Oga wears a white cheap shirt and black trousers. They are baggy in fit. On top of this he wears his semi-famed striped jacket, a complicated affair consisting of a black heat resistant material adorned with yellow trimming on the shoulder, a stick up collar with white and crimson stripes, white and crimson stripes along the main body of the jacket, and a flared tail that tends to stick out. This jacket is Oga's prized possession, and he will look after it with his life. Other than being highly heat resistant, the jacket is also bullet resistant.
Oga wears black combat boots, which are heavily insulated so he can survive in the coldest of weather. - Body Appearance:
Oga is quite lean but his muscles are well pronounced due to the years of training. He stands quite tall for his age, about 5'11. His skin color is that of a Caucasian. Intense blue eyes that you'll notice when seeing him. He has a small well defined nose. His teeth are always shining white, and are well aligned. His hair is black in color and cut short not to get in the way of his eyes. His body looks lean at the first look due to his clothing, but they are refined. - Blemishes & Scars
He has three scars on his face, the only eternal blemishes sustained from his rough childhood. They are quite acute in angle, and form a junction just under his left eye. The scar cuts into his hair line, leaving a small groove of his scalp visible.

He has many childish personality traits despite his age, calling himself a child in a man's body. One such trait is his love of sweets to the point of nearly developing diabetes. He is mostly seen eating or drinking something sweet, with strawberry milk being his favorite sweet .
He always attempts to protect all his fellow villagers and friends, no matter what situation. This sometimes causes him to be the villain just siding with the people close to him. Also makes him fight with many people in the village, and not taking responsibility for it. He thinks of it as the other way around, willing to risk his life for his village and friends. His crave for acknowledgment comes in due to the many ninja in his village that have easily surpassed him and getting known around the ninja world.
'It'll work out' is another one of his phrases that he uses in every situation, to even assure someone even if he knows he is about to die. It makes you wonder if he is actually sane. Although all he is trying to do is assure his allies. It proves what kind of care-free guy he is, laid back anywhere he is in any type of scenario he is put through. Special: Shunshin no Jutsu is a high-speed movement in which the user moves in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunshin no Jutsu can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. Shunshin no Jutsu can be used once per thread, plus once more each time it is retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it simple combines high mobility with a distraction to give off the appearance of vanishing - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to.

Notice: Contrary to popular belief, this technique is by no means instantaneous. While a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, you're still quite visible and easily defended against. Simply put, it isn't incomprehensibly fast. Beyond normal, most definitely, but not nearly as fast as it's been portrayed thus far. In order to achieve maximum effect, you'll need to combine it with a distraction of some sort.

Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Special: By default, only one opponent can be trapped by the wire. However, each time re-learned, the user can trap an additional opponent. Trapping each opponent consumes 20 meters worth of wire, so the user must have sufficient wire in the first place to trap his opponent.
Description: With this technique, the user takes advantage of what projectiles and accessories grant a shinobi in battle. In this case, armed with extensive wire, the user uses their chakra to move and bind the opponent, and once trapped, a stream of hot fire travels across the wire and envelops the victim whole.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

However, when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still in order to control the powerful stream of fire.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Upon contact, dragon heads explode in a napalm like nature, spreading 10 meters all around; each explosion contains bonus burning damage equivalent to the stacked 'Great Fireball' retraining. As with 'Great Fireball', when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still in order to control the powerful blasts of fire.
Description: An evolution of the Great Fireball, the user is now able to take the flames expelled and morph them into fast moving projectiles. Fierce and potent, this Katon ninjutsu allows the user to expel fireballs in the form of a dragon’s head after forming the needed hand seals. Shot from the mouth, these powerful fireballs can punch through concrete and wood with ease, and leaves a terrible fiery explosion in its wake.

This large cloud will quickly begin to envelope the area in which a foe stands and when the user clicks their teeth, the cloud will ignite in an violent, fiery napalm-like explosion.

Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Katon no Yōsai (Bastions of Fire)

Special: Walls go as high as half of the range of 'Enkou Shinka.' Every turn these fortifications stand, consumes a 'C' amount of chakra. User can dissipate the flames at will.
Description: The user performs the required hand-seals, then shoots a small ember from their mouth onto the ground. This ember runs in a straight line out to the desired range, then circles around to create a ring of fire, with walls that raise up to beguile any targets. The wall is 50cm thick, and passing through the intensive heats would cause 3rd degree burns. Not a very offensive jutsu, but capable of getting an opponent in close range.

Chirashi Honoo (Scattering Flames)

Special: Size of fire ring and height it can reach depends on the user's higest 'Enkou Shika' rank, halved. Flames move away from the user in all direction in a wave/pulse like form, moving at kunai speeds. On top of this, expanding flames act as a barrier against projectiles of equal or lower rank. Each time retrained, the user stacks the strength of the fire ('B' rank), making it burn stronger and defend better.
Description: With both hands engulfed in flames, the user slams both palms into the ground from which a ring of flames appear immediately around the user and expands as it sweeps outwards. The Chirashi Honoo proves to an effective technique at crowd control as well as defending against attacks.

暑い Atsui Haigara no Jutsu (Silent Flame Geyser Technique)

Special: Heat spreads all around the user with them in the center; thus the radius of the heat depends on the user's highest geyser can appear depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ground cannot be moist or wet in general. Additionally, if the technique is in play and rain is brought upon the area the technique will cease. Although the user is not damaged by the heat, their heat can still set anything nearby ablaze if it's susceptible, which in turn CAN harm the user. Suiton jutsu 'B' ranked and above can automatically cancel the heat.
Description: Once the user performs and finishes a string of handseals, the ground the user stands upon will heat up. The heat is so extreme that anything within a specific radius will slowly melt. Due to this, any caught victim will find their movement's decrease considerably, their footwear stuck due to the fusion of heat and melted material. Even better, if the opponent isn’t wearing any footwear the technique will cause first degree burns upon the soles of their feet and grow into second degree burns if they remain atop the burning ground for too long!

Description: An offensive Katon technique, users of this technique are able to fire off a stream of flames from their palm at their targets. Despite the smaller area of effect that this technique provides, it adds versatility and accuracy to a shinobi¡¯s fighting style.

Special: Sphere travels outwards at speed of a thrown kunai, and dies out when it reaches its limit. Anyone caught in its radius will receive substantial burns.
Description: After forming the hand seals, the user will emit a flashy, spherical orb of flames around their body, capable of substantially burning anyone or anything caught in its path. Though quick and short-lived, it has a notorious reputation as a life-saver when one is outnumbered and surrounded, even proving to ignite enemies and items caught in its path on certain occasions.

Katon • Eihei (Fire Style- Sentinal)

Range: 10-25 meters

Chakra: Low-Massive
Special: The initial height and width of the wall itself is 10 meters respectively. Each time the technique is trained past “C” rank, the wall expands 5 meters (height and width), and maxes out at 25 meters. Can negate any technique equal to the known level; however Suiton-oriented Jutsu need only be one rank below the user's technique to shatter the wall. Unless the wall is destroyed, its self-sustained for 3 turns or until it has sustained damage equal to what is needed to break the wall.
Description: A technique devised with the intention of blockading all that opposes its castor, Eihei is quite the robust technique. After the user executes a series of hand seals, they will then slam their palms down on the ground, or any tangible surface. Immediately erupting in a broad manner, a dense wall of intense flames will emerge. A technique created on the basis of defense, it’s said this wall of extreme fire can negate the vast majority of incoming attacks, only posing difficulty against its natural enemy; Suiton. The partition itself can also be used offensively, as its composition is fire itself, those who touch it will be burned severely regardless of the Castor’s aptitude with this technique.
