Some say there was no snake, that Eve was the Devil all along.
What was her name today. Now there was a question that any man could ask. Stacy, Jennifer, Lyla perhaps, no one knew. Perhaps even she had forgotten. Her profession demanded constant change, sometimes more than once in a day, in an hour. Whatever came to her mind that moment generally became the girl of that day. Sometimes a farm girl from the outskirts of the leave village, other times a warrior princess freshly escaped from the clutches of an overbearing step father. All lies. All lives for a day.
It was this occupation that brought her to the jungle country this morning. An outing to find new herbs for a wonderful narcotic concoction. Something she'd peddle to old ladies no doubt, most likely under the guise of a miracle elixer that worked wonders for her grandmother. A secret recipe handed down for generations that she would only part with "this one time" for someone as special as whatever sucker she happened to be talking to in the moment.
More often than not, a cripplingly addictive sort of poison but why care. Money in her pocket is money in her pocket. Sadly, the foliage she needed only grew in one section of the world, jungle lands. On the positive side, however, this gave her a chance to adventure a bit. It had been a moment since she last got out of the backalleys, meeting rooms and workshops to actually breath in a bit of fresh air and sunshine. Fresh air doesn't pay. Then again, it doesn't cost anything either.
Her skin clad in very tight, very small, cut off beige shorts. Her midriff visible as her top was only covered in a halter of sorts, teal and made of a semi thick fabric. For some reason she had on reading glasses, though she knew full well that she didn't need them. An attempt to appear as a scientist no doubt. At least she was prepared in some way. If she came upon danger, there was little that could protect her. Little besides her body and her words
