupping the back of his collar. Kumo's feet came to a silent decent as he manipulated the momentum sending the infiltrated shinobi tumbling and revolving along the ground nearly falling off of the edge.

The better moment of a full second came to pass, making up a seemingly eternity of silence, something was strange, he was sure he counted three, yet only two had be dealt with. He pivoted his heel as he turned around only to be welcomed with a speeding knife that grazed the left side of his check, spilling only a few drops of blood. Without admonish, legs seemed to lift in the air, a small leap as his waist suddenly cocked to the side, a swift and powerful motion following after in the form of his leg. Kumo landed from his Kick, observing the now unconscious bunch as he retrieved the classified documents he'd nearly lost. "Man this was a close call, but who would have thought, thieves in Kumogakure" He spared them just this time, though the next time, they won't be so lucky.

Having lost only a few minutes of time, Kumo kicked his pace of travel into overdrive in order to make up for lost time. He skipped across the roof tops once more, a reflexive hand uplifted to his cheek, wiping away what trickles of blood flowed from his wounds. "Tch, I was too careless today, getting injured by some lowly thieves, whats up with me. Maybe I just need to catch up on some rest since I have been doing missions like crazy lately." Shrugging off the pain by swimming in the cesspool of his artistic thoughts he would soon find himself arriving at his destination in about half an hour. It was a destitute building, but not one that was stricken by the hand of poverty, nay, it just merely lack 'vigor' and 'vibrancy'.

With grace he leapt down to the earthen floor, knocking upon the door, waiting for his recipient to answer. It took a few moments for him to actually answer but he answer soon enough, but only as a voice that boomed behind a steel door. "Who is it?! Kumo confidently responded, "Kumo Jushou, shinobi of Kumogakure. I was sent here to deliver some classified information to you, it has not been opened nor damaged."

[/i] His recipient said no more, only opening a slim horizontal slot along the door which Kumo used to slide the packaged document in. Mission Accomplished. Having done his deeds Kumo returned to the missions compound, but boy, this could take a while.[/blockquote]
